This is Jake's third staycation at Pawsh Place. My husband and I typically stay at the Vdara when we come to Vegas and Pawsh Palace is located directly behind the hotel on Harman. We dropped Jake off and the person behind the desk was so welcoming. You can truly tell that she loves dogs. I love that the staff takes the time to post pictures of their play time on Instagram. He clearly had fun running around, making new friends and loved cuddle time. We added on a bath right before picking him up. It gives me great peace of mind to know that Jake is close by and the staff are taking good care of him, while we are on vacation. I appreciate the high standards of care extended to each furry client they have. If a dog is less than social and doesn't enjoy spending time in a large group that's perfectly okay and they'll simply be classified as a seperate that will still get outdoor playtime by themselves. If it's an older pup that is social, but runs out of energy that is easily accommodated too. Each dog is treated as an individual, as they all should be. The daily report cards for daycare dogs is such a good way for pup parents to know exactly how their fur babies are doing and the ability to check in via cameras is beyond reassuring. Dogs that board also get a report card at the start of their stay and it truly helps reduce any anxiety the pup parents may experience. I drive 7 hours (not a typo) just to take my dog to Pawsh Palace! It is his favorite place in the world and they always take such good care of him. We got our dog while living in Vegas and Pawsh Palace was the first place we took him for grooming and boarding and never had a need to go anywhere else for 4+ years. Unfortunately, however, they completely spoiled us and our dog! I have recently relocated due to work and we have tried nearly a dozen other boarding places within a two hour radius and NONE have come close to matching the level of care and love our dog receives at Pawsh Palace. It has made taking vacations or work trips even more stressful wondering what condition my dog is going to be in when I pick him up. Our dog has seemed miserable at best upon pickup and I won't even get into the worst of the details. So, with a week long vacation on the calendar we made the decision to drive 7 hours back to Pawsh Palace. It was the best decision we could've made. It was the most relaxed we have been on a trip since we last took him to Pawsh Palace. When we picked him up he was the happiest we've seen him since we moved. Pawsh Palace truly is Disneyland for dogs, it is his happiest place on earth! I have never ran so fast to yelp to write a review in my life than I did today for this amazing, personable business!!!!! 10 out of 10. I will be recommending this place from here on out for the rest of my days to my fellow friends with fur babies. I'm in the middle of a move back to Vegas from California. I have been so busy and stressed out with this move, but I completely forgot to do some research on new groomers for my little Chihuahua for her basic nail trims. I called today at 2:30 PM and they mentioned that they were available for walk-ins while the groomer is there until 3 PM. I threw my slippers on and run out the door. Very happy that they were able to take me last minute. I unfortunately ended up at the wrong groomers. Which made me run a little late. I called in a panic to this location and explain that I would be running a little late, but I'll be there by three. They were totally understanding and told me to drive safe. I did luckily make it by 3 PM!! Also, with that being said - I already knew I was going to write this review on my way over there because of that customer service right there. Even before I came into the establishment. When I arrived at 2:52 - literally eight minutes before they closed walk ins( totally my fault!!) I was greeted by both the receptionist at the front desk as well as the groomer. They were both so very kind and asked me a few questions about my fur baby before they took her back to get the comfortability of her with a nail trim. My baby did so well. She was a little nervous and a little scared, but not aggressive. The front desk lady was so kind to hold, pet, and speak so sweetly to my baby while the groomer did the same to make her so comfortable. Not only making my fur baby comfortable, it made me so comfortable. They also gave her a treat before we headed home!! I am so blessed to have found my new Vegas groomer. They go above and beyond, not just their services, but the relationship with the owner owners of these beautiful fur babies Before I left, I got some information on the doggy daycare because I would like to drop my baby off one of these days to socialize. She was very informative about the cost and the hours of playtime with other babies. So thank you so so so so so much again I will definitely be back !! read more

Have boarded my German Shepherd dog here twice over 2.5 years. Both times I had amazing service and my boy came back clean and happy! We've had some bad experiences in the past with my dog. He can be sometimes very anxious around other dogs and can get a little short tempered. I try to never board him because of this but sometimes I have no options. The staff here at Pawsh Palace were able to work with him both times and make the extra effort to work with his issues. I can't thank them enough for their patience and understanding. We love Pawsh Palace. We have taken Hershey twice for boarding and both times he was spoiled rotten. The staff is so fantastic and friendly. We could not be happier leaving our furry in such great care. This second visit check out was at noon but we called and were able to add daycare so the we could enjoy a great brunch before heading home. The location is so very convenient and right off the 15 freeway. This visit we stayed at Palms Place which is less then 2 miles away so we got off the exit, dropped him off and went right to our suite. The exit grooming is always perfect and wish we could find someone local to do as great a job as he gets at Pawsh. We will definitely continue to use Pawsh Palace during all our future visits to Vegas. read more

I was referred to Pawsh Palace by Brandi & Champ, and it is exactly as Brandi described. I absolutely love the place and bought a boarding package at both locations. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, my dog had a center he would attend regularly that he loved. As much as he loved it, he was hesitant to leave with the staff every time. He would tug and plant himself, because he knew I wasn't going with - he doesn't have anxiety or separation anxiety, he just wanted me to come along. I was surprised to see my dog's reaction when we were at Pawsh Palace, because he not only remembered the one and only time we toured the place, but he was SO excited to go, that he barely said goodbye to me and immediately ran and bumped into their clear glass door that separates the front lobby and the daycare center! Overall, the staff is wonderful - they are attentive, engaged, friendly, and thorough in all the work that they do. The environment is clean with lots of space for dogs to play, lots of various activities to keep the dogs entertained, as well as hosting events that incorporate the owners. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. I am so glad my dog has been able to find a comfortable, fun, and safe second home here in Las Vegas. read more
