Can't believe they got Champa Garden up town of the Bay!…read more Their Thai Iced Coffee and ice cream was the only the best way to keep me from driving straight into the gutters at night! That ice cream done saved my seasoned throat from humidity and heat up in NorCal. I personally could not add on the fried banana cause we already over-ordered hella food before reaching them, but it soo gas with the ice cream as an add on. Idk what they inject their mangos with or if it's in season but the flavor and texture hits the tongue like it's a kiss. Maybe it's just me... only me!?

They were our first stop for our road trip up north. We ordered a Thai fried rice, a duck with curry and a pad se ew. My wife was a little disappointed with the duck as she expected more duck. The prices are very expensive compared to greater Sacramento area, then again perhaps it's because there's real competition in Redding for Vietnamese food. Taste was ok, could have used some hoisin sauce packets to fix it up. Inside looks pretty outdated, yet the imagery and paintings were good. I was pretty surprised at checkout to see no computer of any kind. Wrote up my check using an old fashioned paper receipt calculator from the 90's.

I love BTC! I've been coming to their original location since they opened their doors back in 2013…read more Even though I am from the bay area, BTC is my #1 bubble tea so when I found out they had a 2nd location a few months ago, I had to try it out. The location right next to Pizza Guys. Not only is it sleek and trendy- there are plenty of tables and chairs (even chargers). The menu has all the drinks from their first location, but this place has an expansive menu of snacks and small meals. Banh Mi French Fries - Hands down the best! If I was in a mood to snack, that would be my go to pick. Tofu Bites - Delicious and light, but needed some dipping sauce which you can ask them over thr counter. Sriracha sauce hit the spot for me. Chicken Bites - Also great, but I think I prefer the other Tofu and Banh Mi French Fries more. The drinks were on par with the same consistency as their first location. If you want to know my fave drink I order from BTC, it is the Earl Gray Milk Tea. I can't find one in the bay area that is on par with the Earl Gray Milk tea here at BTC so it's always a nice treat when I stop by. Last, I have to mention the employees are superstars. Not once have I met an employee that was rushing us and/or rude. They are always kind and friendly. If you are a boba connoisseur like me and are nearby Shasta county, do not pass up on BTC. If they ever closed down, I will be devastated.

We ordered the regular pho & egg rolls to share amongst the 5 of us girls. The packaging of the food was excellent! The broth was piping hot but we threw everything in the stockpot to portion out the pho, noodles, and toppings evenly. Egg rolls were nice and crispy. They had the sweet chili sauce to pair with it. Surprisingly, there were shrimp in the pho! Good amount of meat. Lots of herbs on the side + hoisin and sriracha. The broth was actually pretty good I was thoroughly surprised considering area and demographic.. no comment on the service or ambiance since I did not personally visit the restaurant.
