I had a facial by Leann who was wonderful - very calming and she did a great job! I loved the products as well - I could tell things were still being "cleaned out" the following day. Jackie did a manicure and pedicure for me - the pedicure was wonderful, the manicure was just OK - I think it was partly due to the color I picked though, it really needed probably 4 coats it was so thin. I had some really nice ones at the Aveda spa at the Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg, VA. Satin on the outside, terry cloth on the inside. perfect.... Also, they need to promote the spa more. Have specials like $5.00 off all facials during the week when it is slower or have punch cards for services. I think that the staff work on commission, so they really need to build a customer base with the residents of the community, so when the tourist season is over, business continues with the locals.

I was flabbergasted by this and mortified I brought my family here. Experience was so bad I went up the street to another salon to get a proper blow out and loose curl. $40 and did amazing.
