My cousin and I decided to drop by for a late dinner, we ordered the combination platter, steak, shrimp, and ribs, and the salad bar and a Pacifico beer all was good until I found a live nat floating in my half-drunk beer mug I informed our server, who was courteous and attentive. The manager arrived quickly and asked if I would like another beer, which I declined, and took a rain check he said he'll take care of me on my next visit which I appreciate. The customer service is excellent and the interior is spacious with plenty of seating to enjoy your meal. The salad bar is great. Despite the nat I will be visiting again soon.

My sister, mom, and I came here after visiting the cemetery. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us, especially our waitress Frida. We got there shortly after opening so everything was set up hot and fresh. There were plenty of options in the salad bar as well. They both ordered meals from the kitchen. Their food came light quickly and it was just as they ordered. There were plenty of booths and tables to provide enough seating for small or large groups.

I haven't been in a while to sizzler and I'm glad I tried it again. The Front of house was friendly, had a great vibe, & had a great flow in offering and going through our options. We were there around 5:20pm Tuesday & got to order and get our food at a really relaxing pace with just one person in front of us. It was sparsely full, playing the dodgers vs Angels game, yet, had such a calm atmosphere. Waitress was super friendly as well, the service was quick &, let us know what she was going to do next like bring us bread & kept checking in on us & making sure our experience was going well. I was sitting in front of the salad bar and it seemed very enticing. Loved the food and was very satisfied with portion. We got the mango lemonade, water with lemon, and two prime rib burgers one with fries and one with baked potatoe. The burger was really tasty and not overly covered in sauce which I personally, prefer. The cheese toast was very cheesy and garlic heavy which was delicious. I can't wait to go back to try something else.

Wednesday, 11-20-2024: I have to do a huge shout out to Sizzler for graciously accommodating my request to reserve a section for 40 people in their restaurant for my retirement luncheon. I had called them a week prior and spoke with a very nice female manager, who assured me it would be no problem but to call the day before to double check. I did just that but spoke to a male manager, who was also very nice and assured me that it would be set up. My boss and office had set up balloons, cupcakes, and a banner. I was so busy talking to everybody I unfortunately forgot to take more photos! Sizzler was renovated and has a very nice modern interior. This was the perfect sized venue for my retirement luncheon. Their servers were hardworking and so sweet & friendly! My hubby and I opted for their fresh salad bar. I was surprised that many expressed that never had eaten at Sizzler and were very pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Very grateful to the managers and staff for making my retirement luncheon a very memorable one. Thank you Sizzler!

My family and I have been coming here for many years. We had a nearby Sizzler's but we would travel 20 minutes just to be here because the ambience and service is way better. Always clean. The food is fresh. Delicious. Today is my mother Inlaw's 75th birthday and we got a special treat from our server Sina. Thank you to the staff for making our celebration special

Came in solo. Was craving cheese bread for weeks! I didn't see the Steak Trio on the menu, but when I asked they had it. Yummy! Steak, Malibu Chicken and Shrimp. It's my favorite. Everything was delicious. Tasted fresh. Frida was my waitress. She was great. Came quickly to greet me at the table. Brought the cheese bread in minutes with my ice tea. She checked on me frequently. Making sure I didn't need anything. I appreciate that so much. It's horrible sitting there waiting forever for a refill or extra butter for a potato. It can ruin the meal. Within reason people. Busier days call for patience. Anyways, food was great. Service was even better. Thank you Frida. Place was clean. Ample parking. I'll be back and if you haven't been here, what are you waiting for???

It's unfortunate I have to leave such a negative review because I really enjoy eating here. But here it goes..... The service was great, the food was delicious, the vibe was good. But here entails the problem. I took my wife here for her birthday dinner. It's her first birthday here in USA. She's from the Philippines. And if you know anything about the Philippines, they have top notch hospitality. The cashier whispered to the manager Jesus that my group had a birthday surprise. So what does Jesus do, he completely fumbles and comes to us as we are paying and tells us they will come sing for the birthday person. The look on the cashiers face was priceless. She was in complete shock on why he would come do that. So, surprise ruined. But that's not the worst part. After eating we sat there, and sat there. And sat there. No one came over, no one sang, nothing. I guess Jesus felt that since it was almost closing time he had more important matters to tend to. My wife' didn't want me to remind him. She was upset and just wanted to leave. She said I shouldn't have to remind a manager of an obligation he made. We literally live around the block. And there's probably a 99.9% chance we won't be dining here again because she is so unhappy with her first experience here. What an absolute disappointment! read more

Ordered the steak and shrimp fettuccine Alfred's meal with a salad bar. I requested a medium rare steak. It was cooked to perfection. I had the pleasure of being served by two of the best waitresses in the building. Brenda was so attentive and able to anticipate my every need. Best Sizzler ever! My family has been dining here ever since we moved to Moreno Valley. Every time we come, we are always greeted with a welcoming smile by Jesus. I don't know if his the manager but his charismatic attitude is always on point. The restaurant is always clean and food is always how we would expect it. Thank you! read more

Probably one of the better Sizzlers around. Salad bar is Fresh and more importantly stocked. You don't have to ask for plates, they're already out the. Our server Giselle was great as well. She gladly served me toast with only butter and no garlic. Thank you. read more

Came here with a group for lunch break, Thank goodness it wasn't busy during this time. The greeter was friendly, the waitress assisted us within 5 min of sitting down. Ordered grilled chicken sandwich, we had to ask how long it would take for the sandwich as we were limited on time. Sandwich came out 20 min later, however I noticed there's hair on my pickle which I brought to the waitress attention and her only response was "oh! Sorry" didn't bother taking the plate back to correct it, or at least bring it to managers attention. I had to take the pickles from my plate while she was in front of me. Again, just a whoops type of response. read more

Went to Sizzler for Mother's Day and although it was packed, we had great service from Sina and the food was fantastic! We had a large group and everyone's steak, lobster and entrees were cooked perfectly. Management definitely was prepared for the crowds and had plenty of staff replenishing the salad bar constantly. The salad bar has tons of options. Definitely recommend for large groups on high traffic days. Great experience. read more

First time being to a Sizzler in 30 years since I moved out of California. Omg!! Let me tell you- Food was AMAZING! I had steak and unlimited shrimp. Our waitress Sina was even more AMAZING- if that's even possible. Such a sweet, attentive and caring pThe restaurant is so big, modern and has sooooo many selections in the salad bar. We went to Sizzler for lunch today for my Brother-in-laws birthday. We were greeted by a friendly hostess while in line & then placed our orders. We enjoyed our food. The salad bar was fresh & the vegetable soup was delicious. The Italian herb chicken is a favorite as are the burgers. Alejandra was very attentive & friendly. So I give this sizzler 5 stars not because they have the best food but because they have great servers! They are really nice and they are all very attentive! The food came out fairly quick for the simple fact that we had a party of 17! We all got our food and it was really good no complaints on our end! Most of us ordered steak and all of them were prepared just as we expected them to be! The only con for the evening I would say was the fact that the banana pudding wasn't up to par but what else could I expect at a buffet! As long as the main course was good and the service was good what more could you ask for!? This place is pretty much a Moreno Valley staple so I'm sure we will be back read more

Our servers name was Brenda and she was exceptional! From the moment we sat down to the very end she was extremely attentive. We never waited long for any of our requests. The best part of her service was her offering to put my mom's flowers in some water while we ate. I feel like that was beyond great customer service, it spoke more from the kindness of her heart and she didn't have to do that. But we were very grateful! read more

That positive experience encouraged me to order online again a week later. Unfortunately, the quality and consistency were drastically different. During my later order, the fish dinner I received did not resemble the generous portions and corn balls included with the Friday special. Instead, I was given a few small beer‑battered fish pieces with none of the corn balls, and the overall meal was disappointing. Additionally, the fried chicken dinner was especially concerning. The crust was extremely hard, the meat was dry, and some pieces were so tough they were unpleasant to eat. This was surprising and disheartening coming from a restaurant that has long been one of my favorites. I want to emphasize that I value your establishment and would gladly order the fish special again--provided it is the same style and quality as the first time and not the beer‑battered version I received recently. Sizzler. Even the name evokes a sinister kind of evil, the kind one finds in video game bosses and cereal box mascots. From the outside it is an unassuming cookie cutter chain restaurant, obviously on the lower economic scale of things, but hell, poor people gotta eat too I suppose (at least according to www.foodforthepoor.org [although not feeding them might end that whole "poverty" issue]). Once through the door a whole different picture becomes clear, decrepit septuagenarians shuffle around groaning and chewing in a manor that would make George A. Romero blush. Ancient, rotting corpses of human beings amble through the 'salad' bar that is more like last weeks lawn clippings than anything resembling vegetables, more nursing home escapee/zombies chew, mouths open, bibs drenched, on under and over (no, goldilocks, none of them are ever 'just right') steaks of unknown meaty origins (human flesh, judging by the patronage). Once seated I was served 'cheesy bread.' Cheese bread would have been a misnomer in this instance since, although it was in fact a 'bread', the substance smeared over the top looked and tasted more like lightly toasted rabbit snot and yak butter. By this point some of the zombies were greedily stealing looks at me (I want my looks back damn it!) and in the end I ran screaming, lest my brain be eaten. read more

I can't believe sizzlers wanted to put up a fight over a baked potatoe and brag about it..! Their food is getting worse and the value you get for the money does not equal out to bring a smile. The waitress thought she was doing me a favor to serve me was her attitude. The big mouth female manager was condescending and was a know it all about the how many franchised store s her boss owned which had to be more than 25...! Thanks for all the info on sizzler ms smarty pants because you just let me know how selfish your boss can be while not giving any thought to his valued customers while he keeps buying up more franchises! I really didn't need to know about sizzlers winning awards for the salad bar and how long they've been serving the same baked dried out rice pilaf either...! All I wanted was a baked potatoe to be added as a value to my meal like the many other stores of sizzlers I visited in Los Angeles county..! Plus MV needs a makeover especially their waitresses who need more training on customer satisfaction! I recently rediscovered my local Sizzlers because I was looking for a healthy salad I could take home after work. All of the prepared salads in supermarkets just didn't seem as fresh as if I made it at home. But I didn't want to make a salad at home. I didn't want to buy and prepare all the ingredients. I longed for the days where I could go to a Soup Plantation and take home a salad, but those days are long gone. The only salad bar I knew of was Sizzlers but I didn't want all of the hot food options, just fresh greens. Much to my surprise, Sizzlers has a to-go Greens only option. It is $13.95, a couple of dollars more than a prepared supermarket brand, but supermarket salads can't compare to the options and freshness available at Sizzlers. In addition, Jesus the manager at my local Sizzlers, makes certain my take-out experience is quick and complete. He is also very nice and treats me just as if I was a dining-in patron. As a result, Sizzlers Greens To Go has become my favorite takeout meal that is healthy and delicious without the fuss of preparing a salad on my own. If you want a healthy meal option, I highly recommend you check them out. read more

Outstanding Service from Zenaida! I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Zenaida at Sizzler! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness that made us feel right at home. She was super attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at just the right time to make sure we had everything we needed. Place is fantastic. Worked at cheesecake for a decade, other not so great places change, pizza kitchen etc. First thing I noticed was it's neat and clean. The staff was happy and in a good mood. The salad bar even had an attendant to mix the salad for you which is awesome. The food came out fast and was phenomenal. Went during shift change which is probably the toughest time to be on point with everything. Steak was perfectly cooked and I usually put a1 on steaks. Didn't touch any sauce. service was great. A manager even ran out the food and made sure to see that we were doing well. Rarely get such a good atmosphere when I go out. The only problem I have is that I can't go more often. Would happily pass closer sizzlers to eat at this one. Never write reviews but they truly gave the optimal dining experience. A+. read more

Food was so amazing. It was my boyfriends and I fist time and we were a little confused at first but I asked one of the servers to explain the process to me and she was so nice about it. We waited less than a minute for our server Laisa to come and pick up our ticket. She was very sweet and made our experience better. She was keeping up with us but not too much that we were bothered. When I asked her for more sauce she wasn't rude about it and seemed like she was happy to help. My boyfriend and I thank her!! Prevention was amazing. I have never been to this restaurant before, but I was quite impressed with my experience. At first glance this place is extremely clean both inside and outside. The cashiers are all so friendly and even suggested some items on the menu I did not even notice at first. It was really nice that they actually found a seat for us instead of us finding it on our own. Our server got to us very quickly and was welcoming. The Salad bar is kept clean with the freshest foods and staff was helpful with any questions I had. We notice the managers were always attentive to the guest and helped out the staff (which is rarely seen anywhere else). I will definitely return to this location. read more

Even though she was working as a waitress, she noticed the line forming at the cashier and immediately stepped in to help without missing a beat. Been to many sit down restaurants,this has got to the best detail oriented experience I have had. My waitress "sina" was amazing ,ordered the steak and lobster she made sure to cut my steak to see if it was done to my preference, went above and beyond to come and check for refills on my drink. And honestly, one of the best signs of good food? The staff eats it too. Best experience ever. I'm a regular customer here,but the new manager, Abraham is exceptionally friendly and has excellent customer service and communication skills. My family and i went to sizzler after church and it was packed. Abraham coordinated very well with the hosts to have everyone seated on time and always with a smile on his face. We got our food on a timely manner for a busy day and Abraham made sure we were ok the whole time. Employees look up to him.
