The owner cancelled our order outright and issued a full refund. While we do appreciate that the refund was processed promptly, the cancellation caused a significant setback to our bathroom renovation, especially after we had already structured our broader project timeline around the commitments made earlier. We made a deliberate effort to support a local Annapolis business, but our experience was disappointing and disruptive. Customers considering custom work here should be aware of the repeated delays, lack of communication, and ultimate cancellation we encountered. This review reflects our direct experience and the impact it had on our project and schedule.
