No big deal 15 minutes won't kill me and I'm glad I waited. I didn't get the girls name that did my service but she was wonderful. Very pleasant and gentle. The room was very clean which I look for right away and the service itself went quickly. I started out here on a groupon, purchased a wax membership and have been coming for over a year and I love it! Membership is affordable and I love that it works at both of their locations, making it even easier to get an appointment that works with my crazy schedule. All of the esthetician's I've had are awesome (shout out to Sarah!). The waxing process is super fast and easy and the girls always always do a great job and go the extra mile to make sure it's perfect (like removing anything ingrown hairs). This is purely a review for the spray tanning at this location ... Firstly the staff have always been polite and patient and are total sweethearts there. They have even been accommodating when I have royally screwed up the time of my appointment - which I appreciate. Knowing that realistically a spray tan lasts around a week, I try to go once a week just to maintain my tan. Each and every time my results have been fantastic - no streaking, no unevenness and no orange palms/heels. What is more the staff never rush you out, they leave you enough time to dry in front of the fans so you leave bronzed and beautiful. To start there were some issues with wavers and parental consent forms which they handled really well. Other than that though, I had a pretty bad experience. I went with my two friends and from the beginning she was pretty rude. This was the first time I went and one of the reasons I chose this place was because of the 50% off introductory tan sale. When I asked about it she said that that was for everything but spray tans. I went on the website to after and on the spray tans section it clearly said for the airbrush and mystic. Overall pretty bad experience and would not recommend. Beach bum in Wayne (only 20 minutes away from Euro tans) is so much better. Don't waste your time here! read more

I've tried many tanning salons in the area and this is by far the best one EVER! When you walk in it's clean and inviting, the place looks very professional. All the girls that work here are so nice and cheerful every time I go there. They have a lot of different options. You can buy single tans, a package or monthly memberships and they always run specials. Sometimes you get a free tan with the purchase of a lotion packet or a free upgrade during certain days. And the coupons! I love coupons and they always send out emails with them and flyers in the mail. It's definitely a good idea to give them your email, you'll never receive junk mail. As far as the tanning booths go, they're always clean. I've never been disappointed by the cleanliness at Euro Tans. The beds are top quality! Recently they added a new top of the line bed that is by far the best tanning bed I've ever been in. It's a little pricey but absolutely worth the dollars. The girls are always on top of keeping the beds and the rooms in great condition. There's a rack of towels that you can use and they also have two 'beauty bars' where they have lotion, wipes, hair ties, hair spray, make up remover etc. It's everything you didn't know you needed. They really have thought of it all and make you feel comfortable and welcome. This salon doesn't only have UV tanning booths, they also offer the Mystic tanning booth (UV free) and they have Spray tanning which is done by a technician. I've gotten sprayed a few times, when I needed and instant tan, and it's always even. They make you feel comfortable about taking your clothes off and never judge. All in all go give this place a try. The girls are great, the salon is clean, the coupons and specials are awesome. There's always plenty of parking in the private lot of the mini strip mall that houses this salon. The manager runs a great business and hires wonderful ladies to work there. They must pay people to leave these good reviews, I went to the Hawthorne Location with a groupon, Which was $30 dollars for a month of unlimited tanning, Which compared to their outrageous $80 dollars a month, dint seem that bad! I used to go to this place when it was called Hollywood Tans, I went maybe 2-3 times for single tanning sessions back in 2009.. I walk in, the only thing i get from the INCREDIBLY rude front desk is "... Last name????" Not greeting me, not asking how she could help me today.. just asking for my last name.. I stated i had a groupon, and she didn't even take the time to look up from her phone to say a word to me, until again she asks my last name. I gave it to her, along with my first and she said "its only for first time customers, you've been here before.. in 2009" uuuuhhhhh, Okay. Cool, I get it, Its for first time customers, Which i would have understood if they didn't change businesses.. Whatever, I didn't cause a fuss. I just stated i was going to get a refund through groupon. But i was already lotioned, And wanted to get a tan, So i stated i wanted to do a level 2, one session. Came out to $17.. ugh. Again, Whatever. She says " wait here, i have to clean the bed " Meanwhile, I've been there for a good 15 minutes now, No one has come out from any room.. So a dirty bed was just sitting here? Gross. This place LOOKS clean from the lobby, beautiful, Very upscale looking.. Until you get into the rooms. The rooms offered NOTHING. No towel, No eye stickers, Nowhere to put your clothes.. Horrible. I had to tan with my shirt over my eyes because i'm used to every place having eye stickers in EVERY ROOM. (maybe thats just me, but i figured a place that is charging $17 for a level 2 tan, would offer a little more) All in all, I will not be back here.. Not even because of the outrageous prices.. but the staff isnt friendly, and the rooms are not half as nice as the ones i've been too. ** Side note, I do know that there is one spray tan tech, blonde hair, that is AMAZING. I was sent and told about some late no show policy. Which i have never done EVER in my 5 years of coming here and he kept repeating it's not personally for me it's to let everyone know but I felt targeted like it was for me cause he kept repeating it wasn't directly too me. I'm giving this 1 star because 0 isn't an option. I purchased a Brazilian wax on Groupon, figuring I would try a new place near my parents so they can watch my son while I am at my appointment. I'm 7 months pregnant and had arranged for my parents to watch my 2 year old. Arrived 11 min late due to traffic and dropping my son off, unknowing of their 10 min late policy. This policy is fine had it been told to me upon making the appointment. Unfortunately sometimes it's just not possible as a parent to pull everything off with perfection...especially at 7 months pregnant. I walked in and the receptionist was very snub. She said as per their policy they would not take me. I arrived at 1:11 and I was 1 min past their policy allowance. I said will you please ask again for me as this appointment was not the easiest for me to pull off. The waxer came out and was so evil. She said, I'm not taking you and when I questioned about why I wasnt made aware of this policy she said, "Did you really have to be informed to be on time for an appointment." She proceeded to tell me that she didn't want to wax me at all and to cancel my groupon. The gave me a phone number to a recording at Groupon and said it was my problem to figure out how to cancel it. The receptionist initially suggested a later appointment at 5:15pm, but by the time our conversation was over they said they gave that appointment away anyway. I have to be honest, I'm glad the waxer came out because with the attitude and freshness she had, I would not have been comfortable having her wax me anyway. Being a business owner myself I felt so embarrassed for the poor owner of establishment and the representation they have while they are not there. So many places you can go get waxed. All-in-all a good tanning place. I prefer the stand up booths. It's always super clean and there are a ton of beds (= no waiting) and the counter area has deodorant, make up remover, perfume, etc. You definitely don't realize how big the place is on the outside. I walked in With other customers and the "girl " behind counter says loudly does anyone sleep anymore it's to early ( it was not they are already open ) she's lucky to have a job we the customers pay her salary .....at this point more customers walk in and she now says My Life Sucks !!!!! Why are you people up so early !!! Well we all looked at one another locked at phones and watches it was 830am they open 8 am ..huh ....I have high end package and asked her to show me how to work it ...I got just wait just wait !!! Who owns this place hiring this type of person to run this location??? My daughter had more manners than her and she's 12! I recently purchased Euro Tans Spray Tanning package. The spray tan is a beautiful even glow; no snooki orange here! Also, I typically go to the Clifton location-by the way the girls at the desk are just as fabulous and the booth is good too- but because of time and technically difficulty I had to go to Hawthorne. I had such a great waxing experience here. I purchased a groupon for 2 waxes at a really reasonable price. I was able to make a same day appointment which was very convenient. When I came in, I was greeted by a really friendly receptionist who got me situated right away. My appointment was at 3:50 but I was taken back 10 or so minutes early. I saw an esthetician named Kristina who was super knowledgable, professional, gentle and friendly. The room was really clean and she was super sanitary in her practice. We all know that it sucks getting waxed, however, she made it a pleasant experience. I also appreciate that they accept gratuity using Venmo/CashApp/etc. because I never have cash on me to tip. The receptionist informed me that they do have a monthly Brazilian waxing membership which I will really consider doing once I get all the details. I'd recommend this place, especially Kristina. Euro Tans is my favorite place to go after work. I get 13 minutes of quite. I have been tanning for many years and this is by far one of the best salons I have been to. The girls are very helpful with whatever questions I may have. It truly is a place where they have learned their customers names and you feel welcomed. 6 visits left and this LONG time member is out of there. I have NEVER been yelled at or treated so poorly but at the Hawthorne location, I was yelled at and rudeness is a must to work there. I did not say anything and all the girl did was yell "I am alone, I am alone", bed did not work and apparently that was my problem too. I called 1 week ago and asked for the owner and he NEVER called back. This is the Hawthorne location and I called the Clifton location and left a message for Timothy (absent owner) to call me and 1 week later nothing, no refund, no call, so they will not win, I am doing 6 days straight and done with the rude staff. Worst customer service ever! I had an appointment scheduled for 10:12am and I got there before that time. The girl checked me in and said we will be right with you so I sat down to wait. Over a half hour goes by and nothing so I went up to the desk to see what was going on and the girl says to me "you were late". I know for a fact I wasn't late because I walked in there before my appointment time. She then said oh I can try and get you in later but that wasn't the point. I said to her you saw me sitting there and none of you said anything to me just let me wait there. So I left upset. I then called to ask to speak with the manager and she told me she wasn't there so I asked the girl if I could leave my information and she proceeded to hang up on me. I have been tanning at Euro Tans and Spa in Hawthorne for YEARS. I even was a former employee for a summer during college. I have always found the service to be really good- the girls have always been so sweet and two of them have remained my best friends since 2016. Last week, I purchased a package of Mystic spray tans. Tonight when I went in for a Mystic, I told the girl I would be doing the "Dark" solution and she put me in the Mystic- no problem. While the booth was spraying, the back piece that is hooked on the back of where the spray nozzle is located, broke off. I have seen this happen before when I worked here. I was understanding and did not complain. However, I mentioned to the girl working behind the counter to make sure she fixed it so that the next person who used it-would not have a botched spray tan which I now will have due to this malfunction. Instead of showing even an ounce of good customer service, she proceeded to say "you owe me $1.07 for getting the "Dark" solution and not the "light or medium." Aside from the fact that she does not know what she is talking about and the information she just presented me was incorrect, she lacked any amount of consideration for the fact that my spray tan was messed up. I have had a million awful spray tans in the past, It happens. But to show such a lack of consideration and awful customer service was disappointing. The "right" employee would have offered either a compensated spray tan in the future or an apology at the very least. This place has gone downhill. Very disappointed. read more

I went in for a chest and back waxing (My first) not knowing what to expect. I was introduced to Kristine who performed the waxing. I've been tanning for years and Euro Tan is by far the nicest salon I've ever joined. The salon itself is exceptionally clean with a beautiful waiting/seating area. The lay-down rooms are also spacious with tables and chairs and plenty of hooks to hang your stuff! The staff is awesome! The ladies are professional and friendly. Started going here when I saw them on Groupon. My first visit went well and I decided to start going there. This last time I went, there was no one in the lobby. I assumed they went to get something from the back really quickly but then I saw a sign that read "airbrushing, be right back". I waited for about 10 minutes, then other customers started coming in until about 5 of us were waiting for over 20 minutes. A lady then came out and told me to wait for someone to come get me. I said okay. Only to realize that she was in the back doing nothing as well. This is extremely unprofessional and I was so turned off. There is no reason why the lobby is left unattended for that long. The fact that they weren't occupied by customers makes it even worse. When I finally went in, I tried to make conversation with my waxer and she pretty much wasn't for it. In summary, go here expecting to get either good service or the absolute worst. read more

They keep everything so so clean, they also have a variety of products to use on your skin pre or post tanning to get your best results.
