Amazing! I saw on their IG they were offering nail trims for $15 as walk ins. This place is very far from me but I decided to take the drive with my two pups! My usual girl isn't in town and my dogs can be a bit squeamish when I try to do their nails. I was promptly greeted and I introduced my dogs. I worry a lot about my three legged one but the lady who helped me(I forgot to ask her name) was so helpful and made my pups feel safe. I've been meaning to write this post for a while now; I truly love Sirius Pet Styling! I've been taking my 3 (almost 4) year old husky, Koda, since 2021and absolutely love it. They do an amazing job and I am very pleased with their services each and every time. Jasmine and Haley have been his groomers and they are both so wonderful, but the whole team is always so welcoming. I can easily make appointments over the phone and get reminders of my appointment a day or two before which I appreciate. I sometimes have other family members drop and pick him up since I live in another state currently and never had any issues. Took my 40 lb Moyen Golden Doodle here for the first time. Was told it would be $120-130 and even though that was higher than I normally pay I agreed. Upon picking her up he said $150. I told them I have NEVER paid this much and he says they have recordings of when I dropped her off of the estimate. Yes please!!! Listen to your recording and it doesn't say $150 to shave her along with her traditional feather duster tail!! I am mortified and will never return! I can't say I'd even recommend them for small dogs as the ones that were being picked up just looked ok. If you have a Doodle, look elsewhere because they don't have experience with this breed. She was a little matted on her right ear and under her neck as I pointed these areas out. Her tail was not matted so not sure why he shaved it so short. read more

Took my doodle for grooming the second time with April because she's did so well with Luna the previous time. She did mention how Luna was matted and needing to cut her short. When we got home I noticed Luna kept scratching around her neck and noticed she had some razor cuts and around her leg as well Which is upsetting this is the first time she's gotten razor cuts from getting groomed. The previous times she's gotten groomed not from here she's never had any razor cuts. We decided we are no longer going here and decided to go somewhere else. read more

I'm very disappointed with my experience. The groomer, Mike, didn't cut my dog's hair well, and I had to bring her back to fix it. Instead of addressing the issue, he was rude and told me to find another groomer. That was the second time he didn't do a good job the first time. I would not recommend this place and especially Mike. besides they are very expensive. I paid 88$ for a toy poodle, he didn't even cut her nails. read more

The long search for amazing groomers for my dog is finally over! This is probably the best grooming my dog has ever received in the years of having her groomed at many different places. As soon as she came out of the grooming room, I immediately fell in love with the way she looked. I showed them a picture of her normal grooming style and they achieved it but made it even better! I love how they styled her ears to have longer strands. Really makes her look more like a lady and I love that they kept her lion tail longer and puffier like pom-poms. They made her face look younger as she's getting a bit older. I can tell that they use high quality products. My dogs fur looks amazing, shiny, and super soft! They really took their time and her fur was shaved evenly. I am amazed by the price as I thought it was going to be more expensive due to how well they did. Took my pitbull and chihuahua here for the first time this past weekend. Mike groomed both of them and he did an amazing job! I was a little nervous, since my pitbull can be a handful but he was great with her! As I was leaving, he brought them both to the back. I heard her sassy bark at him because she requires constant attention and he had walked a few feet away. He turned around and assured her that he would come right back for her in a soothing tone it was the cutest thing ever. Everyone was very nice, they even finished an hour earlier than I expected. I will definitely be coming back here after seeing how lovingly the staff interacts with all the animals, even on a busy weekend morning. Soooo today is Thursday, the date of July 27th. I am yelping out about the business of Sirius Pet Styling, and their personnel. I have been their customer since they opened up business at Eastern and Pebble. We (my wife and I), have never had an issue with the business or its personnel. Unfortunately today was a less than a desirable experience with only one employee in the area of customer service with a smile! I entered Sirius at approximately 1128 hours. I immediately observed a female whom I will describe as very slim, petite, attractive young lady. I smiled and greeted this person. She responded with an undiscernible reply. So I responded, "I'm sorry I did not hear you." : ) She repeated herself and said, "Last name", while looking downward and (I believe she was typing something). Respectfully, her persona was like the character, "Eeyore" from "Winnie the Poo". Eeyore is fictional and is depicted as a "...gloomy, pessimistic, old grey stuffed donkey". [Described in google]. She was the most disengaging person I have ever encountered. She never smiled, and she failed to look me in the eyes while talking. I thought she may be having a bad day (which is no excuse) and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I tried to cheer her up by making light of how she portrayed her self! I jokingly asked, "Is everything Okay?" I didn't get a response to my question but was instead given the total price for the services provided to my two dogs, Milo and Gigi. Nevertheless, I still tipped her 20%. I thought the grooming of my two dogs was outstanding! : ) I must say I was very surprised with this employee because Sirius employees have always been cheery. And this is why I took the time to write this yelp! Sirius employees are always cheery and they always display a passion for what they do! Am I angry? Of course not! It's a waste of energy! I actually am concerned with the employee! Please tell her it is not the end of the world (whatever she is going through). And please advise her that despite our problems there is always a silver lining. Finally please advise her that customer service with a smile enhances the return of customers, and contributes to an increase in business due to word of mouth praise to others. Which means "job security")! I am giving that young employee the benefit of the doubt. She is just learning in life! : ) I close with the following: Sirius Pet Styling is the bomb! To anyone reading this yelp please don't hesitate to go there if you need grooming for your pet. They are super awesome! I recommend them to my friends constantly! : ) They are a 5 Star! I was recommended to come here an I'm so glad i came. The people who work here are honest and very patient. I think were i took my dog previously before this place mistreated her only because she has never been scared to enter a grooming shop. The guy who checked us in was super sweet, asked me what i would like to get done for my fur baby. I came back later on to pick her up and i was more than pleased with how they groomed her!!! I've been lied to in the past from a previous shop that they cut my dogs nails to then get a call 10min later to tell me they actually weren't able to. For the price, the grooming job could have been better. Several spots of matted hair remained.

I would not take your fur baby here to get groomed unless you want them crated for several hours before they are actually groomed with a half done, rushed, job. The first time was okay, but then the next couple of times, it took 4 hours, which is absolutely ridiculous. We moved from Illinois and our groomer out there only took 2 hours, max, not even and actually took their time. Not only did this groomer take FOREVER for our pet to get groomed, the groomer we had, Jasmine, was bad. Our fur baby was cut UNEVEN, their sensitive areas were not cleaned up and left long so when they had to poop it would stick to the hairs and dangle prompting me to constantly clean them up, eventually I did the work for them and cut those areas myself. I asked several times for the tail to be cut short and not so floofy and she did not listen cause it was floofy, it was not even cut. Not only did she not listen, we asked if she could clean up the areas and she declined rudely with a smart ass comment. My husband was furious and grabbed our fur baby from her cause we waited almost 5 hours for him that day!!! So not only did she do a terrible, rushed job on our pet, it took 5 hours that day. She just did not pay attention to what I wanted and how I wanted our fur baby cut. It seemed like she did not take the time with our fur baby, yet somehow it took 4 hours to groom him.It doesn't make sense. I would not recommend them at all. We called and left a message with our concerns and they have yet to call back. We found a mobile groomer who comes to our home and she only takes an hour and it's worth the extra money and she cleans up all those areas appropriately without rude, smart ass comments. I am willing to pay extra for a job done right and takes the appropriate time to get it done and who treats us kindly. read more
