My little girl loves to come here! Every time we walk in the door, she runs to them and forgets all about me! Lol! They are that good. The front staff is always very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They make the intake process light and smooth. I usually check in on my little girl throughout the day using their live camera feature. She never looks like she's having a dull moment and shows to be very happy to be there. After observing the staff, they seem to be really on top of things with the doggies as well. They keep the area clean by cleaning up messes as they come. They do encourage the doggies to move around the area by walking around and also give them love through pets, rubs, and individual attention. When I pick her up, she usually looks confused why I'm there. Lol! She is usually worn out from playing all day and is happy to come home. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my pup! Just a few days before leaving the country for my 9-day wedding trip, I found out my dog sitter wasn't available and I was a mess. My dog, Dizzy, had never been around other dogs since I adopted him last August, and his anxiety was already high. Hounds Town recommended HouseHOUSE due to their approach and how it aligned more with our situation. Hound House was incredible from start to finish. Their approach and hands-on involvement with the dogs made such a difference. They took the time to make Dizzy feel comfortable, and I received daily pictures and updates that gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I also had camera access if i ever wanted to check in and see how he was doing. This mama couldn't have felt more seen and heard than from HouseHouse!! When I picked him up, I was amazed -- he came home not only happy and healthy but also more confident than ever. It's been awhile since I came here because I moved. I'm writing another review because on the north side of the valley I have discovered how rare it is to see attendants in the yard the whole time during day care. It seems that's what I'm paying for but other places just throw the dogs in a room alone together and it's horrifying. Not super impressed for multiple reasons. 1. I picked my dog up with multiple scrapes, scratches, and cuts. No one mentioned anything about this to me or let me know what happened. 2. I was told I would be updated and given pictures throughout her stay. For the three days that she was there, i received one picture. 3. Really bad at answering their phone. I would have to call multiple times before they would answer. 4. I don't feel like the people who are watching their dogs are watching closely, or they need more people watching. Multiple times I would be watching the cameras and see dogs humping her. I watched a dog who was bigger than her humping her from behind and a dog in front of her also on top so she couldn't get away. Felt helpless watching her on that camera. My bulldog Coco loves this place so much, she looses her mind when I pull into the parking lot. They show so much love for her in return. They are open for daycare over 12 hours daily, making it easily accessible for our work schedules, and the fee for a full day is less than other local doggy daycares. They also make it easy to schedule/reserve a spot, and are happy to provide additional services such as nail trims or special treats for very reasonable prices. Coco is exhausted but still excited at the end of her days here. As the fur parent of a very adored pup, I highly recommend their services. read more

We are 2/2 on kennel cough from this place. The first time we boarded our 2 dogs for a week, so I let it slide since they were there so long. This last visit was only 1 night, and they got kennel cough again. I'm pretty upset after 400 in vet visits. This is the only 2 times they have ever been boarded anywhere in their entire 6 years of life, and certainly the last. They do seem to have fun, and like socializing, but I definitely question the cleanliness and vaccination status of the other guests. They shouldn't get sick every time they go there; totally unacceptable. read more

This doggie daycare is amazing. The people who work with your dogs are some of the nicest people we've met since moving to Las Vegas. My big dog appears to know exactly where we are going when we get to the stoplight close to Hound House and will drag us to their front door! Prices are reasonable and you can watch your dog play on an app! Our dog is absolutely exhausted whether he does a half day or a full day of play which says it all! Since daily walks and dog parks are too hot for him during the summer months, this is an affordable way to stimulate your pup during the day! They have overnight care, which we have not needed to use yet but soon! The themed birthday parties are absolutely wonderful! At the end of the day when you pick up your pup, the cutest, coolest take home treat boxes are on the counter for you to take home. They are filled with delicious treats that my picky dog loves! All boxes artwork are handmade by talented people. We have never entered without a warm, pleasant "Hello!" - something that is so important these days. It feels amazing to know our pup is secure and happy when he visits! Thank you to all the wonderful people who work with the pups! It feels like home away from home and we couldn't be more impressed or happier with the care and service. Our pup Stanley has been coming to Hound House since they first opened. They are so loving and caring towards him. He LOVES, LOVES, LOVES coming and seeing all of his friends. Stanley can get excited sometimes and the staff at Hound House goes above and beyond to understand Stanley and his personality quirks. When Stanley suddenly became paralyzed in late April this year he received an outpouring of love from Tiffany and her staff. We told them our goal with Stanley was to work towards getting him healthy enough through doggie PT to be able to get him back to Hound House, and through his hard work, and a miracle, he was able to go back at the beginning of August. Tiffany and the Hound House staff welcomed him back with open arms, and are able to help Stanley and his new normal of his special walk. Stanley now gets his own room to rest in and guided play with staff and visits with the other pups. His dad and I feel completely comfortable with the Hound House staff looking after our pup for the day because we know he is in such good hands. Stanley comes home happy from his day with his friends and a full heart being surrounded by love. If you are looking for a group of people who will care for your pup(s) with as much love as you would, Hound House is your place! Tiffany and her staff are so open and caring. Whenever we have had questions about anything, they are always so quick to respond and are very solution oriented. It is very clear to me that they care about their clients...both 2 and 4 legged. Very sad that I have to leave a negative review. I booked a VIP suite for 2 nights. I was originally going to pick up my babies around 7pm, received a quote around $350. But I called them within 30 minutes of dropping them off as my family suggested rather than pay after hour fees, I inquire about picking them up when they open at 6a. Spoke to a young lady who quoted be a little over $400. She said they just needed a time so the dogs would be bathed. I advised her I didn't want either bathed as we bathe them ourselves. She then quoted me around $350. I said that was good. When I went to pick them up it was $513! The young lady at the counter apologized for the misunderstanding and that she would speak to the Mgr, and assured me it would be rectified. The manager called and apologized, explaining the young lady I spoke to was new and doesn't understand all of the pricing. But was still going to charge me the $513!!! I don't understand how he can confirm that I was misquoted and not even meet me halfway. That's just not right and very upset that this occurred. Follow-up**Tiffany, one of the owners, contacted me to discuss my review. After explaining everything to her, she sincerely apologized for what transpired. She refunded the difference between what I was quoted and actually paid. Even after telling her meeting half way would be fine, she insisted to stand by what was quoted. I appreciate not only her standing by what was quoted, but for truly acknowledging how this interaction upset me. She emphasized that she and the staff want our babies to be well taken care of as if they were their own and hopes that we will return. I'm a bit more nervous- the person I trusted my boy with is no longer with the company. So- it's a normal boarding facility, but not a lot of outside play . They've since changed their pricing, to the size of the crate you need for your pup. And they increased per night boarding pretty significantly. Starting at 65, 75, and up to I believe over a hundred per night. They are mostly indoor play- which is nice in our hot Vegas summers, but the floors are smooth concrete and for senior dogs, that may be a problem for slipping and injuring their hips. I used to love this place because of the trusty person- and the flexibility. I am a senior myself, with a husband in service and still no discounts were entertained for boarding over 10 nights. have been going here for three years in may now, and we are finding another place for my dog to get groomed. we were boarding here previously and found someone better after they kept up charging us and constantly changing their prices. the grooming here was good until this new groomer came in was told by the front that their groomers move on to start their own grooming wish I could get the info for their old groomers. price went from 90 to 100 to paying 150 last time and my dog still had knots behind his ears. was told one price and then when I get there told another price. I need a company that's transparent and this company isn't it so I'll move my services to the place my dog gets board like I did when their boarding prices werent consistent read more

Oh man do we love this place! The staff has been so great! Communicating with them is always easy (phone/email/etc) and the app is awesome. They got us scheduled for our free orientation session and from there our lab puppy was boarded over a week while we went on vacation. I was so nervous leaving her for the first time but she did great. Love the video webcam live access and we got a daily photo as well. She was always running around playing with the other dogs (and I assume got some outside time too when the play areas are empty). When we picked her up the girl at the front was like "awww Millie - we love her and she did great!" which I really appreciated as if the staff did actually genuinely get to know her as they kept an eye on her that week. We are going out of town again next week and already have our reservation booked. We happen to live within walking distance of this location so I'm so glad we found this place and have had such a great experience! read more

I cannot express how happy and how much I LOVE this place ! The staff is beyond amazing and well educated ! I brought in my dog (Princess Leia) who was under socialized , We rescued her at 5yrs old, and I came in extremely nervous due to having negative experiences at other facilities but this place ROCKS !!! (And do not have breed restrictions!) Tiana handles her at the day care and she is so good with her ! I'm so happy to see my pup have friends ! I teared up seeing my pup next to other dogs ! They went at her own pace and made her comfortable ! They are so compassionate and patient with her and really wants her to succeed ! The other places I have been with never wanted to help her or even try and I am so beyond thankful for Hound House ! Another great aspect is that They send me updates when she is there and plenty of pictures ! They have live webcams of the group play which is so amazing!! I can tell that she is so excited to go in every time ! I cannot reccomend this place enough !! Every staff member I have encountered has just been flat out amazing !! I apologize but I forgot one of the front desk employee (and need to mention her) she has blond hair and she really sold me on this place and made me so comfortable as soon as I walked in. she too has an American staffy who goes there and told me how great they are with all breeds and all kinds of dogs. I have taken my puppy here multiple times. I was debating between 4 star and 3 star. I will start by saying my 16 week puppy LOVES coming here. I enjoy how large the play areas are and that there are many things for the dogs to climb on. I love that you can do everything on the website which includes booking reservations, uploading documents, and looking at the webcams. The first day I brought her, no one explained anything to me. I didn't know there was a bin you could leave food in for the next time you bring your dog or that there was a sign in sheet. The 2nd day it said she wasn't "signed in" so I couldn't watch her on the cam. I tried calling, no one answered. I wrote and email, no one answered. I texted them and finally got a response after she had already been there for about 5 hours. This was definitely frustrating since it was only her 2nd day there and I was still nervous about leaving her with other people since she is so young. In my experience not being able to get a hold of them is very common. I emailed them about a special they were having and I never got a response so I was not able to purchase the package. I also found it strange that I wasn't told in person about the package and didn't see it advertised on the website. They don't have enough package deals. They have a 15 full day and a 15 half day package. Other places I have seen, have 10 different packages ranging from 5 days to 90 days and they don't expire. These packages make it half the price as Hound House. Taking your dog to daycare regularly can get pretty expensive. The packages that they do have must be used within 30 days. That would mean you are taking your dog just about 4 times a week which is too often for me. Their cameras are not working pretty frequently, the quality of the video is not that good, and they are placed in strange positions. The other places that has all the packages does not have cameras. I choose this place because I can see her on video, but the camera has so many issues that I am debating if the higher price is even worth it. The packages and the cameras are the biggest issues I have with this place, which may cause me to stop coming. I really do hope these things change. REVISED The owner reached out to me to discuss the concerns I listed. He was extremely professional and is working on taking care of these issues. It is very obvious he cares for his customers. I will continue coming since I know my pup is in good hands. read more

Hound House is AMAZING! We took our dog for his initial orientation (for his boarding in April) and the staff was amazing with him. When we picked him up the staff let us know how he did. We were able to watch the live webcam feed of the play area which is awesome, it eased us knowing we could check in on him especially since it was his first time there. Our pup loves hound house! She participated in obedience training with Jonathan when there for doggy daycare and he did a great job. At 8 mos. old she knows all her basic commands plus more. She listens and is generally a gem. We're so happy with the training she's received. As for the daycare portion, it's mostly wonderful although sometimes when I watch on camera I see an attendant not paying much attention. I've also seen one brush our puppy off when she tried to get them to pet her. That said, she loves going there and playing with the other dogs, and the reception staff is great! read more

After a terrible and traumatic grooming incident at Bone Appetit that landed my 2 year old puppy in the ER, I was so nervous to take my Shih Poo baby to get groomed ever again. I tried to groom her myself but I couldn't do it. I found Hound House, and from day 1, they have been nothing short of incredible. I expressed my concerns and fears about grooming my girl and they have always been so sensitive and still are every time I take her in. They always do an incredible job and put me at ease. The staff is so friendly, detail oriented, and always make us feel so special when we walk through the door. They really make you and your babies feel so special and like they're in great hands...because they are!!! Here's why; 1. they didn't FEED my dog ALL day I dropped him off around 11:30am and picked him up around 9pm when I dropped him off I explained to the lady that I left two bags of food and a ball full of treats to play with while he was in his room NEITHER THE FOOD OR BALL WAS TOUCHED when we got home my pup went STRAIGHT to his FOOD he had NOT eaten ALL DAY 2.Hard to get a hold of during the day (have to call 5+times) 3.On the day of my pups orientation I booked two more visits which we later found out weren't even booked 4. My pup got STUCK BETWEEN THE BARS OF THE KENNELS the bars of the kennels should've been closer together. 5. Not major but they told us to call two hours before we pick our pup up so they can give him a bath. We come to find out that the actual rule is 2 hours before closing which could've been done if they had told us the correct rule 6. CAMERAS DONT WORK read more

My baby boy and I are absolutely obsessed with Hound House. I have been all over town with my CJ trying to find the best spot for him. He's super easy and extremely social with pups and humans, so really all the jumping around is really about my personal comfort level. I was very happy with our most recent pet daycare/resort, however it is clear across the valley. Some friends of mine know I'm such a helicopter mom and recommended Hound House not long after they tried it. The texting option is both convenient and comforting as the open lines of communication keep my stress level down. I've never walked in without them knowing exactly who we are even when it is an employee I may not recognize. I received an update that CJ wasn't eating is dinner and became concerned since he is a lab that is highly food motivated. I sent a text not expecting a response until the next day, but received a message where we were able to troubleshoot and realize it was simply him being fed to early while wanting to still play with his friends. It was the best feeling to know that my concern was taken seriously immediately. I highly recommend this spot for your fur baby. They will truly make you feel like family!! read more
