Everything was great! Celebrated my bday there and all of my guest enjoyed the vibe, food and service.

More of a 4.5 star experience but good enough to bump up a half star instead of down. Our favorite restaurant in the Domain! And one of our faves in all of Austin! Food - 4.5 stars overall. The pork bolognese was a definite 5. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the pork and ragu were so flavorful. The pan seared mussels were fresh and very large for mussels. The white wine garlic broth it was in was delicious, especially for dipping the bread. Another 5 star. The beef risselles were okay. They had a hint of tanginess that is not my thing and they were a bit dry. I would not order them again. Wine - 5 stars. They have over 100 wines in wine barrels that are in tap, so a nice selection! We were told that this closed system keeps wine fresh up to 30 years! Love the tasting option of 2.5oz for as few or as many as you would like. Great way to try several. Service - 5 stars. Kat was on top of everything and very pleasant. Ambiance - 4.5 stars. We sat on the patio. It was a beautiful day in a beautiful setting, highlighted by giant, gorgeous oak trees! The tree on the patio was wrapped in white lights. Now if they would just put one in SW Austin!!! read more

Sixty Vines truly shines for its brunch experience, excellent service, and amazing value. Our group loved the extensive wine selection, with options to order wines in different sizes. Some of us tried different bubblies and roses including their Sesenta Cava, a fantastic and affordable sparkling wine. The curated wines were delicious, pairing perfectly with our brunch items. The food was tasty and had generous servings - we tried various appetizers (shishito peppers & brussel sprouts), a couple of their salads (shrimp avocado & chicken cobb), and generously portioned pizza. The highlights though were the crispy fried zucchini and their desserts - olive oil cake and sticky toffee pudding - perfect finish to our light brunch. The ambiance was upscale fun casual --open, airy, with both indoor and outdoor seating. A special shoutout to Joe, our stellar server, who made thoughtful recommendations and added delightful touches like a small plate of tropical fruits for our bubbly. With great parking options and a welcoming vibe, Sixty Vines is an unforgettable brunch destination we can't wait to visit again! read more

This place is always packed and I have to assume because it's due to the fact that it is located at The Domain and easy access and not because it's that good. I am not that crazy about North Italia, as there are some incredible, authentic Italian restaurants in Austin, like Juniper, but I would choose North Italia over Sixty Vines. We dined here for a birthday party and I was most impressed with our waiters ability to manage such a large group and their wine list...Ridge is one of my favorite blends and they offer it by the glass. I do not recall our waiters name, but our check was #492 at Seat 5. The atmosphere was very lively and we had a good time, despite the food just being ok. For the table, we shared multiple plates of the crispy zucchini, brussel sprouts, blistered shishito peppers and burrata all of which I was not impressed with. I was really confused about the feta on top of the peppers. For my main, I had the salmon and it was cooked to perfection and my girlfriend had the beet and herb goat cheese salad with shrimp and she loved it. I cannot speak for everyone else's meal. For desserts, we shared the basque cheesecake and deviled affogato which were both good and not overbearing. read more

I love Sixty Vines! Decided to stop in for a birthday brunch and everything was perfection. Desiree made us feel comfortable and was very personable and enthusiastic. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant. She was able to share her insights on drinks and food throughout our time there. The food was quick, tasty, and presented excellently. The mimosa bar was also a nice choice to start our day. After we finished a tasty birthday cheesecake from the kitchen, we decided to hang out a bit longer and try some of the drinks that Desiree recommended. 10 out of 10. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in Austin! read more

I've had the pleasure of dining here four times, and each visit has been marked by consistently attentive yet unobtrusive service. The fig and prosciutto pizza is absolutely delicious. The mussels and the burrata bruschetta are also must-haves. I can confidently recommend the frozé cocktail as well. I'd especially like to highlight the remarkably reasonable prices for such a high level of service and cuisine. read more

So after not going for a year we decided to give it another go. A mistake. We decided to try the lunch. I got a spicy sausage pizza which was okay. My wife got the chicken sandwich no feta. The chicken to bun ratio was ridiculous but in the wrong way. A small little overcooked chicken slice between an enormous bun. It was dry and just not tasty at all. Suffice to say we will be spending our $$$ elsewhere as soon as many high quality choices at the Domain. read more

A great restaurant you should definitely go to. The mock tails tasted amazing. I recommend the Garden Spritz. Service was amazing. James helped us and made recommendations. Not a single recommendation was a miss, all tasty! And the ambiance is amazing. Very great design with a chill vibe. Appetizers I really recommend the crispy zucchini. For food I recommend the crest di gallo. Lastly the olive oil citrus cake and sticky toffee cake are mandatory desserts to finish the night off with. Will definitely be back read more

Came here with a group of friends but it was nothing less than disappointing. I ordered a Filet Mignon, Medium Rare, and it came with some Broccoli, The food came out rare, which is not what i asked for but fine enough. The final nail in the coffin for me, was that the steak was bland. Normally I simply salt the steak a little and move on. However, no one came around our table to ask for salt or pepper. There were also not enough napkins at the table. The alcohol was pricy and decent but not overwhelmingly good. Despite all this, the environment and ambiance was nice. I don't think i will be returning however. read more

We are regulars at North Italia but for our daughter's birthday we decided to try something new to celebrate her. Food took 40 minutes to come and made us run very late for our plans of that day. The host did reconfirm that we have a birthday but no one ever said happy birthday or offered a dessert. Our daughter was pretty bummed. The pappardelle was the best I've ever had but the other pasta dishes and appetizer were underwhelming. One of the pasta dishes was undercooked and way too firm. The sauce is nothing more than what I can make at home. We were hoping to put this in our restaurant rotations but we're unsure at this point. Maybe we'd come back if we aren't in a rush. But the service and food definitely make us hesitant. read more

Came here for dinner with friends and it was amazing! everything was so delicious and our server Jose was very attentive and helpful. We had him choose our charcuterie board for us and we enjoyed all of it. I asked for a sweet red wine and his choice was top notch. The GM Jacob was also very kind. He came to check in on us and made sure we were enjoying our night. The ambiance is very nice as well. Plenty of room and tables and the open kitchen concept is really nice to see. It was cool to see a pizza oven in there too. read more

My new go to for meet ups! Gorgeous spaces inside and out. Very attractive -esp outdoor seating was spacious and peaceful. Good: excellent! Shrimp, truffle fries, beets. All delish. The staff is superb! Eric is the manager/so nice and welcoming. Jordan our server was timely and just enough attentive. Javy was sweet and helpful. These three gents were most welcoming to my cutie golden retriever on the patio! Telling everyone to come here! What an upgrade from what cpk had become! read more

Service was decent. Our waiter didn't seem to know the difference between vegan and vegetarian but he was kind and somewhat attentive. The zucchini appetizer was great. Loved the addition of the peppers. The shrimp and avocado salad was kind of mid. The shrimp were a little too blackened and overcooked. I did appreciate the mimosa bar and would probably go back for pizza/cheese board. read more

You had me at tapped wines and wine flights! Very busy place with good appetizers. Fun place to go for weekday late lunch or happy hour.

Seven of us friends ordered different things, and everything was outstanding. The chicken salad sandwiches had a lot of chicken salad in them; the chicken tortilla soup was excellent and very tasty, one of the best soups anywhere I have eaten. The bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich was really great. All the breads were good. Everything we ordered was different from any other place we have been. The personnel were friendly and excellent. We will definitely go there again. The slice of cocoanut pie that we shared was very good. read more

Disappointed after reading so many glowing reviews I had read so many 5-star reviews and was really looking forward to trying Sixty Vines. The setting outside was beautiful, but we didn't love getting pelted with acorns from the oak trees above -- it was a bit distracting. There were seven of us, and things started out fine with drinks arriving in reasonable time. Then dinner became quite the experience. One couple ordered a pizza and truffle fries -- only to be told they were out of truffle fries. Our granddaughter wanted a specific burger -- out of that too. I ordered the sharable wood-fired shrimp and Brussels sprouts as my meal, and my husband ordered the roasted cauliflower so we could share. Another in our group ordered mussels and cauliflower. When the food started arriving, the pizza, pasta, and mussels came out first. Then we were told they were out of cauliflower as well. It took another 30 minutes before my shrimp and Brussels sprouts arrived -- by then, everyone else was nearly finished. A very polite young woman came by to explain that the restaurant serves "family style" and brings dishes out as they're ready from the kitchen. I appreciate the explanation, but that doesn't quite excuse having part of our group waiting half an hour while others eat. She apologized and said she'd look at our bill, but I told her we weren't looking for a discount -- we just wanted to eat together. Our server never addressed the issue. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. If you want to eat somewhere that's frequently out of menu items, where dishes come out at random times, and some of your food arrives cold, this might be your place -- but it won't be mine again. read more

My favorite thing on their menu is the fried chicken and caviar. So delicious! I always have good service, and it's always clean!

Well my favorite restaurant's cover is blown at the Domain. Austin knows great food, great wine, great service and, and as it's cooling off, the unique outdoor seating under a beautiful oak. It's coming into it's first year anniversary, and 60 Vines is as excellent as the day it opened. The fried chicken with lemon, creme fresh, and caviar may be the single best best thing I have ever put in my mouth. The mussels are plump and fresh. The wine list varies, and they prefer to pour from the casks. (Should I even mention the Sunday brunch? No, shhh.) We have come to know the servers and seating hosts. Megatron, Kat, Drew and Bee. The manager, Eric, knows and understands his 30 or so staff. The chefs know their food well, so try everything. We have been there for special occasions, non-special occasions, and pure unadulterated cravings. I've been in Austin since 1984. M husband has lived here since 1981. We've seen a lot of Austin restaurants come and go -- but 60 Vines is here to stay. read more

First time trying this restaurant was for a girls night. We were first greeted with a glass of champagne as we waited for our table. The service was great and they made it a point to not only accommodate but go above and beyond for a gluten allergy. We split the burrata and cheese board and everything was divine. The salads were plentiful and fresh. The filet was tender and delicious. The frozen machine was broke so we couldn't try the frozen aperol spritz but the spicy margarita and dreamsicle were both very good. The cheesecake was a smaller piece but very good! Overall, I really enjoyed this place! The only negative was the music is slightly loud so the noise level in the restaurant did get elevated as the night progressed so it was harder to have conversations across the table, but the quality of the food and service would definitely bring me back. read more

Absolutely amazing dinner experience! I came in with a work party of 15 people and our server Jessica was on top of everything we threw her way. We had our share of all the appetizers and I loved every bit of food arriving at our table. Special shout out to the Crispy Zucchini/Santa Maria Tri-Tip and Atlantic Salmon. Gotta shout out Jessica one more time because even with a few people in our party running late she was able to orchestrate everything into a very streamlined stay at 60 Vines. 10/10, I might have to make this a weekly stop read more

I'd give this place 4.5 stars if I could, but there are still a few kinks I think they need to work through. Starting with the positives: we were greeted by very friendly staff and taken straight to our table for our lunch reservation, which was a great start. The space is absolutely stunning! They did a major overhaul renovation and expansion, and every detail is just beautiful. It feels upscale without the unattainable price tags. The food prices were very reasonable, and while some of the wines were a bit on the pricier side, I appreciated that they included more affordable options to choose from. Our server was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the meal. Most of the entrees we ordered were fantastic, and we absolutely loved the cheese and charcuterie board -- five options for only $30, which was a great deal. I also appreciated that they offered mocktails on the menu without needing to ask for them, which is something I often have to do at other restaurants. As for areas of improvement: the charcuterie and cheese boards should come with a couple of cheese knives. We had to use our forks, which was awkward in a group setting. They also offer a paper menu for the wines but require a QR code for the food menu, which felt unnecessary. If there's already a paper menu for wines, why not just flip it over and include the food options? One of our entrees, a pasta with chicken dish, had several pieces of chicken that were quite rubbery. Thankfully, the server and manager handled it well and took the dish off our bill, but some quality control would help avoid this in the future. Another suggestion would be to adjust the chicken sandwich -- the chicken breast was too thick and didn't fit the bun, making it hard to eat. Flattening it a bit would make it much easier to handle. Overall, though, we loved everything else we had, including the hummus plate, Campanelle Pasta with shrimp in a white wine sauce, and the Creste Di Gallo with roasted chicken, mushrooms, and pesto cream. We're excited to go back, as the menu offers plenty of variety depending on your mood! read more

My and my friend made reservations on a Saturday, we were seated right away. The host was very kind. The seating arrangement was a bit odd, we assumed they would seat us at a table for 2 since there was plenty open, but instead we were seated at a long table that could fit maybe 20 people. If you're not really into wine but want to learn more about it, this may not be the right place. I was excited to learn more about their wines, but felt like I had to really pull info/recommendations from our waitress. The service for the food/cocktails was really slow. We did get a free pizza tho, since they had made the wrong one for another customer. I had French toast, and it was really good! Best place to try if you're already a wine drinker, and not someone wanting to learn a little bit more. read more

We've been here twice. Tried all new th kings and it didn't disappoint. Emily our server was exceptional. Great interaction and conversation plus a sense of humor. The wood fired cauliflower she suggested was brimming with flavor. The Brussels sprouts were balsamic forward with a nice finish. The favorite tonight was the zucchini chops. We asked for. Table near the walls as last one it was quite loud. I would at it was perfect this time. I highly recommend this place. Beautiful place! But went in a group of 5 and we weren't the most excited about the community table seating. We felt like we were really close to the party next to us.
