I was excited to come in for a spray tan after reading the reviews, but my experience wasn't great. After arriving, I was told there was an additional $20-$25 charge that wasn't included on the website or booking page. I also mentioned I wanted a light/subtle airbrush, but what I got is so dark I had to cancel the event I wanted the tan for. I'd show pictures if I wasn't so horrified. If I can give Michele zero stars I Would!! Please reference to the pictures below. I called scheduled my appointment and it was confirmed by technician Michele. She texted me at 10:22pm to ask me if I can come at 12pm instead of 10am due to weather conditions. I told her the best I can do is 10:30am. The day of my appointment I received a text at 8:18am asking if I can come at 12pm I said no 10:30am I have a flight to catch. Michele responded and said see you at 10:30am. Driving to my appointment at 9:04am she then said I cant do 10:30am only 12pm! WHAT IS THE BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 10:30am and 12pm for the person who works there vs me who has to catch a flight! The shop is opening regardless! Dispite of the weather conditions Michele knew a head of time the day before to prepare. Waking up a hour before wouldn't kill you. She had to open the shop regardless. I asked to speak to a manager she tried to resolve the problem on her own by DISRESPECTING ME WHEN I CALLED HER! Stating "I am coming at her hot". EXCUSE ME ! This is not a wrinky dink place how dare you address a customer in that manner! Talk abour horrible customer service. Telling me a hour and half before my appointment no she cant make it. I asked for the manager number she ignored me. Michele if the job is above your qualifications you should QUIT! How can the owner be successful with Michele operating the establishment?!!! I came here only because my usual spray tan girl wasn't available. I also found a Groupon so I figured it was worth a shot. Well, I wound up paying $20 extra for the 4 hour tan solution, because the girl said I had to wait 24 hours to shower for the other solution - no less. After I already paid, I saw the sign that said wait 10-24 hours to shower (and I told her my ideal shower time was 21 hours later). While my tan came out decent, with the exception of some orange wrists (not a place I was told to put barrier cream on), the spray tan room was so dirty. It was brown everywhere from the tanning solution, the mirror was so dirty I couldn't even check myself out when she told me to. I was not even given a hairnet for my hair. Boxes of solution and dirty towels were stacked in the corner. My usual tanning salon is spotless, so it really made me appreciate it even more! read more

I came to this salon after buying a Groupon for the spray tanning! I've never had it done before so I was pretty cautious but when I went in today the young lady who helped me was AMAZING! Her name is Angelica (hopefully I spelled it right) and she was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience very comfortable for me. She helped me pick the color especially because my event is tonight. Her coloring was just right, I don't look orange or too tan. It's a nice healthy glow. Found this tanning salon off of Groupon. Small little tanning salon that I would have driven past if it weren't for GPS. It's a cute local salon. Nothing outstanding, the beds are older but work. The girls do not say much nor offer any lotions. The Groupon price was what I would usually pay but their regular prices are a bit high. read more

Two stars because I USED to love coming here for spray tans and thought they did a really nice job. The girls were knowledgeable and seemed to have a handle on what they were doing. That is absolutely no longer the case. The past two times I've gone, I've asked relatively simple questions regarding the solution and the application process, and both times (two different girls) I was told "oh, I don't know, I've never had a spray tan".....well what are you doing giving them!?!? Not that it would make a difference if you at least knew what you were doing, but the past two times in the past month that I've been there have been the worst sprays of my life. Most recently, my feet were practically black, my hands were uneven, the barrier cream that they don't even tell you to put on was just as empty when I was there the other day as it was a month ago. They literally just haphazardly blasted me with the solution with no technique at all. Everyone after the fact commented on how weird I looked and how uneven it was. Not happy. I'll only go back because I got the Black Friday deal but never again once it's up. Management, train your staff. read more

By far my favorite tanning salon. Will never go anywhere else. The staff makes me feel very welcome each and every time I come in. It's ALWAYS clean... A fresh towel is offered during every session.
