This is going to be an odd review to most, because I WISH I had hired Bella Grace Floral for my wedding. I really do. I went there for a consultation, looked at their flowers, looked at their examples, got a quote, etc... Yet, I made the awful decision of going with Artistry Florals (read my review on their profile if you want more details). Bella Grace was timely, had quality fresh and beautiful flowers, the shop was absolutely adorable, their prices were fair and on-par with others (I visited nearly 5 florists in all for samples and quotes), and the people there were friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very communicative. I made a big mistake when I actually hired the other florist. So much so, I actually contacted this shop (Bella Grace's) to tell them how much I WISH I would have hired them. I had the great pleasure of using Bella grace for my wedding back in March. I am so happy I went with them, everything turned out just how I pictured it and more. We had a spring wedding and all the flowers were bright and colorful. They even wrapped my rosary around the bouquet. The arrangments they did for us were just wonderful. The cake topper was just amazing. We used all different colored roses, daisies, orchids, lillies, carnations, green hydrangea, and green berries it was for sure a spring arrangement. I described my first experience with this shop as good, yet a little chaotic and unorganized. At first I thought it was just because they were busy...but I now have a sneaking suspicion that the staff just isn't very bright. I recently called this shop to order a very small flower arrangement for a cake (think the size of a corsage). I was going to email the lady I spoke to a picture of what I wanted. When I asked what her email address is, she said "bellagracefloral.com." I said, "No, not your website, your email." Once again she said "bellagracefloral.com." Fast forward 10 minutes when I'm STILL trying to explain to her that there is a difference between an email address and a website. Somehow she solved that brain buster and she asked me about my budget. Her response was "For under $50 there isn't much I can do for you." She didn't ask any specifics about what I was interested in before completing writing off my request. I decided to make my own arrangement and it cost me less than $15. read more
