I understand how hard the last 15 months has been on all of us. We were looking forward to the reopening of the Sizzler Salad Bar. Now I'm going to vent about our visit this evening. The chicken noodle soup was lukewarm out of the pot. I always looked forward to the salad bar. Chicken wings were subbed with formed chicken pieces, and mini corn dogs, both very poor quality and served almost cold. I've always enjoyed the tuna and pasta salad. Gone. Replaced by macaroni and imitation crab. Yuck. I can't eat greens because of a stomach issue, but I used to enjoy the make your own tacos until the beef was changed to ground turkey. Double yuck. I've eaten at the local Sizzler plenty of times in the last 10 years I've lived in Banning. Usually the food is good and I have no complaints. HOWEVER, lately I've been ordering through GrubHub. The time before last I ordered steak and lobster and they forgot to give me the lobster. When I drove to pick it up (the manager was on it, handled it wonderfully) the worker that had messed up the order came out with my lobster and explained she hadn't seen the original order. Last night I ordered the Italian marinated chicken breast with rice and a side Caesar salad. The first thing I noticed was I was given a garden salad with no dressing. Once I opened my main dish container, I see I received a plain, dry, piece of chicken with NO italian spices. I tried calling the manager, but he couldn't even find my order. I'm very disappointed. I understand that restaurants are having a tough time hiring right now, but I just had to share my experience. It's especially frustrating because you already pay so much more when you order through GrubHub! read more

It never fails, my family keeps coming back to Sizzler! The food is *that* good! Our steaks are always made to our liking, the salad bar is crisp and so are the veggies. Okay First Of All there food was GREAT and it was better than other locations. The steak and Malibu Chicken was so juicy and flavorful not dry or poor cooked. When We left I lost my AirPod in my car I immediately thought it was in the sizzler but with the app on my phone called Find My iPhone helped me find my AirPods they where Luckily in our car but the worker Name Amanda looked everywhere for it and even helped looked in the car this is a very nice location and would come Back if I could. read more

Ordered medium well and came out bloody, sent back it returned well done, baked potato was not cooked full. Our sever was great (Verniece) was amazing. For $55 I should have gone to outback's. sizzler has always been one of my favorites for good, fresh food however when they closed the location in Indio I was very disappointed. We decided to try the location in Banning and what a bad experience that turned out to be. Food took forever and then one plate came out even though there were two of us. Steak was dry and overcooked. Cheese toast looked like it had been setting out for hours. SIzzler used to have the best baked potatoes but not this location. Prices have all went up but quality at this location is not good. Look for another location or restaurant. read more

1) I get their salad bar (which is essentially a mini buffet ) for grand total of $11.87. 2) If you order a beverage that's around $2.69 more....yikes! 3) It's a nice place, really clean, and overall has a peaceful vibe. 4) Of course like most buffet setups, they try to invents ways to "Serve" you something, whether that be a piece of bread, a soda, or strategically force you to ask for napkins so they can get tips....total sham! 5) You're Not responsible for cheap corporations under paying their employees.....you're a hard-working customer Not their salary$ agents. 6) Remember this, the more customers tip the less these employees are financially respected, that's because companies never feel the pressure to pay them correctly in the first place...stop enabling them. My wife convinced me to stop here after we had stopped coming for some time because our service was consistently horrible. I was amazed we got a different server this time Erin and she was great. Very nice she actually came back to our table frequently when before it was like my server couldn't be bothered to return and when she had she was put out.
