Don't bother. They used to have great specialty pizzas but got rid of all of those. Then tonight, I called in a pickup order and was told 45 minutes. We ordered it because we were hosting a birthday party for kid at Chasers Laser Tag and it was "recommended"/mentioned on their website. Great quick lunch/dinner spot. Pizza slices are bigger than your head, warm, and baked to perfection plus it comes with a soda can. I also wanted to try their dessert, they have tiramisu and cannolis. I opted for the tiramisu and I am so glad I did. It's phenomenal. Literally so good. Ordered the Stadium Pizza (26" x 18") on their website, for friends that were over on Memorial Day. I ordered the Supreme (Sausage mushroom, onion & green pepper) with extra cheese & sausage. After calling 3 times to verify the time, someone finally picked up and I was told 20 minutes. No problem. I arrive at the store and there is only 1 guy working there. He tells me it will be about 10-15 minutes. He's working by himself, not my problem, but I understand that he's doing his best. 30 minutes later he brings out 2 boxes, on Stadium size box and one large box. I look at him confused because I only ordered one pizza. I thought maybe he threw in a cheese or cheese & sausage pizza for waiting so long. I open up the Stadium box and all I see is cheese & sausage. I told him that this was not what I ordered. I ordered one pizza, a supreme with extra cheese and sausage. He then tells me, "No. This is what you ordered." I looked at the printed receipt that was attached to the smaller box and there was only on size pizza listed 26" x 18", as I had stated. After explaining to him for several minutes, what the pizza was supposed to be, he calls his manager and after being on the phone for a few more minutes, realizes that he had made the wrong pizza. He tells me hat it will be ten minutes. I said, "Ten minutes? Are you sure it won't be 15 or 20? Be honest." H said 10 minutes. I said, "Ok. GO!" and started the 10 minute timer on my phone. I frequently gave him 2 minute updates and he kept coming back to apologize and even scratched his head with his hand. I said, "You're going to wash your hand, right?!" He looked at me like he didn't understand what I was saying. I said I just saw you scratch your head and before that you were placing cheese on the pizzas without gloves. SO since you don't use gloves to apply toppings, I assume you have clean hands when preparing food, however you just scratched your head and were headed to the food and not the sink." He then proceeded to wash his hands and 20 minutes later I finally had the correct pizza. Unfortunately this was 90 minutes after I had ordered it. When I spoke to the manager later that week, and described what had happened, she asked me "What would you like me to do?" I said, "If I have to explain to you that this is an unacceptable way to run your business, maybe you shouldn't be in business." This was the first time I have EVER had an issue with this place. Just moved to the area and I noticed the sign saying giant slices and a drink for cheap. I ordered a Medium Mediterranean pizza online and didn't realize they changed the specialty pizza menu and that style pizza wasn't on the menu anymore. Guess what?
