The outdoor seating is pretty totally recommend! for such a nice restaurant space strategically placed in the domain the food could be a lot better. the Margarita pizza was good! The fried zucchini also very yummy but could really use a side sauce like a marinara or a spicy mayo to dip in. Like that would've been perfect. Don't get the rigatoni it's al dente pasta with a blah red sauce - this dish really needs an upgrade, the eggplant is so sparse and the dish is just flavorless. The rainbow trout is a good portion and tastes great -- it's very basic in flavor so if you enjoy fish, you will like this dish however, ours came on top of some sort of lentils which I do not think is a good combination. should've come with some rice or even a lentil rice. If you enjoy eating, clean and tasting the flavors of the ingredients without too much additional seasonings, you will like this restaurant. It's not a restaurant you think of when you're craving some super yummy food. With the respect of the service, it was really slow for us. Had to flag down the server and for some reason they would disappear before we could get all our requests in. I would absolutely go back because I love the area. It's great for people watching.
We chose this restaurant for Father's Day because we've had good experiences here before, but today's visit was truly exceptional. From the moment we sat down, the service set a phenomenal tone for the meal. Our server, Avery, genuinely took the time to ask what we were interested in, thoughtfully guiding us through the menu with recommendations that were, frankly, unbelievable. Every single suggestion was spot-on. As for the food, every dish that arrived at the table was a masterpiece: The Brunch Plate: A beautifully classic, elevated breakfast. The sunny-side-up eggs were cooked to absolute perfection, seasoned with a light touch of pepper and spice. Paired with perfectly golden, crispy hash browns, savory sausage, thick-cut toast, and a rich fruit compote, it was a flawless, hearty start to the day. The Beet & Citrus Salad: A vibrant, refreshing standout. The earthy depth of roasted red and golden beets paired wonderfully with bright, juicy citrus segments, creamy crumbled cheese, and fresh greens. It was beautifully balanced, incredibly fresh, and a perfect contrast of textures. The Pesto Pasta: Absolutely spectacular. The pasta shape held onto the rich, flavorful pesto sauce perfectly, which was tossed with fresh spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and tender chicken, all finished with a generous dusting of parmesan. It was savory, comforting, and packed with bright, fresh flavor. Between the flawless, attentive service and the phenomenal quality of the kitchen, they made this Father's Day incredibly memorable. We will absolutely be back!
We walked into Sixty Vines for the first time today. The chicken and caviar had really dry chicken. We asked for mustard, but the restaurant doesn't carry it. As for sauces, they had side sauces but nothing to really help with the chicken's dryness, so my partner asked for mayonnaise. The caviar was tasteless, and the crème fraîche had melted by the time the dish arrived, so it looked and tasted like butter. As for the BLT, the pecorino cheese crust overpowered the BLT's flavor. The beet salad was the star of the show with three types of beets. I asked for the dressing on the side, which was a great idea because I didn't want to mask the flavor of natural beets. Maybe it wasn't as fresh as it should have been. The food was a bit pricey for the quality you might expect, but we've actually gone to this restaurant several times. The manager is wonderful and really makes an effort to ensure a good experience. However, the hostesses could benefit from some additional customer service training to make everyone's visit even more enjoyable.
OK, so ended up giving this place another chance. The manager Andrew reached out because of my review in the fact that it was an enjoyable experience and he wanted for us to have a good one this time. When we arrived, our table was ready right away this time and it was a great table. It wasn't packed this time. It was busy still, but overall the place and environment is great. Our waiter was amazing. He was very attentive knew what to recommend and was very nice and a fun person also. This time we started off with a golden beats and let me tell you they were delicious and the cheese that they use at the bottom is just phenomenal. This is definitely something you need to get. We also started off with the muscles and they were delicious. The broth that they were in was so good. You could literally drink it and you just wanted to submerge your bread in it. I also got an espresso martini to wake up because I've been so jetlagged and it was perfect. it was a good balance of the espresso and not sweet. I love that they don't use milk here unlike other places. My mother got the opera spritz and it was delicious. Very well balanced. It was not Avril heavy like some places tend to do. My mother got the Braised pork pasta, and it was divine. This was full of flavor a good amount of sauce not salty. We also got the chefs butcher pizza and it was amazing. I loved that you can tell they make all the ingredients there and the bread is just so good. Also had some kind of sauce on there with some piece of cheese that just balanced it so good. Definitely thanks to this experience. I will say I will keep going back. I'm thinking maybe when I first swim they were just having an off day but now trying the rest of these dishes. They did really good and definitely a place to enjoy when you're at the domain.
Came for a girls lunch and honestly loved it. I got there before my friend and they seated me right away, brought water over without me asking, just little things that make a difference. Our waitress was great, attentive but not hovering. We got a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and shared the roasted cauliflower, bacon wrapped figs and the fried chicken caviar. The fried chicken caviar STOLE the show oh my gosh it was delicious . So good. The bacon wrapped figs were delicious too. The cauliflower was just okay for me. It's presented as this big beautiful flower which looks stunning but it's actually why it doesn't roast well, you lose that crispy almost popcorn-like texture you get with regular roasted cauliflower. Pretty dish, just not my favorite execution. Will definitely be back. Love this spot!
I can't wait to come back for happy hour, sit at the bar and try everything I can. The service is wonderful, the place is beautiful, super clean. The bathrooms are immaculate and of course the food is unbelievable. I just came here for lunch and came in early. This place looks like it gets pretty packed, but I love it! The espresso at the end was the icing on the cake. What a remarkable lunch I had here and oh so many times I'm coming back!
Sixty Vines is a great, lively spot that is perfect for a date night or dinner with friends at The Domain. The space feels bright, stylish, and energetic, and the wine on tap concept makes it fun to try different pours with your meal. The chicken with caviar dish is an absolute must. It is rich, unique, and one of those bites you keep talking about after dinner. The rest of the menu is solid too, with good shareables and mains that pair well with the wine selection. Service can vary a bit when it is busy, but overall it is a fun, reliable place I would gladly come back to.
Second time around everything was outstanding . Granted we were here at lunch and the cooks were not in a rush so all of our food was ready very quickly and delicious. If you haven't been here the ambiance is clean modern and very open and airy ,the atmosphere is very loud at diner but at lunch everything was quiet and relaxed. I will say in my humble opinion that the main courses are good but I highly suggest getting serval appetizers as your entree. From that amazing chimichurri tri tip and cream fraiche fried chicken with caviar you really can't go wrong. Those things all paired with a glass of wine of your choice and you've got a great meal and awesome experience. All together a solid 8/10 and that's a great thing considering the amount of competition in Austin let alone the Domain where it's located. Parking is the one of few things I absolutely hate and think is atrocious at this place otherwise a top contender at the Domain considering that many of the other places are older and kind of played out. The staff was very helpful and helped us pick a wine to take home. You can have a bottle of anything on the menu and they will sometimes give you 20 percent off if you ask and wink.
Came here for our anniversary and was treated to an amazing night. Kudos to the wait staff for making our evening super special! Super modern, large space with the dim lighting for the romantic mood. Music is a bit loud inside but we were seated at a table that happened to be a bit away from the speakers, so was very enjoyable. They also have an outdoor patio area if the weather is nice. For the food, we decided just to get a bunch of smaller plates to share so we could sample a bunch of the food. Everything was very good, familiar classics for the most part with a neat twist. My favorite was the grilled golden beets. Normally I hate beets but these were almost like eating a ripe peach - so juicy, sweet and flavorful and was the perfect vegetable to complement some of the fried stuff we got. Chicken and caviar is thin, super crisp chicken (think Milanesa style) with lemon, crème freche and caviar and the combo just works, especially hot out of the fryer, the contrast is fantastic. The pappardelle is perfect al dente pasta, with nice toothsome chew, hearty meat sauce with the braised pork spinoff, my wife's favorite dish of the night. Fried zucchini came last and it has a perfect fry on it - good texture again, well seasoned and the little chili sprinkled in is the perfect pop. If you come with a group, I would dare to say just order everything and share so you can try it all. Too full for dessert but would definitely want to try that sticky toffee cake one day. So glad Sixty Vines is here and with definitely come back!
I was so eager to try Sixty Vines after seeing all the pictures and reviews about the fried chicken! We had a reservation for dinner with the special request to be seated outside and upon arrival, they did not skip a beat with our accommodation, we had a great table on the deck. We had already been looking at the menu and knew what we wanted so we immediately started putting in our order. Our server was amazing, he let us know that almost everything on the menu was gluten-free and cooked in their own separate fryers and surfaces, which was really great since I have a gluten sensitivity. The buttermilk fried chicken cutlets with lemon crème fraîche and caviar was absolutely delicious! I could eat that once a week and never get tired of it. And the fried zucchini was insanely delicious! And the portion is very generous. My husband's favorites were the roasted golden beets sitting on whipped feta and sprinkled with pistachios, and the roasted potatoes. Chef's kiss! The olives with citrus and fennel was a beautiful palette cleanser, very bright and fresh. For dessert we ordered the basque cheesecake which is also gluten free, very light flavor, not too sweet, not heavy. It was perfect. Definitely look forward to going back!
On Christmas Eve EVE, we tried out Sixty Vines at the Domain for the first time. My parents were visiting us, and we were excited to try a new place after peeping the location taking photos a few weeks before by the Macy's Christmas tree. Located next door to Macy's, Sixty Viines was bumpin' for the holidays. It has a large indoor dining room, bar area, and a medium-sized patio. We used Open Table for a reservation, and the staff were very helpful to seat us on the patio per our request. The patio is incredibly charming with lights in the oak trees. They also had igloo experiences set up, which we thought you had to spend $200 to rent (but I guess it is that you need to spend $200 within 2 hours). The weather was unseasonably warm for December, so we were happy to not be in an igloo and enjoy the fresh open air. The igloo experience did look cute for those partaking in it, and I would imagine it is lovely on a cold night. The area is a bit loud (lots of street traffic) and the bustle of The Domain especially with the holidays, but I really liked the vibe. The food at Sixty Vines was delicious with a sort of new American style with bits of Italian and Spanish cuisine sprinkled in. The appetizers were actually the best part of the menu for me: The grilled golden beets were truly special, and the wood roasted cauliflower with eggplant puree and pitas was a crowd favorite. I wanted the cauliflower to be cut a little smaller and cooked just slightly longer (a bit too al dente, and I like al dente). My partner and I had margherita pizza, which was tasty with the San Marzano tomato sauce (although mine had a bit too heavy of parmesan on top). My parents enjoyed both of their pasta dishes: campanelle (which is served with shrimp) and braised pork pappardelle. They also got a caesar salad, which was pretty mid, and none of us would choose that salad again. Our server, Nicky, was doing her best to serve literally every table outside (and likely other guests inside), but there was a long wait to order and get my family's bottle of wine (like almost 30 minutes). Because of the long wait, we decided to forgo the dessert, which we wanted to try. Nicky was wonderful and friendly, so she and the other staff just needed more help. I heard another table when I walked by was sending back a starter that came out after their main, and it took awhile to get more water for our table too. I think it was a combo of a busy night and not enough staff, so I hope they can hire more folks to help their current awesome staff out. I will definitely give Sixty Vines a try on a different night. For those who like a tasting menu, they also have small glasses of wine (I think 2.5 oz) that make getting a flight or trying some different options possible. Swing by for a happy hour or tasty meal out at The Domain!
I have been anxiously awaiting to experience Sixty Vines as many of my friends have raved about it. I met a Yelp friend for Happy Hour. Please note Happy Hour is available at the bar and lounge only. When you walk into Sixty Vines you are immediately attracted to the modern interior, tall ceiling and floor to ceiling windows. The tables are all meticulously set and ready for guests. Sixty vines is an aesthetically pleasing environment...quite striking. My friend and I shared the truffle vineyard fries, brussel sprouts, Prosciutto di parma board, and golden beets. She had the equivalent of a margarita and I had a martini. Ratings by Item: Truffle Vineyard Fries (4/5) - liked the concept of a scalloped potatoes fried in the shape of a French fry. The fries were flavorful and hearty. Brussel Sprouts (3/5) - While the brussel sprouts were flavorful, they were not crisp fried as enumerated on the menu. They were a bit soggy. Prosciutto di Parma Board (4/5) - The prosciutto was thinly sliced, soft and flavorful. The accompanying almonds and honey accentuated the prosciutto. The pita bread was hard and not very easy to consume. Golden Beets (3/5) - The beets had a small amount of flavor from grilling but no other flavor. Tequila Fix (4/5) The drink contained Corazón Blanco Tequila, watermelon, and lime. My friend enjoyed her drink. First Crush Maritnin (2/5) - Contained Grey Goose Vodka, Ferrari-Carano Fume Blanc, St.Germain Elderflower, lemon, and was garnished with sugar coated white grapes. The martini was not one of my favorites. While our server, was initially helpful in taking our order and checking on us. Her trips to our table became excessive to the point I felt uncomfortable. It was as though we had a set time to sit or order more items. I would consider returning and trying one of their wines.
I came in on a Sunday afternoon and was able to easily sit at the bar. The bar has a lot of seating. Both bartenders were very attentive and the managers/food runners made sure to bring food out quickly so it arrives hot and fresh. I came in for the frozen espresso martini after seeing it all over Instagram. It was blended well and is still coffee forward which I loved. It's not too sweet. I've seen mixed reviews about the food so opted for the Brussels and a pizza. The pizza was cheesy, pretty flavorful but the red pepper flakes and ranch gave it the little extra spice I needed. I loved the brussel sprouts. They are like kung pao sprouts that many places have. Crispy, sweet, with some spice. I will definitely be make for drinks and apps.

Love love love the vibe at Sixty Vines! It's the beautiful, spacious, upscale yet inviting atmosphere that we desperately needed from a restaurant in the domain. They have an extensive wine list, ranging from affordable to pricey. You can order a flight or choose from a 2.5 oz, 5 oz, quarter carafe or full carafe pour. My friend ordered a rose and I enjoyed a Malbec. We got a few small plates to share - bacon wrapped dates, harissa shrimp and roasted cauliflower. The food was fantastic! My personal favorite was the cauliflower dish - I particularly enjoyed the fresh pita bread and eggplant dip it was served with, yum! Bacon wrapped dates are a small bite sized portion, but super tasty. The harissa shrimp was good too with a very subtle flavor, and served with toasted bread for dipping in the soupy sauce. The classy decor and attentive service really round out the whole dining experience. read more

Hey Samyukta!…
Lovely atmosphere and wine selection! Their tri tip was super tasty, as well as their desserts! In the pricier side, but good for a more upscale hangout. I got the steak, which was decent, nothing too crazy. The mushrooms were a nice touch, though. I also got the frozen rosé, which was really tasty; the wine added was definitely better than other frosés I've had. Appetizers were all decent, and highlights were the Brussel sprouts and tri tip for me. Great flavors all around. Dessert was also wonderful, and we were given an affogato on the house when we were being indecisive! Great service! read more

Hey Angel!…
Popped in for "Tappy Hour" on the bestie's birthday. It was nice, but honestly nothing new or different, just felt like any other bougie wine bar. Clean bathrooms, open bar seating, Domain traffic. Just felt like I've been here before and I've never been here before. So overall "meh". The Brussel sprouts were amazing though-4 stars for that! read more
Met friends for a late brunch here this past Sunday and had a fun time. They had a mimosa bar to top off $34 bottles of bubbly, which we ordered two of. A couple friends shared some appetizers. I got the pulled pork sandwich without a bun. Another got the shrimp salad. We all enjoyed our food and drinks! A few got the Carajillo from the brunch special cocktail menu. A couple of us wanted to try the Matcha cocktail but they ran out or threw away the matcha at some point so it was no longer available unfortunately so we ordered espresso martini's which were great but we didn't realize they were $20 until after the bill came. Overall a great experience but a little pricer than expected. read more
I'm not sure what I loved more--the food or the atmosphere. The space felt incredibly peaceful, with wooden, desk-like tables that made me feel like I was dining somewhere special. Since I was driving, I ordered a non-alcoholic sparkling "wine" made with blackberry and sage--light, refreshing, and just the right touch of sweet. For starters, I had the grilled golden beets topped with toasted pistachios, feta, and a bright apricot vinaigrette. Absolutely divine. The truffle fries were something else--thick, crispy potato wedges, almost like little logs, perfectly seasoned with truffle, pecorino, and chives. For our main dish, we shared a mushroom pizza. I'm allergic to cauliflower, so I opted for their traditional crust, and it was spot-on: crisp, chewy, and flavorful. This place is an easy five stars in my book--delicious food, thoughtful details, and a truly calming vibe. I'll definitely be back. read more
Great dinner here last night with a group from work. The server was attentive and kind. Food was good--between all of us, we ordered practically everything on the menu. I had the beet salad, trout and cheesecake. The trout, although good, was lacking seasoning in my opinion. Portion sizes were decent. A few of my coworkers had the pork chop and everyone raved about how good it was. read more

Sixty Vines is such an excellent addition to the restaurant choices available at the Domain. Not only are they saving the planet one sip at a time, but they are doing it in style. We sat at the bar and started off with champagne and shared a salad. If you look at my other reviews, I very seldom order salads anywhere but boy, am I glad I did. Their cali chicken chop is pretty much the salad of my dreams. Our bartender recommended the bavette as an entree and he wasn't kidding. I could have licked that plate clean. After a few glasses of cava, we finished off with an olive oil cake that rounded up the perfect meal. Service was amazing even though they were consistently busy. Best food option at the Domain right now for sure. read more

THE BIG: Located in the Domain in North Austin. Right outside of the Macy's. Beautiful and big interior. Garage and street parking available all around. THE BLACK AND WHITE: Winemaker + restaurant concept. The wine list is long and has it own dedicated sheet of paper. The wines here are diverse and cater towards any palette which is nice. I'm more of a dainty red guy myself. For food, the list was pretty long but fortunately I was able to pinpoint what I wanted and that was the Carribean roast sandwich. It was alright, if the pork was juicier and the bread was different, I'd say it was a winner. For apps, we got the naan which came with a handful of slices and two spreads. My favorite was the beet hummus. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Overall the damage done for the Carribean roast sandwich, a mimosa, and naan was around $50. Great vibes and space. Definitely want to come back to try more of their wine list. read more

I really wanted to love this place. From the impeccable reviews, to the pristine photos, we walked in with pretty high expectations. We came in for dinner on a Friday night around 6:30. The place was packed, but with our reservation, we were sat quickly. We ordered a wine flight, Garden Spritz mocktail, Brussels, burger and the Creste Di Gallo. The highlight was the mocktail. My wife made me take a photo of the ingredients to make sure I can remake it at home. Outside of that, everything else was extremely average. The burger was definitely not medium rare, the brussels were mushy and waiter wasn't able to give us any insight on wine selections. We'll probably come back again as it seems we just got a bad night, but was bummed to say the least. read more

Food, service, ambiance! All of it was amazing! Impressed with how fresh everything tasted. Had the burrata, citrus olives, beet and goat cheese salad and spicy sausage pizza. When I saw the Italian pizza oven, it was a no brainer and it was delicious! Found out they have private rooms and will look into utilizing it for work for a dinner program. Haniel (he said Daniel with an "H") turned a not so great day totally around. Fantastic place. read more

Apparently I've truly enjoyed sixty vines as I've been more than twice and even visited the Dallas location What's made me visit more than once: bring a ziplock bag of corks and get a free glass of wine, great space, good food and friendly staff. I've tried several dishes from the charcuterie, to the burrata, pizza, burger, salmon, ceasar and all have been tasty. I removed a star as it's extremely loud, the wait with a reservation is excessive and the service is great but slow. Will I return, absolutely read more

This place was cool reservations are necessary as soon as we arrived we were seated. The establishment was clean the staff were friendly our waitress Cheyenne was oh so cool she explained the difference in wines from not so sweet to dry. She was very attentive to us as well I had the Braised PORK PAPPARDELLE pork shoulder, fennel, san marzano tomato, basil, pecorino romano It was ok you get a nice quantity and I also had a Tequila Fix to wash it down. I will definitely be back. read more
I hosted my Friendsgiving brunch here and we were 12 girls deep!! This is such a great and easy place to host a big group brunch/dinner. Most restaurants won't let you book big groups but this place was so easy (online) and they offer big tables for it specifically so I love it! Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks! I recommend getting either a pasta or a hearty salad here! The rest is ehhh. The service here is very nice also. Love this place's aesthetic! read more

The vibe: When you picture a nice brunch with your friends that is classy but not stuffy, this is it. It's a beautiful space and feels open and airy. Service: Jamison is a gem and make excellent recommendations. The food: I loved my toast board. It was like a grown up, brunchy, lunchable. We also did the mimosa bar which I felt was gimmicky and could have had some better, quality ingredients. The deviled affagado was a great end to everything. I do recommend sharing because I was stuffed. read more

I loved Sixty Vines! If you want the Fredricksburg feel, just head to the Domain. The restaurant is located next to Macy's where California Pizza Kitchen used to be. So there's ample parking behind Macy's as well as whatever garage you decide to use. The restaurant is more of an open concept with more than enough seating, even at the bar. They offer sixty wines on tap (hence the name) and a variety of foods including cheeses, salads, pizzas, shared plates and more. I ordered the Campanelle ( pasta with shrimp, garlic, grape tomato, basil, and white wine sauce). The pasta was a bit chewy and overcooked but it paired perfectly with the Loveblock Sauvignon Blanc. I've always been a fan of sweet wine but thanks to the recommendation of the waitress (and the fact you are able to sample the wines), this might be my new favorite wine. It's a happy medium between sweet and dry to me. I cannot wait to go back and try new wine and dishes. I highly recommend. read more

Sixty vines opened recently at the domain, taking over where CPK used to be. My friend and I decided to just walk in before dinner on a Thursday evening and we were able to be sat immediately. The restaurant is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing inside, I'm happy the domain now has one more beautiful and tasty dining option. For drinks I opted for the garden spritz cocktail which was delicious and refreshing. My friend and I shared the mussels which had a delicious white wine sauce, and served with toasted slices of bread which were enjoyable. like most places in Austin, mussels could be fresher but I chop it up as Austin not having access to the best mussels. We moved on a shared the burger and the beet and herbed goat cheese salad, and the braised pork pappardelle. Each item was a hit! Salad was light and flavorful and refreshing. Loved the citrusy flavor with the fresh cheese and lightness of the beets. The burger was so savory, had the most delicious caramelized onions, and was cooked to perfection (this was a must order), and the pasta was savory and flavorful and the pasta was al dente. I would absolutely order each of those items again (maybe next time we would try a different appetizer to try more stuff). read more

What a delightful addition to The Domain dining options. Sixty Vines is a wine forward restaurant that feels as though you are transported to Napa Valley for a wine makers' experience. The space is bright and airy with a casually comfortable feel (you'd never know it used to be a CPK!). A mix table sizes and heights as well as a large bar area. The wines are on tap (hello sustainable sips!) and there are PLENTY to choose from. The food menu has a strong variety of upscale bites without too heavy of a price tag. Did some sampling before ordering dinner - so here's my take: CRISPY ZUCCHINI - I'm still dreaming about this...the crispiness of the perfectly prepared zucchini combined with the sweet chili vinaigrette is chef's kiss. Order them - you won't be sorry! BLISTERED SHISHITO PEPPERS - exactly what you'd expect with a feta cheese topping twist. BEEF RISSOLES - think of these as Asian fusion meatballs. They are super flavorful with ginger, scallion and almond miso sauce to complement. BACON-WRAPPED DATES - again what you'd expect with a balsamic glaze. You get three per order, so plan your ordering accordingly. HOUSE SALAD - was recommended by our waitress over the Caesar and it is a lovely mix of elements that come together for a flavor explosion in the best way possible. Spring mix, candied walnuts, fresh strawberries, peppered pecorino, citrus-honey vinaigrette...and if you want to make it an entree, you can add chicken, shrimp or salmon. For my meal, I ordered the Double Cabernet Burger. The waitress told me I needed to be ready to be savage with my food as it would be incredible while also messy. It has cabernet smothered patties, potato bun, white cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, worcestershire mayo, tomato served with crispy fingerling potatoes. The burger itself was amazing. The fingerling potatoes were perfectly prepared - I just wish they had some added flavor (like a spice or a sauce). The service was incredible - shoutout to Jessica who was with our party. Reservations are accepted and I'd encourage them as once word gets out about this spot, I think getting a table will be tougher! read more

Came here for a work dinner with a group of around 30 people and the staff here did an amazing job serving us! We had a set menu where we got to pick our entree so I got the steak medium rare and it was very good. It came with potatoes which were also good but I wish were maybe a tad crispier. We had a bunch of meat and cheese trays to share and they were all phenomenal. The dessert here was truly remarkable though! The cheesecake was amazing and the toffee cake was actually to die for. The restaurant itself had very nice interior design and ambiance which I always appreciate. Definitely a great spot for a date night or celebrating a special occasion! read more

Visiting Austin and was finally able to indulge my curiosity about Sixty Vines. First ... what an interesting concept: wine on tap! There was a wide variety of options. My daughter and I both customized a flight and enjoyed each option. Full disclosure - we did swap our second glasses with each other but both enjoyed the substitution. My daughter and I shared a few appetizers for our meal. Our cheese board was fabulous (and that freshly baked bread was excellent!). Each dish was nicely presented and tasty. The chili oil on the olives was the only downside but to be fair, I'm not a fan of overly spicy foods. Our server was attentive without hovering, so bonus points for that. He was able to answer our questions on the wine list easily so ... more bonus points. The decor was interesting and inviting, but very focused on the wine and food. Translation: light and airy but minimalist. I actually loved the long tables that provide flexible seating for multiple groups or one large group. My only objection was the noise level. There's not much there to absorb the sound and until the place emptied out a bit, it was a little difficult to hear people at my own table. I definitely recommend this restaurant and hope to enjoy it again soon. read more

We came with a small group for a celebration and had made a reservation in advance which I'm glad because they did get busy later in the evening. The front end staff were extremely friendly as well as the waiters and waitresses throughout the evening. Decor and vibe is beautiful as well Ryan was our waiter and he was amazing. He allowed us to try a few wines and gave us recommendations before deciding on a bottle. We ordered a bunch of appetizers: Brussels sprouts were 10/10, tri tip was a little disappointing but that's probably because my husband makes it often so I'm biased, the bacon wrapped dates were delicious along with the burrata which melted in your mouth. For entrees our table ordered the pork chop, mushroom pizza, salmon, creste di gallo and the halibut. Everyone was extremely satisfied with their dishes. The pork chop was giant- see photo- and the pizza was big enough to share with 2 people. The pasta portion was also very generous and the left overs were even better. We got 3 different desserts to share and the cheesecake was my favorite- it's a different style than regular NY style cheesecake and it was light and fluffy and worth the try. Overall great experience and I'll be back for girls night, HH, group gatherings, etc. read more

Went in with a group of 10 people for a birthday dinner. It was a low light modern type of place very aesthetic. The waiter was very accommodating do so many people and always asking if we needed anything. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for such a nice restaurant. My friend and I split an appetizer salad and pasta was the perfect amount. The Bain wrapped dates was amazing and a unique find you don't get anywhere the pizzas are the perfect size for two people. I recommend this place for a date night or birthday dinner. read more

Polina was AMAZING!! Me and my husband came here on a Friday for lunch looking to enjoy a stress free lunch and we did. She was very educated on the menu and the wine , we felt like we had the best picks ! I highly recommend coming and having her as your waitress, we will be back !! read more

The truffle fries are great as they are uniquely layered with a lemon cream sauce on the side. My frozen rose was delicious and beautiful. My pasta however was not hot when brought out.It was room temperature and cold in some parts. It was great as leftovers that I warmed up next day but definitely was disappointed with the temperature at the restaurant. We were initially sat at a table not large enough for our group and moved which was accommodating but the service was not the best. The atmosphere however was nice, enjoyed the dim lighting. read more
