So glad I did because she was quick, nice, professional and gave me good counsel by introducing me to the accelerator (maybe I'm using the wrong term-it's the tan that develops more quickly and you HAVE to shower in 3 hours). Let me tell you something-I've gotten a fair amount of spray tans, and I have to say, I'd definitely go back to her, and definitely do this solution because it looked so natural, so even, and I had the chance/ability to get this done late on a Friday afternoon, let it set for 2 hours, rinse, board an 11 hour flight and still have it look like when I landed. Two weeks ago, I had my lips dissolved with my preferred specialist, Monica, and booked a refill appointment for October 4 at 12pm with Kelly (since Monica was out of office). I started my commute from NYC to the Verona location, but found it odd I never received a reminder -- so I called, only to learn that my appointment was never actually booked, despite scheduling it over the phone 2.5 weeks ago. They managed to squeeze me in later in the day with Megan. However, when I arrived just five minutes past their 10-minute grace period (after calling ahead to let them know I'd be slightly late), I was told I had missed my appointment and the most she could offer was a conversation -- not the actual service. I found this incredibly disappointing and frustrating, especially given the effort it takes to travel from NYC without a car, and the fact that I've been a loyal client for years. It's unfortunate to end things on this note, but I can no longer recommend Montclair Rejuvenation Center after today's experience.

For some reason, my hair stopped curling the way I knew it to do and it killed me because it looked so awful (My hair was gorgeous, curly and shiny). Belinda explained the history behind the haircut, the purpose of good products; she didn't push the brand products on me, either; she wanted to see how my hair would react to my normal styling products first (though I'm going back to purchase the Ouidad products soon - they're GREAT), and the importance of a diffuser for my hairstyle. Before my appointment, I thought the haircut was slightly on the expensive side, - but then I understood. I didn't just pay for the (AWESOME) haircut. I paid for the master class and the advice that came with how to deal with my hair from now on. And that, to me, is just as important as the cut and worth EVERY penny.
