I ordered flowers back on January 31st for a same day delivery and was told that the flowers would be delivered in the time frame. I didn't realize until later that evening that the recipient did not get them. I was very upset and called the florist. I was insured that they were delivered. Debbie took the time to confirm with the delivery person, the address, time and also had documentation of the person that signed for them. She went above and beyond to prove that nothing went wrong on the florist end. In the end, it was the company that the flowers were deliverd too...a break down of communcation, which led to the recipient not getting them on the delivery day, but the next. Joel at Flowers Plus did a fabulous job of helping my family out with flowers for my dad's funeral. Joel has such creative touch and vision for what he does. My dad was an avid gardener and Joel suggested that on his casket spray we add a couple vines of tomatoes. They added the perfect touch and were done so tastefully. He handled everything even after we had to call and alter our order at the last minute. His came to us for a consult, he delivered everything and when everything arrived it was simply gorgeous. His prices were very competitive and his work is remarkable. I have used Flowers Plus for several events and Joel & staff are aways so friendly and accommodating. Joel is always in tune with interpreting exactly what you want, when you're not even sure WHAT you want!! I just did two big events and used Flowers Plus for all of our table arrangements and centerpieces. Both were themed events and the flowers were incredible! Must be the best florist in Charlotte! Wanted to send flowers to my daughter but my crazy schedule prevents operating on normal business hours. Contacted Flowers Plus literally while driving home from work late and Daphne was amazing. She understands the modern work life and chooses to extend hours to accommodate. Not only is she a a great person in general but went out of her way to help a busy out of town Mom send the perfect arrangement to her daughter. I ordered flowers for a friend late afternoon....past the time when they were able to promise to deliver the same day. The representative called me to make sure I was aware of that rule, and if I was okay with it. I told her that was fine and asked while we were on the phone if she would mind texting me a picture of the bouquet before it was delivered the next day, because often times you don't get to see what was actually sent. I've ordered flowers here a couple times and each time the flowers were beautiful and the arrangements looked great! I ordered some roses and they lasted almost 2 weeks, and some lilies I ordered lasted about 1 1/2 weeks. When I called, the staff seemed busy, but they were helpful, and the prices seemed reasonable.
