This sizzler is by far the best location my husband and I have been to. Reggie and the other managers are friendly and interactive with all customers. SHOUTOUT TO MARIE FOR MAKING IT RIGHT! I had ordered through DoorDash. A girl from sizzler had called me from the dashers phone and said they were out of milk for the kids meal, not a big deal. 5 mins later she called again and said my shrimp dinner did not come with a salad. It says on the menu for DoorDash- comes with salad or soup and one side sooo I expected to get my salad and a side. We went back and forth for a few mins and I told her to take it up with DoorDash. I wasn't surprised when my food was delivered WITHOUT A SALAD. The whole meal was cold and did not include toppings for the potato or any sauces. Very disappointing. I called Sizzler and spoke to Marie. Without hesitation she made it right, took my order and said it would be ready for pick up in 10 mins. I appreciate her calm and kind response. She greeted me and brought my food out when I got there. I would not go back to to this establishment but Marie definitely deserves some recognition. read more

Went to Sizzler on Wednesday which was Mexican Mother's day and the restaurant was fairly busy. Michelle was our waitress and she provided excellent service. She was very attentive. The food was served hot as usual and everything was fresh and good. The Male Hispanic (forgot his name) Manger at this location runs a very good business. Let me start by saying this whole coronavirus thing is terrible and it's basically just destroying the local economy especially the restaurant business. As seriously as we need to take it please support your local businesses during this time. That being said, huge thank you for a great visit this past Sunday. Marcos was our waiter and he was fantastic. General manager was there and he took our order and was upbeat & friendly the whole time even came and checked up on us. Food was great and the "el fresco " parking lot set up was better than I anticipated. I like to enjoy a meal "inside" with the amenities like air conditioning, etc but they really went "above and beyond " with the confines of what they could do. I pray for this business to survive and I pray this is all over soon and maybe we'll appreciate time with our family and friends a little more. This evening I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at the Sizzler in Perris located on W Nuevo Road. The cashier/ server (Rubianely) and on-duty manager (Marie) were extremely rude and condescending. Rather than empathizing with me, Rubianely continued to talk over me and argue with me regarding my purchase concern. Since she did not want to take the time to understand my perspective on the verbage of the menu. I then requested a manager. As she walked away, she rudely sighed. Perception is important with regards to the experience. Moments later the manager Marie approached me, stating that in order for me to have my purchase corrected that my 78 yr old mother would have to change her meal. This was unacceptable and caused me distress and a feeling of being racially profiled. Only after my white husband approached the counter alongside of me, Marie offered a price adjustment without changing my mother's order. Standing for approximately 7 minutes at the counter and getting nowhere, it was too late. I left the counter dissatisfied and upset. I did not enjoy my meal and just wanted to leave. Had a great dining experience. Went with my family and had a good dinner. Ordered the salmon plate and the salad bar which was good, my children loved the Mac n cheese. I enjoyed the different salads and an olive bar. So delicious. Our meals came quickly and Griselda our server, anticipated a lot of our needs. We didn't have to ask for refills or extra napkins. I took pictures it was like the person dumped the BBQ sauce on it. It was so much I had to ask for another order with no sauce. My boyfriend also commented on my leftovers I didn't eat.
