Rather than offering a meaningful solution, I was simply told to "make a Plan B." I was extremely frustrated by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and concern for the significant inconvenience this created. Reserving a vehicle months in advance should provide customers with confidence that their transportation needs will be met, particularly when the reservation is for an important trip.

At the pickup place they told me that I had to return it above 90% or pay a fee, unless I pre-paid. When I showed them my rental contract that says return it at 10% or above, I was told that "we can see when you return the car and you can talk to customer service." I dreaded the return. So I clean the camera areas and find the car ok. Had my return time set for 7pm, but arrived early at 6 to find they close at 5. Huh, nobody told me that when I booked out locked it up. I waited on hold for 15 minutes and hung up. Found the drop box and filmed my key return. Imagine my surprise when the next day I see a $40 charge to my card. Another 10 minutes on hold and learn that it's an additional deposit since I "still had the car." Volunteered to send the video of the return, but she said that she'd just send an email to the location. This is one of my very few bad reviews and it's not done easily. Yet, I can't even give 2 stars this time. I recommend anyone else, or even renting a scooter before this place. Maybe just cancel your trip first.
