I searched forever to find someone who could create what I had in mind to life. Everyone is so friendly and the place is very modern and clean! I love the vibes here! They have a little seating area with a mini fridge with water and seltzer waters in case you get thirsty. Mars creates her designs when you arrive. I love that she really hears me out and is patient with me and her work. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for a first timer getting a tattoo. Back in April I had reached out letting Mars know about a custom tattoo I wanted, as I enjoy her work. When I arrived the day of the appointment, no work had been put into drafting the tattoo until after I was in the shop for my appointment, so the tattoo did not start until over an hour after the appointment time. I love my tattoo, but could see early on that a couple lines on my tattoo were almost faded out, which I know is not uncommon with fine tattoo work so I reached out in June asking to do a touch up (as well as was willing to pay) before my wedding. I received one message back in August, throughout the several booking periods that passed, but nothing after that. My experience seems to have been a one off seeing as there have been no other reviews less than 5 stars. I will be looking for a touch up at another shop. read more

AMAZING!! Me and my friend called about 30 minutes ahead of time and got a spot with Sabina. She was so so kind and welcoming. When my friend got her tattoo, she was very anxious and Sabina was so patient and reassuring. She provided my friend with snacks and drinks and let her take her time. The environment was very clean, the music was fun, and Sabina made sure to let us know what she was doing at all time and made sure we felt comfortable. My artist Judy charged me for the hour she came in 40 minutes late! She charges hourly yet she came in late and still charged $200 for that.. when I was on time waiting in my car (even earlier) ...she charged me as well for the 2 hours she spent drawing it and not actually tattooing. weeks later I reach out to her if we can fix or do add ons or more details because half of the tattoo unfortunately looks like a scrotum when I wear certain length shorts. She only agreed to touch up on the eyes, that's it. Confirmed the touch up appt but honestly after everything and adding up all the finances, she billed me 3 hours for being late and taking her time designing and talking to coworkers... I've had it with this artist. To make matters worse, she blocked me. Unprofessional. I do not recommend Judy. ***Per the manager artists should not be charging for designing, or being late. Got my brows microbladed by Morgan. She did a wonderful job and made sure to make my brow shape the way I wanted. Since it was the first time I've ever done microblading (I don't have any tattoos either), I didn't know what to expect. This review is for Chloe Su. I booked Chloe for my first tattoo back in June after seeing how nice her portfolio is on Instagram. During the session, I noticed that she messed up on the inner corner of the 7 and told her about it, but she disregarded it. The tattoo ended up healing patchy and the messed up line visible. I emailed her to get the free initial touch up and told her about the line she messed up and she flat out ignored it again. During the touch up, she outlined the tattoo and made it look completely different. I told her that it didn't look like what I wanted and had to show her the reference picture again for her to follow because she doesn't remember what it's supposed to look like. Wtf? The touch up eventually STILL healed very patchy and faded af so I contacted her once again, but this time she never responded to me. Maybe because she knows she fucked up on my tattoo and doesn't want to take responsibility for it ‍. I will be going to another tattoo artist to get it touched up. Very disappointed how someone who does more abstract pieces is able to fucked up such a simple piece; it's literally a 7! read more

Wow, where to even begin! Out of the 5 tattoos that I have, 3 of them have been done by Morgan and I wouldn't have it any other way. She's brilliant, not only within her work but especially as a human being. The conversations we have had during our sessions have been utterly life-giving and soul-warming! When you get a tattoo from her you receive a masterful work of art AND lovely time with just the most pleasant person :) In terms of the tattoos, my first one with her was an ankle piece, with waves that wrap seamlessly around with a baby beluga underneath, in honor of my dear friend. It's everything I could have ever dreamed of, and when anyone asks about it, I am eager and proud to share that this work of art is part of my body. It's a piece of me that I cherish more than anything that I own! I just could gush about it for days honestly. I also got a sternum / chest piece (not pictured) which was originally intended as a coverup. I told Morgan about my intentions behind it, explaining what I hoped the tattoo would symbolize for my life, and she worked so generously to infuse the design with the meanings that I shared. Every single detail was crafted with love, and in the end we were able to expand on the piece that was originally there to really encompass the evolution and transformation that I was going through in my life at the time.
