We arrived, and talked to Chad and I went in to do Paperwork as Chad harmlessly flirted with my fiance (I understand Chad Shes GORGEOUS) We headed next door to an Air Conditioned Mexican food place, came back and the car was done. Chad told me, that JUST IN CASE there was a leak, he put some dye in the system! Went to go pay and I dont know how it came up, but the nice lady inside alluded to having some native artifacts.... I checked them out but didnt get any... All in all... Great experience! Glad we found them! Would recommend! Also.... a HUGE THANK YOU!!!!!!

However I have to share my experience with One Stop Auto Service…read morelocated in Brentwood, California.  I had the absolute best customer service ever.  I had a family emergency on a Friday evening prior to a holiday weekend.  I called several shops and Noone was able to help me until Monday.  I was about to give up but I made one more last call and it was to One Stop Auto Service. After explaining my situation with what my vehicle was doing they seemed very happy to help me. They squeezed me in at the very end of the day, diagnosed my car and I authorized the work and shortly was on the road to my family.  The mechanic was very knowledgeable and explained in full detail so that I understood. Ashley, the office administrator was my 1st contact when I called and she made me feel important and was eager to help. The service from my 1st call to the office and then mechanic of my car was 110% Above and beyond my expectations.  I recommend them over any other shop. Call them and you will see, you will end up making them your One Stop Only Shop Go To Mechanic knowing you are receiving the most excellent top knotch service and skills from a highly experienced mechanic.

I later realized this may have been a referral with personal incentives -- a red flag in any service industry. The shop diagnosed my car and quoted nearly $1,200 in repairs, demanded cash only, and refused to take a credit card for the diagnostic fee. That alone raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. This wasn't my first bad experience with Millennium. Back in 2021, the same technician exposed wiring and suggested vague electrical issues that felt like a setup for unnecessary diagnostics. I recently discovered that Millennium Auto Care was formally accused by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) in 2018 for violations including: Charging for parts not replaced Performing unauthorized repairs Failing to return replaced parts (Source: BAR Accusation Document) This is public record and speaks to a pattern of behavior that matches what I experienced. I've since taken my car to a AAA-approved shop that was transparent, professional, and backed by warranty. I'm sharing this to help others avoid being misled. Read their ad again and saw the number they say to text to, so sent the same message to that number...no response again. So I went to their website and filled out their online form and got a confirmation that it was sent. Again, 2 days later and still no response. One of the questions I asked was if they could send me some better pictures, as all of the ones in the posting and on their website are all very grainy and hard to see any real detail of condition of car. In the beginning, they were fantastic. Car was stripped, body work done and painted in the 4 months that they promised. They referred my to a mechanic that works in the same shop as them to install my engine and transmission. They said that they would wait until the mechanical work was done before they would put all the panels on the car. Fast forward to June 2023. Engine and Transmission and other items done and ready for Jose and Sergio to put panels on, cut and polish. I was bamboozeled by them. It will be ready in 2 weeks. When I called them if it was ready, they told me another 2 weeks. They were busy with insurance jobs. They finally had the hood, fenders and trunk lid on and the car was cut and polished. The front and rear valances were not installed. I showed Jose some areas that needed to be corrected and asked him why the tail panel and grille wasn't painted silver as we agreed upon. Jose said he didn't promise a show car I had to talk to Sergio about the Grille and rear panel. Sergio told me, very Rudely, that he only said one color and he wanted another $1,000 to paint the rear tail panel and the front grille. I asked him why? He told me to the paint in before they painted and they would do it. I did as he asked. Brought 2 cans of special Silver Argent paint for the Barracuda. He said the contract never said that. He said he would send me an estimate via email. 2 weeks later, I brought the front and rear bumpers down to be installed. Car still not done. Brought my daughter down the next day because I knew they were going to be a problem. I showed Jose the spots that need attention and he got mad and said talk to Sergio. Sergio came out with me and when I showed him an area that needed attention! He flew off the handle! Got mad and started screaming, swearing at me, calling me names and told me to get the BLEEP off his property. He then said he was going to push my car out in their parking lot, with the extra parts and wanted it out of his BLEEPING shop. Then my Daughter took over and they spoke for a few days and I stayed out. My Daughter and them seemed to get things ironed out. Well, 2 weeks later, they told her today that it was going to take another 2 weeks before it will finished. Save yourself the headache and don't take your car here. In fact! They are in the process of changing their Business Name! Twin Towers Auto Body or something like that. I wonder why!
