The front desk employee (who is also responsible for cleaning beds / rooms and answering the phone) was a 10/10 when it came to being cool as a cucumber and still keeping customer service top of mind because when I tell you she had to juggle customers walking in, customers calling on the phone and cleaning up, she did all of the above seamlessly and so professionally. The rooms themselves were clean and neat and had hooks for your clothes and a stool / chair which was convenient. I definitely recommend them if you want quality and great service.
