I'll start my review by saying that my wedding was primarily decorated with flowers. They were TO DIE FOR BEAUTIFUL! I have done weddings for 15 years and was a florist myself. To say I was extremely picky about my flowers was a complete understatement! I designed weddings that entire time as well. You absolutely get what you pay for with this. And if done right, your florals will save you money on other decor and make your wedding MUCH nicer than if you primarily use rentals. Keep reading. Carrie and her team went above and beyond to color match and blend my dreams to perfection. I am a person who LOVES sunshine and wants to see the "happy" in life. I asked Carry to bring my high end taste into connection with "happy" and romance. From the moment you entered our wedding, every speck of the florals was on point. Perfection! All of our guests gasped at the beauty and raved about how magical it looked! All of these years watching Carrie I knew that she takes the every day and makes it extraordinary! Also, because I've done weddings for so long I had several Charlotte wedding vendors as friends and even some in the wedding. They see hundreds of weddings a year and were still "blown away" by how beautiful our wedding was! I cannot recommend The Flower Diva enough! I could (and will) write a lot but the recipient's response encapsulates it all: "Omg I cried. They are so beautiful thank you so much!" Carrie was awesome to work with. I told her I needed something ridiculously amazing and she delivered, literally. When I need to send something extraordinary, The Flower Diva is who I'd call again and again flowers in the Pineville, Ballantyne or Fort Mill border area of Charlotte. Her floral arrangements aren't the run of the mill FTD and 800-Flowers nonsense. They have real value, in quality vases, not "codified product" cutsie vases and ceramicware that no one will ever use again. This arrangement of cut flowers was sent for a birthday to a special friend from friends. The recipient's favorite color is purple and Carrie nailed it. In one of the pictures you can see on the counter what a competing florist delivered to the same recipient. Not even a comparison. Don't waste money using online floral websites. Call Carrie! You'll actually get your money's worth - and you'll support a local Charlotte florist instead of some random call center who will never see your flowers. The Floral Diva kept me informed during the process by sending a delivery confirmation and picture of the arrangement taken before it left the shop via their Floranext POS. This made me feel confident the fresh cut flower arrangement would arrive on-time and in good condition. It arrived in the exact same condition as pictured and was delivered early in the day so the recipient and the customers coming into the store where it was delivered could enjoy it all day. WOW! Yelp didn't disappoint when I was looking for a local florist. I needed to pick up some flowers for a girlfriend and saw on yelp that this place had awesome reviews. I've never picked up flowers before, only had them delivered so it was a little new to me. I called and asked a few questions and the girl was super helpful and friendly. I told her the style I was going for-purple tones-nothing too dark or vibrant with a vase. Budget was approx $50-65ish dollars. She said that she could definitely make it happen. I was also a little last minute because I needed it the next day in the early afternoon so I really appreciated them working with me. I came in and the ladies were all so friendly and sweet! I was so impressed with the bouquet. It was beautiful, full, and it smelled great. It was well worth the price and money plus I'm glad I was shopping local. We stopped in a week before Prom. They were very busy since it was Prom day for lots of other schools. They stopped to help me put in an order for a corsage and boutonnière, asked my daughter questions about what she liked and the colors she and her date would be wearing.
