This enterprise location does not care about: 1. Your time - our car was not ready at the pickup time. We were told, "oh it will be ready in 5 minutes!" About 27 times resulting in us waiting for over an hour. 2. Your safety - despite waiting an hour, the inside of the car had crusty crap all in the driver controls and seats, and the main rear view mirror was dangling by a thread from the windshield, unable to be adjusted. 3. Your sanity - after waiting an hour, the lovely staff at enterprise asked me if I'd still take the car if they could tape the mirror in place. So essentially the brilliant people at this location could care less of their pathetic vehicle caused injury to my entire family. What a joke. read more

A wonderful experience after my car engine caught fire and I had to get a rental. They worked with my insurance company to get a nice late model Toyota Corolla that was definitely nicer than my old car. The staff is very pleasant and worked with me and my needs while I was looking for a new car to replace my totaled car and I felt they went the extra mile to do so. The rates are excellent. The staff is so nice! I highly recommend Enterprise for car rentals and they are my "go to" rental company for years. read more

Me and mu fiancee rented car here a couple of times. The first time we were told that there was no pick up or drop off service although on the second rental we were told that there was. That's disappointing. The rep who handled our second rental refused to allow us to purchase insurance. We asked several times and he kept blowing us off telling us that wasn't option despite us having purchased insurance woth a prior rental. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience the second time around not being allowed to purchase insurance options despite asking several times. We won't be a repeat customer going forward. read more

On Aug 13, 2024, I called for over 90 minutes. No answer. Their hold system would only allow me to be on hold for 2 minutes at a time. Once I realized that, I started calling with 2 phones, every minute. The phone system sends the call to voicemail at the end of 2 minutes where I am informed that the voicemail is not set up, good-bye. Someone finally answered at 510pm (they close at 530pm). They told me there was only 2 of them at the location and they no longer had a car available, but I could call back in the morning. (YES, I had a reservation) I called back shortly after they opened in the morning (Aug 14, 2024) and was told there was not a car available, but to call back later to check. I asked them to call me when they knew a car would be available. The person agreed to do that. I called back 2 hours later (after no phone call) and a different person answered. I gave them my name and asked if a car was available and explained that I was frustrated about the time with no answer the day before, the phone system and the fact that I had a reservation, but no car. I then asked if I could pick up at any other location in the metro (north Denver) area. They then asked me where. I replied that a location that actually had a car would be nice. I was then told that I needed to provide the location so they could transfer my reservation. I said I did not know which location had a car and they hung up. I called Enterprise corporate and was told that the reservation had to be moved by the location, that they could not do it. If this was not through an insurance claim from the other person insurance, I would be done with Enterprise altogether. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Tyler at Caliber Collision in Longmont today. Wonderful young man. It was a typical hot day and I was not the best customer by any means. I needed to transfer a carload of items from one car to another and I was not relishing the job. Tyler was so patient, professional, courteous and helpful. This company went above and beyond to deliver a car to my satisfaction. I was not trying to be a difficult customer, I just wasn't comfortable driving this huge Ford Explorer because I was afraid I would cause an accident. I am used to driving a smaller SUV. So I called Enterprise and the woman I spoke with was very kind and told me not to worry and that Tyler was with a customer but would get back to me shortly. Then she called me back shortly thereafter and said he was on his way with another vehicle. He was so polite, patient and understanding when he arrived. I have rented from this location in the past and am always very happy with the customer service. Thanks again, Tyler, you are very professional and have great people skills. While my husband and I were grateful to get a rental through Enterprise given our current circumstance with our own vehicle being down, we were very unsatisfied and quite disappointed with the poor experience. From the very beginning we dealt with lousy team management with rates, requirements and more - each employee was on a different page. Not to mention, each team member we spoke with had an attitude any time we spoke with them. We would've well over payed if it wasn't for double checking... Once we returned our rental, 2 days later we suddenly see a random charge for $150 - we called and spoke with McKinley or something along those lines and he very rudely stated their "systems were down" but we should see the charge released... Besides his smart ass tone and interruptions as we complain as a paying customer who gave our business, the principle is would Enterprise have actually recognized this unauthorized charge without us calling and would they have returned the money? Probably not. I'd be very careful giving Enterprise your business! We didn't have much time to find an alternative within our means, as we prepared for this experience seeing negative reviews about this kind of bs. They're unorganized, rude and shady. If I could put 0 stars I would. I'm an out of state business owner, they will not take my business debit card as a form of payment. "Pepper" alleged branch manager was very unhelpful. I really enjoyed my experience here. I had to rent a car since my own car broke down in a snow storm and I needed a car to drive around to get car parts and also get to my car. The folks here are very friendly. Getting picked up from my home and dropped off was easy. I really enjoyed the chit chat with the drivers. It really makes it more than a business that way and makes the day more fun. Picking up and dropping off the car was also a breeze. If I ever need a car again, I will come to those enterprise. My sister had a van reserved at this location for pick up on Friday, July 2nd at 9 AM. We arrived a little after 9 am and the agent on the front desk said that they tried reaching her to advise that there wouldn't be any Vans available and that they needed 48 hours in advance for Van reservations. Since when? We really needed a van to transport out of state visitors because it's her wedding weekend and we had to drive up to Vail. This experience has added another level stress to an already chaotic week for our family. We just left and didn't wanna argue because we needed to find a solution right away. I was able to score a reservation for Hertz at Denver airport for pick up at 11 AM, with less than 2 hours of notice! No 48 hour reservation needed. Shame on you enterprise for your shady tactics!!! read more

I loved this place. People working there took the time to explain everything, showed me the car, went through prices and insurance details. I got there two hours earlier and asked if it was ok for me to take it before the agreed time, they were SO nice! Car looked good, it was clean and in shape. I even had a problem with a key (I dropped it off at the wrong box) and they were amazing, called me and figured it out so calming and patently. They asked me to come over to explain what i did and waited for me for a couple hours. We found the key and they were so funny about my mistake! (It was in fact laughable). I was in an accident and needed a rental vehicle last minute. I didn't have an appointment and Lanre, the assistant manager, was the only front desk person working that day. He was working with customers in person and on the phone. He was extremely busy but never got visibly frustrated or rude with anyone on the phone or in person. He was very helpful and gave me a clean, nice car to drive. It was such an easy process to rent the vehicle without a ton of paperwork. The majority was done electronically which was nice. read more

I wanted a Prius rental car. They didn't have one, so they gave me a Dodge SUV. Turned out to be a great car for our snow-ridden area. It was immaculate, of course, and I enjoyed driving it. The staff are friendly, professional, and accommodating. They followed me to the auto body shop to drop off my car, then brought me back to the rental location. They allowed me to leave the rental car at the auto body shop when I picked up my car, then bring them the keys. Good experience. read more

Scam with a smile. Very personable, however they did not mention the $300 deposit until I arrived for my one day rental. Two days later I'm having to file a dispute through my bank as The 'deposit' has not been returned. They also now don't give you a full tank of gas but instruct you to return you car with the gas needle wherever it was, 3/4 or .67% I have no idea how anyone can tell how much gas to put in without going over or under. Either way Enterprise wins, you loose. read more

A few weeks ago, I broke my leg. One of the many consequences of this experience was my inability to drive my FJ, because it has a clutch, and my left leg is in a cast. I rented a car from Enterprise, mostly because its nearby. Both women at the counter were solicitous and helpful, getting me into the blandest Chrysler ever made. This coming week, I need to cart some clients around town, so I reserved a mini-van. They went to great lengths to find one, and one of the women offered to drive to Greeley to get one, on her own time. They stayed until after closing on a Saturday to make sure the van would work for me. Rarely does one see employees of a large chain go to so much effort to ensure a customer is happy. It almost makes me want to break my other leg, so I can keep doing business with them. read more

We recently rented a minivan so we could drive to Iowa for a wedding. While they were busy when I arrived, I could tell that each representative was giving their all to each customer. We ended up getting a brand new 2018 Sienna with 31 miles on it and the process could not have been easier. It was the perfect vehicle for 6 of us and we enjoyed putting the first 1700 miles on it! The absolutely worst customer service I have ever had! Allison was the worst person to deal with and doesn't understand customer service! She not only hung up on me but when we went into the location yelled at us and threatened to not help us! We have had issues with enterprise non stop getting two different cars that both broke down on us from our drive from southern California to Longmont Colorado for Christmas. Our first car had clearly been in an accident and covered up, we couldn't get over 65mph without the car doing death warbles! We stopped in Vegas to get a new car which 2 hours out of our destination had the check engine light come on, an hour later the car completely lost all power in the middle of the interstate, causing us to almost crash! We then had our car picked up through their roadside assistance and told we would have a new car in the morning. We called the Longmont Colorado location where I talked to Alison, as I was explaining our situation Alison decided to hang up on me, so we went in to the branch to try to get this figured out, and Alison decided to again snap at us, we are out of a car and my husband and I need to get back to Camp Pendleton as my husband is an active duty Marine. We are currently driving over an hour one way to HOPE the Denver international airport has a car for us! Alison absolutely needs a career change and needs to not be in customer service! And to top it off... we found out they re-rented out the car that made us almost crash! Please for your safety Never rent from enterprise!!!!! read more

I'm a little disappointed. Enterprise met me at Abra today to deliver my rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. Their car wash was broken, so The car was dirty. I could live with that, but more importantly, the windshield was partially blocked with road scum, the windshield washer reservoir was empty, and the backup camera lens was covered with road grime. We called the Longmont branch to get instructions on what to do and were told no help could be given, did we have a phone with internet, and we should call around to the nearest branch in Wyoming and see if we could find a replacement. After reaching our motel in Rock Springs WY we called the Enterprise 800 number and reported the issue with the car. The nice lady told us to go to the branch in Rock Springs Wy. We traded the car and set out on our way to Yellowstone. We quickly returned to the branch because the tank was empty and the car we had turned in had a 3/4 tank full. We were told the difference would be made up when we returned the car.The two women from the Rock Springs branch jumped in the rental car and took off down the road. 4 days later when we turned in the replacement car in Longmont we were told the original car had damage to the undercarriage and muffler and we obviously had taken it off-road and we needed to pay them for the damage. We let them know we did not take the car off road. Either the damage had been undetected before we rented it or someone else did it after we returned it to the Wy branch for an issue coming from the front of the car. The branch manager will not return calls. Received letter from ERAC damage recovery unit asking for our insurance information. Brother-in-Law works in the state attorneys office- Co. Not paying them a cent for damage we did not do. read more

When asked what other options we had he was completely unsympathetic and provided no solutions, just kept repeating "I tried calling you". All these 5 star reviews here for a reason. I've been using these guys for work related trips for over 10 years, but this last transaction was so nice, had to do a review. I had to rent a car for one day, they were short staffed or something and hadn't yet cleaned the car. When the agent saw that it hadn't been cleaned, he asked if i wanted to switch or clean it, I said I'm all good, just a day trip. The previous user had either been a heavy smoker or smoked pot in the car, it was pretty faint but noticeable. Anyway, telling Dave the next day about it, he gave me a sweet discount and called me an Uber, which arrived in 20 seconds. Other rental agencies would have never batted an eye with my story, but Enterprise actually cares and that's why I'm a loyal customer for 10 years. read more
