From…read moreour first dog, Stanley (fox terrier mix) to our current dog, Bailey (sheltie mix), Annella's superior staff is unequivocally the best around! It all starts with a meet and greet, so that their team can better understand all the dynamics and nuances of your dog. From there, coordinating scheduled walks and upcoming sittings with the team are a breeze! On the day of the scheduled walk, Annella's team gives you a heads up when they're approaching soon and will also share with you fabulous pictures of your lovely furbaby during the walk. Lastly, it ends with a recap of the walk (i.e.: how they did on the walk, if they did any business (#1 and/or #2), general observations, etc.). As an added bonus, the photo quality they send is so professional that I've actually used them as my phone background! Again, you can't go wrong selecting Annella for your pet and you certainly won't be disappointed!

She got to enjoy a spacious backyard as she has at home and got her pick of comfy, soft beds(including her own) to choose from. And seeing my furbaby meeting the Easter Bunny and making friends thru Instagram was truly the icing on the cake!!!! I was also lucky to coordinate with her groomer Kerrie to get her back fresh and clean on pickup day. I do have to say that she's so popular that she books up quickly, but if you're planning a vacation it's worth a shot to reach out to Crystal the minute you book your trip. A message from my heart to Wagging Tails. Thank you from the bottom of my heart…read more Wagging Tails has been one of the best decisions I've made for my furbaby, Madam Fifi. From day one, they've been transparent, caring, and always go the extra mile to make sure every dog receives plenty of love and attention. They also understand how much our pets mean to us and are incredibly mindful of pet parents' feelings. A special thank you to Crystal, who has the heart of a teddy bear and treats every pup like her own. James has the perfect balance of structure and compassion--his gentle soul shines through in everything he does. Danny and Jen are amazing caretakers who genuinely love my baby and make me feel completely at ease. I am so grateful for the recommendation that led me to Wagging Tails. Seeing my baby grow, thrive, and be surrounded by such genuine, caring people has been an incredible experience. I couldn't ask for a better team to care for my furbaby.

I hired Diana to home sit my 2 cats and the first time was not so bad. She gave me a discount for a long term service and also sent me emails with pics of my cats like she advertised. But that level of service didn't last. The second time.....no discount with the reason it took too long to take care of cats. It was only feeding the can food and litter box cleaning but fine whatever. No more emails with pics. Fine again. My AC which I plugged out was plugged back and used. Fine. But when I saw the disgusting water in their bowls and the wrecked bathroom(I specifically requested all doors should be closed), I had to complain. The third time I installed a webcam and I told her about it too. No email whatsoever this time and mediocre service. No reason to hire them again.
