I can't say enough good things about Buddies daycare! My dog Messi absolutely loves it here. From the moment we walk through the door, he's greeted with so much love and excitement from the staff. They really go above and beyond to make sure he's comfortable, entertained, and well cared for. Messi is always excited to see his buddies, both human and canine, and it's so reassuring to know he's in a safe and fun environment. The staff is fantastic--super friendly, professional, and they clearly adore the dogs they care for. Every time Messi comes home, he's happy and tired from all the playtime. If you're looking for a place where your dog will be treated like family, Buddies is the spot. I can't imagine taking Messi anywhere else, Thank you Buddies, best staff, and owners!
Would love to love this grooming place as my fur baby seemed to have a pleasant time on our first visit. But it is still in its 'growing stage' as when I booked the next grooming, I was sent a text that their groomer suddenly took a leave of absence. I was asked if I'd rather have a bath n brush instead of a full groom for my fur baby And that there are days when they do not have a groomer. And the $25 booking fee which I think is just to make sure you are coming for the appointment. Hmmm we'll see. Everybody seem nice and pleasant but the way its running and not having groomers on certain days that is convenient for you. We'll see.
This is our first visit/stay with BUDDIES! They exceeded our expectations :) They took all my stress away with leaving our baby for 10 days! Super professional Attentive Communicative (pictures sent everyday, questions were answered) I could tell by the pictures that were sent that our baby was well taken cared of!!! We will be seeing buddies soon!

I mentioned my age and Energy because if not for BUDDIES LV, I definitely would be overwhelmed with our new member in the family. I still have an elder 16yr old Chiweenie and if you can notice, Coco is definitely triple his size... Buddies allows him to have a break while she lets out the energy with other's! They take great care of our baby while giving us constant updates via text with photos and videos. Their hours allow me to get to work on time and yet pick her up without stressing. Thank you Buddies!!!!
Our golden retriever, Holly, has been a Buddies girl since she was 4 months old and fully vaccinated. The staff there are wonderful! We love them as much as she does. The facility is super clean, and every dog in their care is evaluated for appropriate doggie behavior. We even get pictures of her playing whenever she is there, showing us just how much fun she really is having. Does our puppy need daycare? No. I am a stay-at-home puppy parent, but we take her there every week so she can go just be a dog, have dog fun, and decompress. She is always happy and ready for a nap when we pick her up. Dog parks are a no-go for us, because of the dangers inherent with unknown animals and their humans. We trust the kind animal-loving staff at Buddies, as they go above and beyond to make each of their four-legged guests feel safe and special.
Benson has been going to daycare at Buddies for about five months now. He loves it so much! The staff is amazing, and I always feel content when Benson is in their care. We have only done one boarding and it went well. We usually do the daycare. I love that they have a pet taxi service, because they don't open until I am already at work and with this service, someone comes to my house and picks my dog up and I am able to pick him up when I get off work. It is such a great company and I am so grateful for their help with Benson!

I had formed a good relationship with his last daycare so the bar was high and Buddies exceeded it. -Friendly staff - careful to follow notes - super clean facility - cozy sleeping arrangement - affordable prices - excellent bath/grooming deal - 2-3 updates a day (good morning, play time and good night) -- I found this to be the best part tbh. I loved seeing him have a good time. The staff was super kind about my questions and they respond fast via text and email. Highly recommend and this is now our new spot.
My family traveled to California for a few weeks, and we went on a weekend trip to Vegas during it for a wedding. Our Frenchie, Cheez, comes with us everywhere, so we brought him with us to Vegas and needed to find a place to board him for two nights. My friend recommended Buddies to me to board him on this leg of our trip because we didn't want to leave him alone in the hotel room while we were out doing things. I was also nervous about finding a good place because he has recently had one of his nails removed because he broke it down to the quick, so we've been extra careful with him. Buddies took SUCH GOOD care of him and I could tell that they also paid close attention to keeping his nail clean during his stay. That kind of care is rare these days! This was hands down the most comfortable boarding experience. They sent us photos and updates of him while he played. I was even able to set up a FaceTime with him so my daughter could see that he was having a good time "visiting his friends" lol We got him a bath before picking him up and he SMELLED SO GOOD. I don't know what kind of shampoo they use, but I want some. Anyways... HIGHLY recommend! It was so convenient and you could tell that the employees love animals like they are their own. It gave me such peace of mind being somewhere new.

They arranged to have my dog brought over for a test, then boarded him right away. It was clean, the staff friendly and professional. The costs are reasonable. I highly recommend them!
I have been bringing my husky to buddies for a while now. She's super high energy and can be a lot to handle but the staff here has been so patient and helpful. They give her the attention she needs and I never feel like she's in bad hands. Stacie, Tracy, and everyone else at buddies are lovely. My husky loves it there and is completely worn out from all the playing when she comes home. Thank you guys we love you ! 10/10 !!
I've been taking Sophie to Buddies for roughly 3 months. When I first took her she wouldn't want to go inside and struggled with socializing. I have noticed a huge change since taking her. She socializes with other dogs and she loves the girl who watches over her. I'm so glad I took a chance because they treat her like one of their own! They know her by name and I really love that they send me pictures of her throughout the day!

Vago had an amazing boarding experience! He got along great with the other dogs, and I was completely stress-free knowing he was being well cared for. What I appreciated most were the updates, pictures, and communication throughout his stay, something many boarding facilities don't provide. The best part was that Vago celebrated his birthday while he was there! The staff made it special and sent me adorable pictures. Thank you for treating my fur baby like family. We recently brought our pup Beary to Buddies on a recent trip out to Vegas and I gotta say, we were so happy with our decision to board him there! Originally, we had a reservation back home with our normal pet resort, but didn't want to be away from Beary for so long; We often have to drop him off a day before our trip and don't pick him up again until the day after we get back, so that's an extra two days without the little guy (and two extra days of boarding to boot). So we looked into the possibility of boarding him close to our hotel while we were in town. A family member sent us a recommendation to go to Buddies and my wife reached out to ask about vacancy for the weekend and the owners got back to us right away to let us know they would be able to take him in and walked her through the process of submitting all the necessary documentation and clearing him to stay. Our little guy is not fixed yet, so unfortunately, he was unable to be group boarded (which is typcial). Check-in was a breeze, and He had a nice large play area to have all to himself and was boarded in a private suite. They also took him out for a walk twice a day while he was there, as well as playtime with the staff constantly. What was really awesome was that they would send us pics of him during his walks, playtime, and before bedtime. It was really awesome to get the periodic updates...which really put us (especially the kids) at ease. And it was really reassuring to know he was close by to us. Staff was super nice and friendly. The consistent updates really made an enormous difference for us. Our usual resort does not do that...so that put them way above. They seemed to genuinely enjoy Beary's company. We would DEFINITELY bring him back here again on future trips (and that is more often than not) and I wish they were located close to home...or that we lived in Vegas so we could bring him more often...wishful thinking =p read more

Amazing place! This review is so long overdue. Bunny (my dog) & I have been here a couple of times-- boarding & grooming and everything has been wonderful, especially the communication between one of the owners, Mayte and myself. Mayte is always quick to respond and sends many updates (pictures) of Bunny while I am away. I'd have to say, the downside is not having the access to cameras like some facilities in town offer but like I mentioned, the owners and staff are always so quick to respond in keeping the pet moms/dads updated. Plus side, they always treat Bunny and other dogs like family. As long as their behavior allows, the dogs get to roam around the facility (even the front desk area) instead of just being caged in one area. read more

The best groomers in Vegas , they are very good with customer services and taking care of our baby , he has been seeing them for over 2 years now and is always groomed to perfection , Merlin even acts like he enjoys his trips there , these ladies treat him like he is royalty, great easy to find location Patrick and Pecos , the personal care they give is beyond any other location . We have been getting Merlin groomed here for a couple years. The new ownership is trying extra hard to make the experience there better than it was. We appreciate the efforts they have gone to to make the dog's experience better, including separating waiting dogs from entering dogs. I waited a few months before I submitted this review so I could see how both of my dogs would do there. I've tried multiple daycare facilities in Las Vegas, and all but Buddies proved to be a huge disappointment early on or within 5 visits for one reason or another. Buddies is owned by a few ladies passionate about dogs and include some training in the daycare routine, without charging extra for it. My dogs have been to this facility about 15 times now, and each time, we get updates (photos/videos), any behavioral observations are noted, and dogs are treated with respect and humanity. I don't have easy peasy dogs, I think most people don't have perfectly behaved dogs... but I have seen time and time again my dogs going there happy and leaving tired and fulfilled, with better manners :) For reference, I have a husky and pittie mixes who are rescues. I love this daycare and trust these owners and employees with my babies 100%. I was very hesitant to bring my husky back after his 2nd hip surgery since he was not socialized for 3,5 months, but he did so well today (or, should I say, THEY did so well with him today)! I'm so relieved and happy my dogs love spending time at Buddies with their old and new buddies. They do doggy birthday parties, monthly specials, and provide the care I love. read more

Happy to have found Boogie Time so close to home. They do a great job grooming. Bentley is a puppy, and they are very patient with him. He always comes out smelling and looking great. I have boarded Bentley here as well. They send pictures and give updates by phone if I call to check-in. When I pick Bentley up, he is bathed and smells great, happy to see me. Most boarding places smell like urine and so does your dog when you pick them up. Most places just spray you dog & call it a "bath." But not Boogie Time! They do a great job all-around. I love the staff at Boogie time boarding! This was my first time ever boarding my sweet girl she stayed for a few days, we were both nervous as this was our first time ever being away from each other but the staff was consistent with texts vids and pic updates of my sweet girl, I highly recommend anyone needing to board their pet to this service as they also do grooming as well! I had a death in the family and had to leave the same day, it was Easter weekend and most places were booked. Luckily, Boogie Time was able to accommodate us. Hanky can be a handful and they tended to and showered him with love and plenty of play time. They sent me daily photos and check ins, and always kept me in the loop. It was a weight off my shoulders to know he was in good hands, even when everything else in my life was so chaotic. The staff was kind and the environment was very friendly for dogs and people alike. read more

I'm so glad that I found Buddies! My 1 year old golden retrievers had each other but they weren't socialized. They were afraid of people and other dogs on our walks and would shy away from everything. I happened to see Buddies in our neighborhood and decided to check them out. The staff is so nice and they have a large facility. They have daycare, boarding and grooming. One stop shopping! The girls went through a meet and greet and were accepted. We have now been regulars at Buddies for almost 6 months now. My girls are excited to go and tired out at the end of the day which is nice because being puppies they have boundless energy. The staff sends us daily pictures with all their friends. They get so excited when we get them "ready" to go to Buddies. One of the best things is they are no longer afraid of people and other dogs on our walks. The staff is super with our girls and very communicative with my husband and myself. Very reasonable priced. Update 9 April 2021: Thanks for your explanation, but I'd rather find a business that I feel completely confident in. My problem was with the lack of communication between your employees concerning scheduling and the 10-20 minute service that was booked; the "yes, she's ready" confirmation" on the phone when I called and spoke to an employee; the employee that lied about the groomer not tending to my dog because she was out purchasing clippers, only to return with her dinner; and then further delays because the groomer didn't actually inspect my dog's long nail before assuming it had grown into her paw. I can accept broken systems, faulty WiFi; sick employees, busy schedules and all of that. I just can't accept the inadequacy when it came to communication. read more
