I was looking primarily for holiday things this time, and they had several trees full of ornaments, holiday housewares, shelf decorations, and the like. They also stock children's books, T-shirts and other local and Bay-themed souvenirs. I purchased a Maryland tin, a gift bag, & some snowflake ornaments. They also have some unique craft items I have not seen elsewhere, like bowl cozies (for when you heat a bowl in the microwave) and snap bags to tuck in your bag or purse. The owner cancelled our order outright and issued a full refund. While we do appreciate that the refund was processed promptly, the cancellation caused a significant setback to our bathroom renovation, especially after we had already structured our broader project timeline around the commitments made earlier. We made a deliberate effort to support a local Annapolis business, but our experience was disappointing and disruptive. Customers considering custom work here should be aware of the repeated delays, lack of communication, and ultimate cancellation we encountered.
