On top of the technician being 10 minutes late with no prior client, the entire tail of my brow was taken off without permission. Then I was told I didn't walk in with that hair to begin with, it "looks fine" and it will "grow back fast". I had to ask for their makeup artist to teach me how to fill in my brows for the time being, no one even thought of it, everyone was just standing around looking while I was in tears. The owner didn't even come out to address anything (they asked if I wanted to see her..I don't even think that should be a question. And I'm sure now I'm that am writing a review she'll try and address it). Once the mistake was finally acknowledged I was offered a brow serum to help it grow back. But let's be serious, if those things even worked everyone would be walking around with full brows. Execution was poor, and the attempt at redemption was worse. Please reference the photos, one of which is me in tears IN the salon in tears. So, I'm not saying don't come here, I'm saying be weary and I hope your service goes the way you want it to. If not you'll be the one trying to fix it.

The beds are well maintained and they have a really good variety of types to chose from. Sometimes I feel like relaxing and do the 20 min bed, and other days I'm in a rush and use the fast ones. They have a stand up one that is my favorite, it just feels more natural to me to stand. I've done a good amount of research, looking at actual peer reviewed data on which one is healthier and it seems shorter more frequent exposure is better, this makes sense as it allows your melanocytes (the cells that respond to UV) time to make melanin. I used to get pretty depressed in the winter. My hormones were fine, my vit-d was good, everything was "normal" according to my doctor. Then, one day while working out I heard a guy talking about why he tans. Long story short I decided to try it. What a difference it makes, I pretty much tell anyone who will listen. But, just like anything else you want to use the minimum effective dose. So go easy, especially on your first few sessions.

This was before the business was another name. I had to call my credit company and tel them that I did not authorize the charges until a certain date. Now when I got there the girl asked me for my credit card and I asked her why and her response was that she just needed one on file which I didn't understand and it was my fault to give it to her but come on now! Recently I checked my bank statement and I saw they had charged me $22.86. When I called I spoke to a girl Laura and she stated that I should have signed a form and that the girl who attended me should have explained packages and why the card was taken. There's a tiny, shabby waiting room, if you can call it that, and a janky storage room/janitor closet. Plus, the woman getting sprayed had left her stuff all over the one chair, open handbag and everything. The tan itself didn't really look like much, except on my face, which was really dark. But everywhere else you couldn't really notice it. So, nope. Would not recommend. PS: If this review convinces you to go here, be prepared to get totally nay-nay except for disposable paper undies.
