This was my first experience with Bookout Blooms, and it was white-glove remarkable service. It's highly irregular to find a boutique flower shop that has in-house arrangements ready for delivery the same-day that are exquisite with fair pricing. First, their website is very simple, straightforward, and to the point. It screams elegance. All of their offerings aligned perfectly with what I was looking to send as a floral arrangement, and they even had a flower I thought was no longer in season! They delivered to the recipient in an expedited manner, and they even take a photo of YOUR final product and email it to you for quality assurance called a "BloomSnap". I was astounded and impressed. I've walked by this shop several times and recently decided to stop by. Bre was super helpful right as I walked in. The place wasn't full of clutter like other shops I've visited in the past and just seemed very clean/simple. I was on the fence about actually getting an arrangement but quickly figured out something that would appease my lady. Bre got it together in less than 30 minutes and I swear it looked better than the picture they had on their website. They definitely took the hassle out of figuring out the perfect early Valentine's Day gift at a respectful price. Working with Ashely was one of the highlights of our entire wedding! After receiving a few ridiculously expensive quotes for flowers, we had pretty much resigned ourselves to begging friends to go to the Farmers Market Saturday morning and piecing together something for the ceremony and reception. We emailed Ashely in a last ditch effort and are so happy we did! Se replied right away (and stayed super responsive throughout the process) and invited us to meet with her to discuss our vision. After meeting with her at her stall in Atherton, she sent us a quote for everything we wanted that was actually UNDER our budget. We were so thrilled, we went back and even added a few extras! The final products (bouquets, center pieces, boutonnières, etc.) were absolutely beautiful and are still alive and kicking almost a week after our wedding. So not only good value but high quality! As if all that wasn't enough, Ashely is an absolute delight to work with! She's so easy going and laid back, she is a breath of fresh air in the frenetic madness of all things weddings. I am in CLT visiting my girlfriend for Valentines Day and found myself looking for a local flower shop to surprise my girlfriend with. Luckily Bookout Blooms was walking distance from her apartment and I was able to get an arrangement ordered a few days in advance. I called in, explained "a vibe" I wanted in the arrangement and a price range and showed up on the big day to pick them up. The arrangement is absolutely stunning and could not have been more spot on to the "vibe" I described. The note they included is exactly what I asked- elegant and simple. Not only did they have a selection that included succulents and orchids (for those of us who like to send live plants), they were incredibly helpful when they realized that the place (a hospital ICU) I was trying to send the orchid weren't accepting bouquets or anything like that. Guess it's always tricky in special care areas, but pandemic has made things even more restricted (couldn't even have the orchid left at nurses station to say 'thanks' for all they do).
