My sisters and I gather at Sizzlers in Perris at least twice a month or more for lunch and we love it there. Besides the great food, everyone is so kind and the service is great from all employees but specifically Marcos who is the best waiter we have ever had in any restaurant. He is the reason we come back to this Sizzlers because as soon as he sees us he gets our drinks and is ready to serve us. Before our drinks are low he is bringing us another drink. Comes to the table often to make sure we have everything we need. This is one person we enjoy tipping because he deserves it and we can only hope others will follow his example. read more

We visit perris sizzlers this afternoon and the food was really good. But the service that we received from lydia was exceptional from the minute we entered. At the time to be seated she went above and beyond to get us the perfect table since we had a large party and small children. She would come in and check on us periodically which was great. Other times we have servers check on us every few minutes which makes is a little uncomfortable. But she always had a smile and as a matter of fact brought our drinks before we even had to ask for a refill. I recently went with my family and our experience was amazing. We all got add on salad bars with our meals and not only was all the food delicious but the service was amazing! Went today. Busy yet the service provided by Jackie Z was fantastic. Have a football game on a nice TV was a plus. Didn't expect to see a game bonus... Food was cooked to preset and hot. Presentation was nothing over the top but nice w the shrimp and steak. The salad bar was a hit for me. The ambiance was above average for a sizzler in my opinion and we have been to a few different locations. I appreciated the managers being on top of cleanliness, personally helping, and making sure the salad bar was always being filled with hot foods and soups along w the salads. Visited sizzler on a Sun, just around 2pm. Myself and my husband purchased the salad per, we are both seniors so drinks were free. I asked for a raspberry ice tea, he asked for a cup of water, we both got raspberry ice tea. Went to salad bar, wanted some menudo, nothing but menudo broth in the container, flag down the mgr. (Hispanic male wearing a long sleeve dress shirt) he took the moment to say it's on its way out. Went back to salad bar and stood there for 5 min, while leaning on my cane. Finally got someone to tell me it would 5 more mins for the menudo. No chicken wings in container, not soup bowls (got the last one). Spinach cranberry prepared salad was obviously old, spinach was soggy, the almonds in salad was translucent. I have one time to many at this sizzler, I reside in perris, my drive to the sizzler in Moreno Valley will have to be. Some Sizzler franchisee owners have really stepped things up. This particular Sizzler looks great inside. From the beer sign to the almost humorous stock art photos, it's a nice place to be for lunch. It is my understanding the owner of this location owns others, and it appears they have things figured out. We visit this location once a week because it is near work. The food is pretty much the same as it was when I was a kid; mostly. Since we visit regularly, we have more opportunities to experience hits and misses. I typically order the Classic Trio (4 ounce steak, Malibu chicken, and fried shrimp), and it is routinely very good. The loaded baked potato is always great. This entree after adding a drink is over $20, so it's not the cheapest lunch. I also like the fact you can get the classic cheese toast and/or rolls. We typically get both to ensure our future participation in a local 5K. My peer typically gets the salad bar and enjoys it. Don't forget that baked potatoes come with the salad bar, so just ask. Please note there is no seating at the salad bar. In regards to the service, we are rarely disappointed. Sometimes there is only one person at the register, so delays do occur.
