I called to find out what happened and the only thing they wanted to do was make it right. They said that they would make another bouquet and have it immediately delivered. This was New Years Eve and in less than an hour, my friend had a 2nd bouquet delivered to her. I couldn't be happier with the response. I got from the florist and the customer service they gave.
