Our favorite place to eat, delicious food, great menu, Outstanding employee's, good prices. My wife and I were there at Sizzlers on Sept 14th. our 45th. Anniversary, and one of the Manager's Edger comped us our meal, Thank you Edger and Sizzler. We used to go a lot to Chilies, and Applebea's, but no place comes close to Sizzler, always hot and fresh. They also have to best beer batterd fish we have ever eaten, even beat out Long Long Silvers. They must have the Best Chef in the Universe. Today I tried the iSirloin cuts meal, was loaded with mushrooms, red peppers, mashed potatoes, onion rings, and the best Bourbon flavored gravy and food I have ever tasted, could have taken a nap, and eaten again. Plus the food server Eden was so kind, helpful and courteous. I had Eden get the Manager for us, so I could complain on how simply delicious our food was. Also we had a Draft Beer, and the prices, are a lot cheaper than other Resturants. Forgot, our Senior meals both came with a drink, and a big fresh salad, what a deal. I also love the price for the senior salad Bar meal, what a feast you get, and a great price. Sorry, Sizzler, you are stuck with us two seniors, will be be eating there more often, and looking forward for our next trip to Sizzler's. I am compelled to write this review today because of one extra ordinary waitress named Mealea Yin who over many years has been the only one in any number of Sizzlers from Ontario Mills to San Diego who could make my wife and I feel very satisfied with our dinning experience. You see any time we don't have Mealea (aka lightning) zip to and from our table I will 8 times out of 10 have "garnish" all over my plate after expressly asking not to have any on the plate and pepper all over my fries after expressly asking not to have the fries seasoned resulting in me having to wait twice the amount of time for my food. Mealea the 5 stars are for you dear, for your 5 star smile, personality, demeanor and the tremendous effort you put into your job that everyone can see to make every costumers experience the best it can be. I'm a 79 year old woman who frequents this Sizzler. It's fairly new and is kept spotless. Tonight I had their 6oz steak, loaded baked potato & green beans with cheese toast. The steak was done perfectly. Everything was delicious. I usually have the salad bar, which includes spaghetti, taco fixings, chicken wings, soup, fruit & dessert. Why would you need an entre when you have all that & salad, too? Tonight my waiter was RUIZ. It's Fri night and they were very busy. He's so polite & efficient. Even though he handles quite a few tables at a time, he gets all the extras customers ask for & never misses a beat. I got a kick out of watching a busboy, MANUEL. He ran like a well-oiled machine. Came in to sizzler again this afternoon for the double Italian and herb chicken, with a side of cilantro lime rice.9/10 the cashier, Reese was very polite and helped walk me through the process of ordering. The food was as good as ever, the chicken wasn't burnt , it was nice and juicy. My server Jessica was super kind and never left me wanting anything! She checked in on my almost too often, but not quite, just the perfect amount where I felt super cared for. I highly recommend sizzler for anyone looking for good food, a good environment and wants to feel welcomed and at home. Definitely ask for Jessica if you visit this location, she's an absolute sweetheart. She talked to me for a while as I came in by myself. My husband and I decided to drive to the Sizzler in Hemet for lunch on Sunday the 29th of December. We usually go to the Sizzler in Murrieta for years. But the last 3 times the experience with the food was absolutely disappointing. I am a creature of habit and get the same plate every time. So I made a decision to not eat there anymore. Our experience at the Hemet Sizzler was amazing and my chicken was better tasting than the Texas Road House Chicken. I was also pleased with the management as they engaged with each table to ensure everything was good. The managers name was Guillermo who stopped at our table to check that everything was to our satisfaction. Guillermo was sincere and very professional. My experience is always been awesome. I travel from the east side to go to Sizzler quite often. Every time I go I make sure I arrive after 4PM to make sure I always get there when Maribel is on duty. She's an awesome server. She is all about customer service. Very pleasant to deal with ever time I see her at work. Maribel is the reason why I keep coming back. The new store is a lot better than the old store. I made sure I followed my server Maribel to the new store. Food is good and salad bar is awesome. Never had an issue but if I did I'm sure Maribel could take care of it for me. If you haven't been to Sizzler yet need to try it out. Had dinner tonight at Sizzler in Hemet. First time in Hemt and the first time at this Sizzler. I has the best experience ever, from the moment I was seated. My server, Maribel was outstanding, more like fabulous. Maribel wa very attentive, checked in once I got my meal, even before my meal came , asked me would I like something to drink, dinner roll or toastes bread. I was by myself and she treated me like a Queen. I would definitely eat here again. Very clean, very pleasant environment and I got the best bonus, Maribel. If you want a juicy steak, look no further, sizzler is the spot! Came in tonight and it was a bit busy. However, my family and I were helped quickly and were well taken care of. Our server Stephanie was so sweet with a great smile, and she was always attentive to our needs. I ordered the 8 oz steak and loaded potato and my steak was so tender and perfectly cooked! Even the manager Michelle stopped by to ask how we were enjoying our meals, and I could not lie, everything was perfect. Me and my mans decided to cruise into sizzler the other night because we couldn't decide what to eat and we hadn't been to Sizzies in forever. The food was good--as usual--but the waitress (Stephanie) we had was unmatched. My mans steak was practically sitting on the table when we walked in cooked to perfection. I can't remember a single time I needed to ask for a refill. Further, she was super friendly, greeted us as soon as we walked in, and genuinely seemed like she cared about our well being outside of just our food. Mealea provided outstanding service! She checked on us multiple times throughout our meal to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. You can tell she has a lot of experience--she's been working here for a long time, and it really shows in the way she takes care of her guests. She's such a kind, person and made our dining experience even better. We truly appreciated her attentiveness and friendly attitude. My family came in for a birthday party we had a party of thirteen the cashier rang up everyone pretty efficiently for us having so many different orders. The wait time from ordering to being seated was so fast hardly a wait with Edgar having everyone laughing for them being so busy it was nice to see a manger go out of there way to talk to guest. The waitress Jessica was very attentive to our needs and our table kept her pretty busy we left her a really good tip and any time we have a larger group sizzler will definitely be our go to. read more

we have gone here several times for birthday parties and its the greatest place. i usually get the salad bar and it is delicious. theres everything on it. but the best part is since we have a large group everyone can choose what they want..from tri tip to burgers to chicken to steak...excellent choices. our waitress was Tatia and she is amazing, very attentive, friendly and she remembered us from the last time we were there...greeted us like old friends. if you want a delicious meal at a reasonable price this is the place to go. read more

We had great service from everyone at the Hemet Sizzler, from Alexis (our cashier), Juan (store manager), the people who cleaned our table, and especially from Mealea, our server. Mealea was working an area that had several large groups, and she was very pleasant and continued to check on everyone every few minutes, even though she was kept very busy. Just had dinner for our party of 14 at Hemet Sizzler and were lucky enough to get Mealea for our waitress. The food was great but the service was the best thing about the dining experience. The food came so fast, but Mealea came faster! She was everywhere, taking care of everything before we ever had to ask - food, drink refills, bread, whisking away dirty dishes and all with the biggest smile ever. My wife and I came to eat at Sizzler on Sunday the only complaint I have is the steak I got was pretty tough. Now I've been here several times before and I've always gotten the same thing steak and salad bar but today it just wasn't cutting it, literally. My waitress Jessica was such a nice gal offered me another steak and was so apologetic but it wasn't her fault. I recently dined at Sizzler and had a great experience, largely thanks to our waitress, Sam. From the moment we arrived, Sam's warm and attentive service stood out, making us feel right at home. Every time I come here the cashier Briana is so amazing she does great at giving us a full run through of the menu and deals they are having. also Mariah is such an outstanding server always attentive to our needs before we even ask and is super fast never has us waiting even when she is busy. We go to this sizzler every Saturday for lunch. I cannot say enough good things about this Sizzler. The staff is great and Edgar one of the managers goes out of his way to see that everything is perfect. Deanna was our waitress today and she did an excellent job.
