Today, I went on Yelp and searched for a really good groomer for my little girl. I was very specific about what I wanted for her haircut, and Kelvin was the first to reply. OMG I'm literally in tears. I rescued our little Sebastian when he was just a few months old. The times we had taken him to get groomed he would always come back terrified and immediately hide in between the seats and once inside the house he would run and it would take forever for me to get him from under my bed. We tried a few places to the point that we just started giving him baths at home but we knew we had to look for a professional as we weren't sure if we were grooming him the way he deserves. When my husband sent me this picture of our beautiful boy smiling I knew we made the right decision. I have 3 shih zhus and i use to cut their hair myself to save money and it worked for a while. Then the shaver broke, my car decided it be the best time to have issues, and just over bills were stacking up high. 1 of them is a puppy that loves to roll around everywhere and was very matted. all 3 were but he was the worse. The background is to tell you how unjudged i felt coming into this shop. ive been to many places before that do great jobs but never felt so valued , heard, and understood. They didnt even know the background but I felt no judgment even when i judged myself for letting it get so bad. to say they did a fantastic job is a gross understatement. all 3 came out look exactly how ive ALWAYS wanted but, for some reason could never get anywhere else. The place is clean, everyone is kind and very professional and the job speaks for itself. Their prices are VERY fair (you wont break the bank) and they smell amazing. the ONLY thing i wish was that they put a bandana on the smallest one but im very pleased and will most def be back and I recommend to anyone reading this. read more

They did an absolutely amazing job--each of our pups came out looking beautiful, clean, and clearly well cared for. Tried to bring my dog here and the lady was rude. Apparently they couldn't make an appointment because "they have no appointments available for the foreseeable future." She spoke to me as if I was below her somehow. This woman with her dust ridden store. Well, turns out to be a blessing in disguise, because after I looked around her store is not nearly clean enough to bring my dog to. If you like being treated poorly and like trash then come to this location. If you don't, and you're looking for somewhere in this area, Urban Dog across the street (Walmart shopping center) is much more friendly and they did an amazing job. Even sent me a picture of my dog afterwards all dressed up with a bowtie. I don't know how this woman stays in business. I walk by very often and never see anyone inside. Perhaps it is a front. No idea - but to be this rude means something is seriously wrong with this woman. I saw a comment saying racism - but my husband is white and she was just as mean & rude to him. read more
