She got to enjoy a spacious backyard as she has at home and got her pick of comfy, soft beds(including her own) to choose from. I was able to truly relax and have peace of mind while out of the country, knowing that my baby was only a call/ text away. And seeing my furbaby meeting the Easter Bunny and making friends thru Instagram was truly the icing on the cake!!!! I was also lucky to coordinate with her groomer Kerrie to get her back fresh and clean on pickup day. I do have to say that she's so popular that she books up quickly, but if you're planning a vacation it's worth a shot to reach out to Crystal the minute you book your trip. TRAUMATIZED DOG AND OWNER. The conduct I experienced from Crystal, at this pet store, was…read moreunwarranted and inappropriate. What began as a simple request to take a photograph with my dog at Wagging Tails, escalated into an unnecessary public confrontation. Rather than responding professionally, Crystal approached me in an aggressive manner, raised her voice, and continued to address me in a confrontational way as I was leaving your store. Neither my dog nor I engaged in any behavior that would justify such a response. The incident left both of us visibly unsettled. My dog became anxious after hearing raised voices, even after we had returned to the car. It is concerning that an employee responsible for supervising more than twenty-five dogs currently present inside your daycare would leave those responsibilities to pursue and confront a customer over what appeared to be a minor issue. It is important to note that you chose to publicly dispute my review despite not being present in the store during the incident in question. Your response is therefore based entirely on another individual's account rather than on firsthand knowledge. As the business owner, I encourage you to reflect on whether your conclusions are grounded in objective facts or in a narrative that has not been independently verified. The greater risk to your business is not a customer making a simple request, but an employee whose communication style may be perceived as confrontational and damaging to customer relationships. If interactions that involve raised voices or public criticism reflect the standard of professionalism your business supports, then that is ultimately a matter of leadership and accountability. Equally concerning is your assertion that I discourage others from supporting small businesses. The opposite is true. For years, I have been a loyal customer, made repeated purchases, and referred others to your business. My history reflects consistent support, not hostility. Suggesting otherwise does not align with the facts. As of today, I acknowledge your statement that I may discourage others from supporting your business following the incident on June 26th. I have no intention of returning to your establishment, nor am I seeking any further discussion regarding that decision. However, I do expect that neither Crystal nor anyone associated with your business will engage in behavior that could reasonably be perceived as monitoring, following, influencing, or intimidating me with my dog. Such conduct would be unwelcome and should not occur. It is also worth noting that businesses typically restrict customers for serious misconduct such as theft, fraud, or threatening behavior. None of those circumstances apply here. I respectfully entered your store, greeted both Crystal and you, made a purchase, and attempted to leave without issue. Despite this, I experienced a confrontation initiated by your employee, which resulted in unnecessary distress for both myself and my dog. Finally, there are additional circumstances related to my dog's previous emergency treatment that I have chosen not to disclose or attribute to your business. I exercised restraint and professionalism in that regard. Perhaps that discussion can take place at another time. Until then, I ask that you respect my privacy, refrain from further unwanted interactions, and allow this matter to conclude.

Very likely because I spend 3 hours a day walking my dog! Anyway, we are probably the 2 people in my neighborhood who spend the most time on these streets walking a dog. We became friends quickly. But I am not only a friend but a client as well in the sense that I was so incredibly impressed with how responsible, concerned and involved Ari is with the dogs that are entrusted to him that I asked him to be my primary contact for my American Kennel Club (aka AKC) Back Up Plan. That means that in the event something would happen to me and I could not take care of my beloved dog, Ari would be contacted to step in for him. That speaks volumes about the trust and faith I have in Ari. I am an admitted over the top dog Mom who is crazy about my dog. I simply could never entrust his well being to just anyone. Ari is a very special person. I happen to know not only Ari but many of the dogs and the owners that he works for. Both the dogs and the dog owners are effusive about Ari, and with very good reasons. He genuinely cares about what he is doing and takes it very seriously. He is always thinking about the dogs he takes care of and what is best for them. Between you and me, I think he cares more about the dogs than many of the owners. I have spent serious time with Ari while he is walking individual dogs and have even met him at the dog run for our development so my dog could play with some of the dogs that he takes care of on a regular basis. Ari happens to have a client who has the same type of dog as mine, which is a Shiba Inu, and we have arranged for the two of them to play together in the dog run and knock one another out. I even recorded their play session and Ari sent it to the owners so they could see what a good time their dog had with another Shiba Inu. Ari also has an assistant who works for him (because that is how busy he is) who happens to be someone I know as well. She is also dog crazy and that is how I met her. I cannot recommend Ari highly enough.
