My husband and I went in looking for a new mattress and were completely impressed with how knowledgeable and kind Sharon is. She helped us find the perfect mattress for us by giving us plenty of information and listening to our needs. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured, or like I was bothering her with my questions & by looking around. She was extremely patient with us & really got to know us to find the perfect mattress match! She even stayed an hour after closing hours to allow us to finish our purchase. Truly the kindest, funniest, and most knowledgeable person. Sharon will help you find the mattress of your dreams for whatever your budget may be! Unfortunately we had to cancel our purchase due to an emergency, but once everything resolves we will be going back to her. read more

Buying a mattress can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience that can really hurt the wallet, especially with sheisty sales associates. Sharon Young was quite the opposite; she was phenomenal! We couldn't have had a better experience or got a better deal! read more

This past week, I was on a tight schedule and needed to find a good mattress and fast. I had done some research online and was extremely anxious due to the amount of negative experiences. However, my experience at this Sit 'n Sleep surpassed all of my expectations; Dave Fazek made the experience from start to finish incredible. As soon as we stepped into the store, Dave was great at introducing us to the different mattresses from all different brands. Never did I feel as if he was trying to push a certain price or brand at us to close a deal. He spent a good 2 hours patiently explaining and showing us everything around the store. We were about to purchase the mattress but ran into a hitch where the store doesn't usually deliver to NorCal and was about to walk away disappointed but Dave assured us that he would try. He went above and beyond to make the delivery possible. At every step, he and his co-workers kept us informed about the status and alternatives. Beyond that, he was incredibly transparent with the pricing. I can't recommend Sit N sleep and Dave enough. If you ever had a bad experience (or just need a mattress), you must give this location a shot. read more

I don't know if it's because we we're young, but as we walked in the salesman turned his back to us and the rest ignored us. When he finally turned around his voice was monotone and short with us. But I'm sure if you look like you have money you won't be in the same situation. No worries, we immediately went to a nicer location in Fullerton. read more

I'm -$800 and have a unusable bed. That's the facts. I have been sleeping on the floor next to the piece of crap and I came down here this Sunday and they said it's been past 60 days so sorry. In this process I learned that a mattress topper just on the ground is a much better sleep then a bed anyway. Just tired of middle men companies selling poorly made products read more

Sabrina was not only friendly but very knowledgable and patient. She took me through all the available options both in and out of my price range to see the full spectrum of options but with no pressure to buy anything. If you come here make sure you see Sabrina! read more

My wife and I went to sit and sleep not really knowing what to expect. We have never really though of how important a good mattress is and we had no idea how to pick out one. The moment we walking in we were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly face. The man introduced his self as Steve wade. Steve was amazing. He took the time to explain all about the different mattresses and the pros and cons of each one. Steve recommended for us to try this sleep test. It's where you lay on this mattress and based on the way you lay and the pressure points of you body it pick out the right mattress and pillow combination for you. After we got the results Steve went around to each bed let us lay on it (with our pillows) and explained the pros and cons of each bad based on our needs. Price was never an uncomfortable issue with Steve. You tell him the price range you want to stay in and he will recommend the right bed for you. Steve truly wants to get you in the best bed possible. he is not concerned with add-ons or up selling, but if you ask him he will be more then happy to tell you all about the extras be can provide (bed liners, pillows, sheets, bed supports extra) it pretty much a one stop shop if you want it to be. By the time we were done it seemed like we all were old friends. We walked out of there with a new mattress bed liner (a must) pillows and a new friend. i love our new bed. We have both never slept so well. You never know how bad you are sleeping until you get a better mattress. As Steve would say" the two must impotent purchases you will make are your shoes and your bed". I encourage you to go in to sit and sleep and ask for Steve wade he is a wealth of knowledge as well as a great guys. Sweet dreams Jenn read more

Got our new matress finally and my life has changed. No more back pain and no more sleeping on the couch. They also took our old one away.

We just bought our bed from Sit and Sleep in Brea and it was a great experience. Our sales rep Sabrina was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, fun, and helpful! Not really knowing what would be the best bed for us and our budget, with Sabrina's help we found an awesome bed that was reasonably priced. This is the second time I purchased a bed from them and both times were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this store to anybody looking for a new bed. read more

I highly recommend going to see Sabrina in Brea. My wife and I hadn't bought a mattress in about 10 years and went into Sit N Sleep with little idea of what to look for. Sabrina took very good care of us. She was very knowledgeable and patient (we had our 4 and 7 year old daughters with us). She walked us through the whole process and couldn't be happier with the mattress we got, the price we paid, the service... all of it. She was the most professional sales person I've worked with in a very long time. I highly recommend going to see her if you are in the market for a mattress. read more

Thank you Aaron, at the Brea store. We love our new adjustable bed! The service we received from you was outstanding. You promised delivery service would be as good and the delivery men exceeded our expectations. I have recommended you to three other people in two days. The bed has given me the best sleep I have had in years. Couldn't be happier with your company. I told my friend in Chicago to buy the same bed. Sadly your stores are only in California I guess. Maybe you guys will expand? Thanks again for being such a great representative for your company and helping us. With Appreciation, Marilyn read more

Excellent Service and Products! We needed an adjustable bed for my mom following surgery. Dave provided us with excellent advice, and after describing my moms needs he recommended the perfect bed! His expertise saved the day! And just as important, Dave was genuine and not pushy. After placing our order the hospital discharge date changed, Dave immediately rescheduled our delivery to an earlier date. Felipe A. was our delivery specialist, he set up everything perfectly, explained the use of the bed, and was extremely professional. Alex Smith, that's the guy to ask for...Great service, very good prices. Been to plenty of mattress stores with shady sales tactics that try to steer you to premium priced merch - didn't get that here. What started out as a rocky experience turned into a wonderful one. I went with my ex husband several years ago for a bit at Sit-n-Sleep and wasn't impressed. This time, I went Christmas Eve, and what started out as rocky, although I was the only customer in the store at the time, the sales gal handed me an incredible deal. I received my bed the following week and I was excited. It was wonderful, firm and just absolutely love it. Fabulous bed, no springs, firm and pillow like. The cats love the bed too. I'm a fan. read more

Thanks for great service and nice sales guys , especially Bill who sold us our new Simmons Black never slept better! But big shout out to Dave the store mgr who honored the store policy and allowed me to pick up a bed frame, free with purchase 3 weeks after my purchase. I went shopping with my sister at Mathis Bros. On Saturday and got a demonstration on the King Koil Smart Bed. I was very impressed with the bed I went home and told my husband about it and said he needed a demo. We have been thinking about a Sleep Number bed so he agreed to go look at it. Since my experience at Mathis Bros. Wasn't the best, we decided to go to our local Sit and Sleep. Sharon Young, the Sales Manager, helped us out and answered all my husbands questions and more! She is knowledgeable and extremely helpful! We ended up purchasing this high end smart bed and she was able to get it delivered the next day, no delivery charge and they hauled off our old bed. The installers were fast, on time and professional. We can't wait to sleep in our new bed tonight! Thank you Sharon and Sit and Sleep for a great experience! I sent my girlfriend to Sharon today since she is looking to buy a new bed too! read more

Wow! I've been waiting for my order for over a month. The information given by one person is different than another! Calling customer "service" is a joke! Sharin was completely rude and dismissive. Angie, the manager, is supposed to be there until 3:30 doesn't answer her phone at 3:00. I've ordered from sit and sleep before, but this is horrible! You can't get any service! I wish I would have just gone to Costco to order from them. You get quality things at a reasonable price. I regret my decision to order from sit and sleep! I think it would have been tolerable and understandable as long as the customer service staff would have been respectful and helpful! But, for aspirin to be so dismissive and rude is unacceptable! I will not shop at sit and sleep again. There are many choices out there.... I won't put up with rude businesses! read more

Amazing customer service. Sharon Young was so kind and helpful. She listened to my needs and helped my get they perfect bed for my daughter.

We were looking for a good mattress for my Grandson Alex - now don't get me wrong when I say Grandson don't think of this cute little boy! My Grandson is 6'4" tall and weighs over 200 lbs! He had not had a good nights sleep in years and absolutely no mattress lived up to their reviews at all - we had purchased a mattress from Sit 'n Sleep years ago for ourselves and love it to this day so we thought the only way we could be satisfied with any mattress for my Grandson was to have him try one out - we walked into Sit 'n Sleep in Brea and Michael greeted us with a smile and confidence we were looking for - he immediately turned his attention to Alex and discussed everything with him as far as the test and recommended mattress for his height and weight went - we followed as Michael explained everything with precise data in choosing the best mattress for Alex and had him try them until the perfect match was made - as far as we were concerned we had the best customer service we could ever wish for and are extremely pleased with everything - Alex has a mattress designed especially for him and is so happy he can't keep from smiling when we ask about it - this review maybe a bit long but I could never put into a few simple words how pleased we all are - thank you Michael for everything - P.S. The entire family has tried Alex's bed and now THEY want a new mattress! Look out Michael, we're coming back soon!! read more

I was dreading the idea of shopping for an adjustable bed because I know it's a commission based occupation therefore; I didn't feel like dealing with a "used car" type salesman. Man was I wrong! We met Aaron and didn't get an once of pressure and to keep it real he wasn't a bullshitter. He was very knowledgable and honest. Aaron is the type of person who truly likes people and takes his job seriously. Thanks again! read more

So far I have only purchased my mattress, bed frame thing with drawers under it, sheets, protectors, pillows, the whole "Shabang"...it is all scheduled to to be delivered next Saturday. I will update when everything is good and delived/installed....hopefully. Who is the moron saying that if people review a place and specifically mention a helpful employee than they must BE an employee? I sure as heck don't work at sit n sleep, but I specifically went back on days Sabrina was there because she was very nice and knowledgeable and my gf and I wanted her to get the commission. Read my other reviews, most are negative. We also were given a good deal (I think), decent amount off retail. read more

Went to this location to be met with Michael. He worked with my wife and I to find the best mattress for us. He was even able to give our toddler a balloon to keep him distracted so we could test the beds he suggested. After showing us 3 beds, he showed us 1 more bed and it was a perfect match for us. I could tell Michael was a seasoned sales rep that knew exactly what types of beds were best for his clients. After we decided what bed to go for, my wife and I left to think about it. We went back 2 days later to see Michael and purchased the perfect bed for us. Customer service was top notch and seemed tailored to our needs. Definitely go to this location and see Michael. Give him 20 minutes and he will find the perfect bed for you. read more

Not feeling this place at all. We have just started our mattress search and had been to a few places. The manager of the store at this location was like a car salesman...Did not really care about what we wanted, just wanted to get us to the table to work the deal. For the same mattress and adjustable base, the rice was almost $2,000.00 more that at the competitor. The sales person (the store manager) was more concerned about the add-ons than what we, the buyer, wanted. I felt pressured, uncomfortable and generally unhappy while in the store...This "We'll beat any price or your mattress is freeeeeeeee" BS is just that...They add on so many items that, of course, the quote is not the same...We will not be back...Ortho was honest, no horrible upsell and the salesperson did NOT feel like a used car salesman. read more

I had a really good experience here at Sit 'n Sleep. I saw some really expensive beds in the store, but we were able to get a very affordable bed that was very comfortable. Dave is the one that helped us and he didn't try to pressure us into buying something we couldn't afford, and even threw some discounts in on top of our purchases to help us out. It a really good place and I definitely recommend giving it a shot if you're looking for a mattress. read more

I don't like to give bad reviews, but Sit and Sleeps customer service was horrible! My dad and brother went in on a Saturday to look at beds and met with Harry. Harry took the time to work with them, but when they did not buy the bed that day he was short and rude to them. I went back with my dad on Sunday and when we walked in the man on the floor eagerly approached us until he found out we had been there the day before. He then asked who we spoke to and when my dad could not remember he started pointing out all the people on the floor, now let me mention that my dad is not a young man and he has very poor eyesight, when my dad wasn't responding fast enough the floor salesman got agitated and said it must be Harry and said he was with a customer and walked away to help someone who had walked in after us. He just left us standing there in the showroom unsure of what to do next. I approached him to ask what we were suppose to do, wait for this Harry guy or what, we just want to buy this bed. He quickly changed his tune and helped us. The price was okay, but the service was NOT! read more
