On my Charger they notice the bushings needed to be changed as well. I came back and changed all 6 control arms in the front of charger. I was so happy to get the arms changed. The charger new control arms makes the charger suspension just like new and than had the wheel alignment done lastly. I love this shop. Other shops missed the bushings issue on charger. They seen it and explained that this needed to be done since it was never been done ever. They do excellent work. Both my cars are great. Dont go anywhere else. This shop just stole all my future work.

They called me back the next day, told me I needed a new engine, and gave me an estimate around $6,500. I went in and asked if my engine could be repaired and was told no. I was charged a $100 diagnostic fee and took my car to Auto Clinique to get a second opinion. Once they got to my car, it took less than an hour to not only diagnosis but repair it and have it running again, all for $150. Saved me over $6,000! Update: I was able to obtain a refund for the diagnostic fee and they seemed willing to learn and improve.

They took 3 months to get anything done and we had to call almost every week to get an update (which was nothing because they had not worked on anything whatsoever other than taking apart the car to diagnose it). We eventually got tired of the wait and decided to get it towed and pay what was needed to get it out of the lot and let Scott know that was the plan. Not only was the car not ready for a tow because the parts were not in the car, but when asked to do so repeatedly he ended up shoving the parts into the car and left it. Worst experience I have ever had from a mechanic I do not recommend wasting your time, energy, and money.

Do NOT take your car to Car Care Central. Short version - they wanted to charge me $1,900 for a…read morerepair that I was able to do myself for $12. Long Version - one day my trunk wouldn't open. I heard a click, but it wouldn't open. My car thought it was open (the little warning would come on each time I turned on the cat), but I couldn't get it to open. So I took it to Car Care Central. They said it likely was electrical and that it would be $300 for them to diagnose the problem. After they did that the first person I talked to said it would be $1900 to repair and made it sound like they wanted to replace the thing that was responsible for ALL the power locks. I said that didn't make sense because all the other doors worked fine... so they passed the phone to someone else. I don't remember what explanation they gave me, but they said something I probably didn't understand and said they'd apply the $300 to the repair cost. I got my car and said I would have to schedule the repair later. At the time I was in a hurry, so I didn't notice that they did not give me a quote, only a receipt for the diagnostics. Later, I decided to text my friend who's incredibly knowledgeable about cars to see if I needed to get a 2nd opinion from another mechanic. He asked to look at the quote. I contacted Car Care Central and they emailed it to me. Now the repair was $1200. ‍ Definitely suspicious. My friend then told me about 2 things I could try myself to figure out the problem on my own. So I looked up the fuse box information for my car, found the "relay" (looks like a plug) for my trunk, unplugged that, and swapped it with a relay from another part that was working. My trunk opened! This "diagnosis" of the problem took me all of TWENTY minutes and that was only because I had to look up info first. I ordered a new relay from AutoZone for $12, got it the next day, plugged it in, and my trunk has worked since. ‍ I know we've all heard of mechanics trying to take advantage, but I'm still shocked at the amount they tried to charge me, and that they still charged me the $300 at all. So yeah, wanted to spread the warning so no one else gets scammed!
