Outstanding knowledge and didn't feel pressured at all. We were the first one's in the store that morning and John greeted us up front and helped us out the entire time. As we were going through the elimination of choosing what beds we were going to get, John went into exact detail, the plus and minuses of each mattress and how it will react to this and that, meanwhile shooting us the prices for each item every time. When the time came to make our purchase we weren't blindsided with any additional cost and we had free delivery the next day. We got the confirmation text before 7pm that day and a delivery call 45 mins before they arrived. Delivery and installation took about 15 mins and they took away our old mattresses on their way out. Went in to purchase a mattress for a guest room in my home. Danny (with mask) met us at the door. We told him what we were looking for and he pointed out the mattress he believed would "fill the bill." Danny was pleasant as he answered our questions and did not try and upsell pricier models. Once our questions were answered he got right down to the paperwork. This process was pretty much painless. Delivery was arranged and we had our mattress in place and ready for guests the next day. The delivery crew was professional, pleasant and did a great job. This was not our first purchase from this location (we made three over the years) and it won't be our last. Worst mattress experience ever! I was charged $2 more than the price on the floor the first time. When they delivered the mattress it was the wrong one. Than the store manager sent me the one from the store floor 3 weeks later and didn't give me a reduced price for it. Plus, the bed was on sale for $100 less the second time around and they wouldn't honor the new price adjustment only 3 weeks later. I won't recommend this business to anyone!!! read more

SitNSleep exchanged mattress for a new one, delivered right in the box, today! Of course we have to wait 48 hrs for it to fully reshape, but the new one already doesn't appear to sink in the middle!
