I came here to get my Monstera plant repotted because it got too large for its current pot. They can repot your plant for you, if you bring your own you pay a small fee but it's "free" if you buy a pot from there. Some of the pots (like my own) are pricey however I trusted them more than myself to replant my growing baby. I've taken their DIY Terrarium classes and it's fun. It's a very "this is what it is and where things are have fun" type of vibe. Everything is broken down cost wise on how much each container is and what you can put in them. They have an event calendar to show their classes or themed nights they do every month. The make the terrariums, candles, bonsai layouts, kokedama (moss balls), moss walls, and floral hoops. They're fun, they're interactive, and great for medium-"large" sized groups. It's always nice to have somewhere to go and do something different that you can take home. The staff is always helpful when I need it giving good recommendations, education, and answering my 1042 questions. Will continue going here as long as they're open and I'll continue referring people there to!

You pick your desired vase and get to filling it with stones, dirt, plants and other accent pieces. Of course, you receive great guidance from the amazing staff. They let you know what plants can be selected and how many should be used. Additionally, they have a large variety of plants that you can purchase for very reasonable prices. They also have candle making classes with a variety of candle scents to choose from. I would recommend PlantHouse for all of your plant needs from start to finish. Staff was very helpful in locating a wagon when I picked up too many plants to carry and answered questions about where to check out and identified plants for us throughout our visit. We spent about an hour browsing the various greenhouses aisle by aisle, and quickly realized they have many different sizes and price points for just about everything. I loved the indoor space too and got lots of ideas for yard decor as well as some new indoor plants. My favorite find is pictured here, some variety of hydrangea I think they said. It's a striking combination of fuchsia pink blooms with dark foliage and looks nothing like what I would expect from a hydrangea. We talked about care tips and how to plant it. I hope it stays this color! I doubt my husband will allow me to go back every week, as this would quickly get expensive. I did not stop picking up plants until the wagon was overloaded and I had gone back to a full armload. We'll return several times throughout the growing season though, as I am not seeing so many different varieties in any of the other plant shops or stores in the area.

We visited your Rivergate store and asked when could we have a new one delivered. We were told it would take 4 days!! We didn't look at any refrigerators and immediately left the store. We went up the street to Lowe's Home Improvement. They advertised next day delivery!! We happily purchased our refrigerator from them and it was delivered less than 24 hours after we purchased it. Food didn't go bad and we are happy customers. Seems like to me, Home Depot needs to hire more Process Improvement Engineers!! Hey, I might know of an excellent engineer!

I picked out the pieces and found an orange apron, asking him to cut them as I needed. For the first time, he said that he couldn't cut it long ways. Odd, but okay. So I pivoted and found a piece that would work. The store is tidily laid out and has just about everything you could possibly need for your home improvement project from lights to tiles to power tools. There is a ton of lumber (check it carefully - it is sometimes stored outside and gets rained on), hardware, kitchen appliances and toilets. If you have the skills, they have the stuff you can turn loose on your house. Or for me, van. If you can do your shopping at a more local hardware store like Blackhawk Hardware, please do. But today I'm in Steele Creek and this was convenient or I would have gone there. The new lumber I needed ended up working out well, possibly even better than what I had originally planned. Been a customer for years spent multiple thousands there buying equipment. They will have some…read morereally good deals price-wise. They are not very service friendly or communicate well. Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. In the future i will buy online and hire a contractor to install.

I went in to buy sheets. This is a high end luxury bedding store, so I knew that the prices were…read moregoing to be very high, but I assumed that the quality would match the price. I was wrong. The sheets are stiff and so thin you can see the mattress design through them. The sales lady explained that I need to use Dreft or Woolite or Ivory Snow to wash them so as to keep them in good shape. So, I took the sheets home and washed them in Dreft. Put them on the bed and was very very disappointed. So I carefully folded them up to return them. The receipt says full refund within 5 days. Nope... apparently you are to take the sheets home and never even open the package, then return them for a full refund. When I returned them and said I want a refund, she said "How can I resell them if they have been washed?" I don't know, but how can you sleep at night selling crap that is no better than the items at Tuesday Morning, but at 15 times the highest Tuesday Morning prices? DO NOT BUY anything from this store unless you are 100% positive that you are going to keep it. Their return policy is non-existent.
