This was my first experience with Bookout Blooms, and it was white-glove remarkable service. It's highly irregular to find a boutique flower shop that has in-house arrangements ready for delivery the same-day that are exquisite with fair pricing. First, their website is very simple, straightforward, and to the point. It screams elegance. All of their offerings aligned perfectly with what I was looking to send as a floral arrangement, and they even had a flower I thought was no longer in season! They delivered to the recipient in an expedited manner, and they even take a photo of YOUR final product and email it to you for quality assurance called a "BloomSnap". I was astounded and impressed. She was very pleased with the arrangement, and certainly in the future I will use this establishment again. Highly recommended to any and all in Charlotte! read more

To say they exceeded my expectations would be an understatement!! I am living out of state and wanted to use a local florist to get my girlfriend flowers. Their website is super easy to use and the staff was incredibly helpful and sweet These are how they arrived, a hand written note and I couldn't be happier. These only cost me $60 and that's a steal considering it has a couple of peonies. They will most definitely be the only shop I use from now on! read more

I've walked by this shop several times and recently decided to stop by. Bre was super helpful right as I walked in. The place wasn't full of clutter like other shops I've visited in the past and just seemed very clean/simple. I was on the fence about actually getting an arrangement but quickly figured out something that would appease my lady. Bre got it together in less than 30 minutes and I swear it looked better than the picture they had on their website. They definitely took the hassle out of figuring out the perfect early Valentine's Day gift at a respectful price. I will definitely go to these guys for my next floral purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for something special. read more

Favorite florist in Charlotte. Love the team and the designs are always so beautiful.

Chose Bookout Blooms to send our daughter after she gave birth to our first grandchild. What a beautiful job! Immediately received a call regarding the most beautiful bouquet she had ever seen. Thank you! read more

Working with Ashely was one of the highlights of our entire wedding! After receiving a few ridiculously expensive quotes for flowers, we had pretty much resigned ourselves to begging friends to go to the Farmers Market Saturday morning and piecing together something for the ceremony and reception. We emailed Ashely in a last ditch effort and are so happy we did! Se replied right away (and stayed super responsive throughout the process) and invited us to meet with her to discuss our vision. After meeting with her at her stall in Atherton, she sent us a quote for everything we wanted that was actually UNDER our budget. We were so thrilled, we went back and even added a few extras! The final products (bouquets, center pieces, boutonnières, etc.) were absolutely beautiful and are still alive and kicking almost a week after our wedding. So not only good value but high quality! As if all that wasn't enough, Ashely is an absolute delight to work with! She's so easy going and laid back, she is a breath of fresh air in the frenetic madness of all things weddings. I can't wait until I get our photos back from the photographer -- I'll share some here so you can see for yourselves how beautiful Ashley's arrangements are! read more

Absolutely beautifully fresh arrangements and gifts. I love that you can make your own bouquet as well. This is a great errand to run - flowers and might as well grab a coffee too! Also, I recently sent a friend flowers and she loved the arrangement! The presentation was great and loved the font on card, it's the little things that make a big impact. I really love their modern yet classic style!!! read more

I am in CLT visiting my girlfriend for Valentines Day and found myself looking for a local flower shop to surprise my girlfriend with. Luckily Bookout Blooms was walking distance from her apartment and I was able to get an arrangement ordered a few days in advance. I called in, explained "a vibe" I wanted in the arrangement and a price range and showed up on the big day to pick them up. The arrangement is absolutely stunning and could not have been more spot on to the "vibe" I described. The note they included is exactly what I asked- elegant and simple. The staff was nice and even remembered me from the phone call when I walked in. 10/10 would recommend. Awesome shop!! read more

BB is my absolute go to for flowers! I order flower deliveries weekly from shops all over the city for a variety of reasons. BB consistently sends the most beautiful, creative and unique arrangements that are always on time and fresh & long lasting. Their customer service is top notch - even going out of their way to redeliver an item when the recipient had been discharged from the hospital earlier than expected! You will not find a comparable product or service at such reasonable prices anywhere in CLT - trust me I order flowers almost daily and I've looked! read more

Bookout Blooms - Cheerful Posie (standard arrangement) - Florists Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

This place is great. Not only did they have a selection that included succulents and orchids (for those of us who like to send live plants), they were incredibly helpful when they realized that the place (a hospital ICU) I was trying to send the orchid weren't accepting bouquets or anything like that. Guess it's always tricky in special care areas, but pandemic has made things even more restricted (couldn't even have the orchid left at nurses station to say 'thanks' for all they do). Anyway, Bookout Blooms refunded my money and even took a minute to express their condolences about our sick friend. read more

The flower arrangement was beautiful and delivered on time. Great flowers, great service at a higher price than other florist in the area.

Bookout Blooms captured exactly what I had envisioned for my wedding day. Ashley was such a pleasure to work with! She was professional, responsive, and provided a high valued service. Ashley was able to communicate effectively with me and my mom to have a full understanding of the look we wanted to achieve while also remaining in our price range. She was more than happy to deliver flowers on the wedding day as well as set up the reception room to reflect the vision we had created. Bookout Blooms was most certainly a good decision for us and I loved the opportunity to get to know Ashley! read more
