Friendly staff, customer service A+. Salad bar is clean and stayed stocked. Steak was perfect.

Came in on a Thursday and let me tell you, it hit. For the price and quality, it was a 10/10 meal and service was A1. Shout-out to Griselda.

Great food and amazing service. Our waitress Michele is always kind and makes sure we are greatly served and leave with a smile.

Grace our waitress went above & Beyond to make sure we had our dinner hot, cooked thoroughly & Quick! Grace our experience was above our expectations!!! Thank YOU! The food was amazing!!! read more

The buffet selections were good. A lot of seating for people. I'd say the price was average.

Great Service from Grace. The food was amazing tasted great. And the restaurant was very clean.

We went to Sizzler on Nuevo Rd in Perris for the first time. My partner ordered the Classic trio. She said it was pretty good. I had the salad bar. There is plenty of selection to choose from. I just had a salad and spaghetti with meatballs. I tried the carnitas but it was very salty. The tuna pasta salad was ok. The bread pudding was rubbery, dry and had no flavor. I did like the chocolate ice cream cone though. Lol. The hot tasty soft bread with sweet butter was awesome! Maybe next time I will order a burger. The waitress was very sweet and attentive. The Manager came by our table and asked how everything was. We will try it again. read more

I took a chance got the steak with mushrooms, green beans and the shrimp and lobster pasta.. Steak- wanted it rare it was just straight up raw with absolutely no taste and chewy. Mushrooms- were probally sitting under a heat lamp and they were shriveled and dry The shrimp lobster pasta- one piece of lobster (way over cooked) and two shrimps with the tail. Also, the noodles were over cooked and mushy. It was $24, $30 with tip. Definitely NOT worth it at all. The only reason why they got 2 stars cause the hostess and the waitress were very nice. Otherwise 1 star for sure. I should know better to order a plate like that at sizzler but now you know dont waste your money on it. Its terrible.. Hope the manager of this sizzler reads this cause that food was Sh#t.. read more

I came today to bring my husband a US Veteran and grandson, can you believe they only give a 1.74% discount to Veterans! Not only that I ordered the all you can eat shirk and steak and they no longer offer tarter sauce. Why because they cut the fish and chips so they no longer carry it! Yet they have shrimp, and other fish items! What the heck is that about. My grandson ordered a kids menu item which was suppose to come with ice cream for dessert. Well guess who didn't get ice cream! The excuse for all the terrible service was Covid 19! What the hell the no longer good service! Never again will I return! read more

Sizzler is Sizzler. Expect the food as it is. But this Sizzler , the service is great. Specifically MANUEL. Went after a funeral , so a group of 20 people. MANUEL hustled to make sure our meals were delivered properly , our drinks were correct, all with a great attitude . Manager came out to check on us , which is much appreciated. Post COVID -and still missing the Sizzler Salad Bar. Please bring it back. And go ask to sit in MANUEL'S section. You will be happy ! Yes read more

We needed somewhere to pick up some convenient Turkey Dinners and thought we would give this place another chance. Had a great experience here a few weeks ago on our way to Palm Springs. We both had the salad bar with an order of grilled chicken and a yam. The chicken was the best we've ever eaten and the yam just blew us away! Absolutely delicious. The salad bar was fresh, lots of variety, the fresh fruit was so sweet our taste buds were doing a happy dance! We also enjoyed the seafood salad and the bread pudding! The service was astounding and we were so impressed with the modern environment; it looked like it had just been renovated. Everything was squeaky clean. Will definitely return! Highly recommend. Malcolm, the gentleman who brought us beverages and bread, gave us excellent service. Thanks for a great afternoon. read more

I had a great sever today Lydia, she was so attentive, had some great recommendation. I would definitely recommend this place and her.

Grace is the best. She was kind and provided the best service I've had experience in a restaurant In Perris.

This sizzler is by far the best location my husband and I have been to. Reggie and the other managers are friendly and interactive with all customers. Blanca was our server and she was on top of our service being that it was a busy Sunday evening. The steak came out perfectly cooked and it was delicious. I love the menudo it's by far my favorite. I love enjoying a fresh cooked meal every time we go. It's definitely a staple in our family to visit this family establishment. read more

Restrooms well kept, service amazing and I loved how hot and fresh my food was!!! 10/10

I came to grab dinner and ordered a steak, mushrooms, a salad and some Mac and cheese. I ordered the steak rare and it came back medium-well. I didn't send it back because I was hungry and didn't want to send a plate I touched back to the kitchen because of germs. However the server and host were nice enough. read more

We ordered take-out for the first time tonight. Everything was good. The only thing that I would say that could be improved upon, is that our baked potato was dry. Other than that, everything was satisfactory. read more

The steak portions were very small, full of fat and the meal was disappointing. Won't be coming back.

I just had the absolute worst Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich I have ever eaten. It was an over-toasted roll with desert dry meat with dried out cheese and some onions thrown on for the hell of it. My fiancé had the sirloin tips and mushrooms. This portion looked as if it had been boiled in a bag and dumped on a plate. The side salad of iceberg lettuce had no love put into it. The food was way over priced and no better than a fast food establishment. We won't be back. read more

Had lunch with our local chamber. It was really good. Got the salad bar. Happy that's it didn't disappear during covid.

SHOUTOUT TO MARIE FOR MAKING IT RIGHT! I had ordered through DoorDash. A girl from sizzler had called me from the dashers phone and said they were out of milk for the kids meal, not a big deal. 5 mins later she called again and said my shrimp dinner did not come with a salad. It says on the menu for DoorDash- comes with salad or soup and one side sooo I expected to get my salad and a side. We went back and forth for a few mins and I told her to take it up with DoorDash. I wasn't surprised when my food was delivered WITHOUT A SALAD. The whole meal was cold and did not include toppings for the potato or any sauces. Very disappointing. I called Sizzler and spoke to Marie. Without hesitation she made it right, took my order and said it would be ready for pick up in 10 mins. I appreciate her calm and kind response. She greeted me and brought my food out when I got there. I would not go back to to this establishment but Marie definitely deserves some recognition. read more

Let me start by saying this whole coronavirus thing is terrible and it's basically just destroying the local economy especially the restaurant business. As seriously as we need to take it please support your local businesses during this time. That being said, huge thank you for a great visit this past Sunday. Marcos was our waiter and he was fantastic. General manager was there and he took our order and was upbeat & friendly the whole time even came and checked up on us. Food was great and the "el fresco " parking lot set up was better than I anticipated. I like to enjoy a meal "inside" with the amenities like air conditioning, etc but they really went "above and beyond " with the confines of what they could do. I pray for this business to survive and I pray this is all over soon and maybe we'll appreciate time with our family and friends a little more. Thank you BMW management for always being there for your community. Brian Smith read more

This evening I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at the Sizzler in Perris located on W Nuevo Road. The cashier/ server (Rubianely) and on-duty manager (Marie) were extremely rude and condescending. Rather than empathizing with me, Rubianely continued to talk over me and argue with me regarding my purchase concern. Since she did not want to take the time to understand my perspective on the verbage of the menu. I then requested a manager. As she walked away, she rudely sighed. Perception is important with regards to the experience. Moments later the manager Marie approached me, stating that in order for me to have my purchase corrected that my 78 yr old mother would have to change her meal. This was unacceptable and caused me distress and a feeling of being racially profiled. Only after my white husband approached the counter alongside of me, Marie offered a price adjustment without changing my mother's order. Standing for approximately 7 minutes at the counter and getting nowhere, it was too late. I left the counter dissatisfied and upset. I did not enjoy my meal and just wanted to leave. If I had a choice, I would not rate a star at all today. read more

Went to Sizzler on Wednesday which was Mexican Mother's day and the restaurant was fairly busy. Michelle was our waitress and she provided excellent service. She was very attentive. The food was served hot as usual and everything was fresh and good. The Male Hispanic (forgot his name) Manger at this location runs a very good business. Everyone is friendly and staff seems to work well together. Unlike other locations which are hit and miss sometimes this one is always consistent. read more

Had a great dining experience. Went with my family and had a good dinner. Ordered the salmon plate and the salad bar which was good, my children loved the Mac n cheese. I enjoyed the different salads and an olive bar. So delicious. Our meals came quickly and Griselda our server, anticipated a lot of our needs. We didn't have to ask for refills or extra napkins. She was one of the best servers I've ever had at any restaurant. Thank you for the wonderful service and we will definitely be back...hopefully soon. read more

This is a beautiful location serving typical Sizzler foods. I love coming here for their salad bar. Their steak is okay, but you kind of expect the steak can't be high quality. The salad bar is great. So many choices to pick from, especially if you're following Thinsulin. read more
