I was in a panic trying to get flowers to my daughter's new job promotion on the same day. I found Flowers Plus at the same building address, meaning her job was upstairs. Paula, the designer, answered the phone at 7:34 a.m., since they posted open from 7:30 a.m. Truly did not expect a human response, but happily, she was there, did an excellent design job and my daughter had her flowers before noon. I will continue to use Flowers Plus whenever another Charlotte occassion arises. A job well done and a huge thank you to all the staff. Patti C Raleigh, NC read more

The representative I spoke with to order Valentine's Day flowers was very easy to work with and place the order. The Delivery guy was excellent and jumped through many hoops to deliver the flowers to my wife at her office building. He worked with the front desk security to locate my wife's Admin, and get the flowers delivered. It's a new job for her and I didn't know names or phone numbers. He Found a Way. Kudos. read more

I needed a living plant for my sister and brother in law as his sister had passed away. I had called another florist and was trying to get help getting through the internet. She wasn't very helpful and ended up asking me if I had "got it". She then ended the call. I called Flowers Plus and spoke with Daphne. Daphne was amazing. She said she would go to Home Depot after work and find just the right plant. She did that and she wasn't happy with what she saw so she went the next morning and found the perfect hydrangea that can be replanted in the yard for a lasting memory. I would recommend this florist to all that want excellent service. Thank you for helping me from Cali. Patty read more

I've used this company a couple times now and I'm very impressed on the efficiency of ordering as well as the selection. They always get the order right and offer different sizes of each arrangement depending on your budget. Very cool! It's good to know there's a 'go-to' florist right uptown for me (and my girlfriend) :) read more

Wanted flowers for someone special. Flowers Plus delivered. The when they were received, the recipient texted me "I'm in awe. I don't think I've ever gotten sent flowers... Much less ones that are 5 feet high, stunningly beautiful, and look [crazy expensive]". The designer, Gary, did an amazing job. I asked for something contemporary and that's what they delivered. Orchids from Taiwan, Birds of Paradise from Hawaii, and foliages, lilies and gerbera daisies from California. Not quite a United Nations of flowers but an exceptional assortment. The little blue orchids they used, I've never seen anything like them before. read more

12/8/16 UPDATE: Rcvd a response from the owner today, who was very nice. I am pleased they listen to positive AND negative customer feedback. The store manager, Deb, helped me out today, and refunded my money, and for that I am grateful. The issue I had was that I was looking at the photos on their website when I called in to place an order for delivery. Apparently, their website is run by a third-party, and the arrangements that are sent out by the florist do not always match the pictures on the website. (In the case of my order, the PHOTO on the website showed one type of flower, with a yellow center, but the DESCRIPTION of the arrangement listed a different type of flower, with a black center.) I am not sure why this would be the case, but I prefer to have less artistic license taken when I have preselected an arrangement. Often, I will call and allow the florist to make an arrangement just by me giving them a budget. But, that is not what I did this time. My advice is, if it is your desire to have a specific arrangement with specific flowers sent, be cautious if you are making a selection off of their website. read more

I could NOT endorse this biz more. AMAZING. I needed flowers on the fly for my wife so I called Flowers Plus up. NOT ONLY did Heather know exactly what I needed, but she offered to deliver them out to my car so I wouldn't get out of my car. Unfortunately, I drove past the biz like an idiot and had to park. But have no fear! Heather literally came out (after the biz closed) and tracked me down on the sidewalk! Of course the flowers were beautiful. But customer service is why I stick with a business. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!!! read more

The arrangement I ordered looks flat to me...the shape seems off. I'll let the picture speak for itself, maybe I'm too picky. I emailed a picture to the shop, and they said the arrangement is as it should be, that "all the flowers that are supposed to be there are there." They were professional and got back to me in a timely manner. I do appreciate that, but I'll order elsewhere next time. read more

I called Flowers Plus in a pinch to send an arrangement for a celebration of life ceremony. I do not live in Charlotte so I totally relied on reviews on yelp and boy, was I not disappointed! Best experience I've ever had with a florist. Very friendly and helpful with suggestions -- all I had to do was tell them what the occasion was and what I was looking for. I was a little nervous, buying an arrangement without seeing a picture of what it was going to look like first... When my wife saw the arrangement they created, she loved it. It was so beautiful. They made it so much more than what I had hoped for. I will remember Flowers Plus in the future. The person I worked with really cared about our special event and worked hard to meet and exceed my expectations. Seriously, you don't even need to call around. Just stop here. Highly recommended. read more

I booked a wedding consultation with Heather. They offered for me to come in Monday( Memorial Day) at 9:30 in the morning. I didnt think to question it. So imagine my surpirse when the store is closed and no one answering or calling people back. I would leave 0 stars if i could! read more

I ordered flowers from Flowers Plus through their website since it was off-hours. I was of course reluctant that I would not get what was shown in the photo. I am really pleased to say I saw the flowers they looked fresh and exactly as shown. Very nice arrangement. One other important note, we had inadvertently misspelled the persons name. We called early the next morning and was able to get it right before person received the flowers. read more

I ordered an arrangement for a friend with cancer at CMC main. I didn't get to see them but the family said they were stunning and gorgeous and that my friend loved them. The lady who took my order listened when I described my friend and said she had no flowers in the hospital. Debbie (I think) said she would put a special touch to the arrangement and since my friend liked to garden, suggested an arrangement of spring flowers, hydrangeas, and I wanted height and branches etc. My friend passed soon after that so thank you Flowers Plus for your beautiful, thoughtful arrangement, and for providing my friend beauty and some measure of comfort and peace in her final month. read more

I called Flowers Plus after seeing their 20% off promotion on first time orders. The owner didn't know what I was talking about couldn't find the promotion, so he denied my request all while I was listening to him and the receptionist go back and forth while I was still on the line. I cancelled my order, called another floral shop and received excellent service. Moral of the story, if you're running a business, be familiar with your own promotions and honor them even if you can't find it. I have better things to do than to make up a Yelp discount code. read more
