Just wanted an inexpensive mattress for the guest room. John Grasson did a great job. He listened and didn't try to up sell us. He was helpful, courteous, and has a good sense of humor. Well done Sit N' Sleep. Unfortunately the delivery was not so good. As promised they called the night before and gave us a delivery window of 3-7pm. Got a call from the delivery guys at 6:35 saying it may be as late as 9:00 to deliver. I had to cancel our 7:30 dinner reservation. They showed up at 8:30. The guys did their job but provided no explanation for their tardiness nor offered an apology, which was disappointing. A 4 hour delivery window is bad enough, and ours was extended 90 minutes. Not my idea of spending a Saturday evening. read more

AS an update to my review: Our bed was delivered and it was not the same mattress we tested in the store. Hard as a rock hybrid similar to sleeping on an ironing board. Went back talked to Larry, and despite the 30 day return for a 400 dollar restock fee, he just didn't feel right about the sale. Worked with the supplier to get them to take it back as defective, and worked us a deal on traditional mattress with pillow top. Really can't thank Larry enough for helping us navigate this matter. Please go see him if you need a mattress. Most patient, caring salesman I have ever met. read more

I was there with my husband and two teenage daughters and Dave was amazingly patient with us ... there was a lot of us to please ... lol. We went in to purchase 2 queen sized mattresses and weren't pushed to buy more than what was needed. We got 2 queens, one with a box spring, one without and 2 mattress protectors. Free Delivery by Beto and Kevin was also super speedy. Mattresses were brought in and old mattresses were removed in less than 10 minutes! Great team at this location! We had been looking for a mattress for my older sister and after unsuccessfully shopping at two other mattress places, we came to Sit' n Sleep. We were greeted by Larry Giangrande who was helping another customer and he directed us to the section of mattresses in our price range, Larry reassured us he would be with us shortly and please take your time to look. Once available, Larry spent time with us answering questions explaining differences between types of firmness of mattress, warranties, delivery pick up scheduling and the total price; and added what he thought may be of interest to us along with the mattress. Larry did not appear rushed during the transactions for either customer. After we finalized the purchase, he reviewed with us the return policies, the itemized items, and if there were any other questions to contact him. There was no pressure selling.
