Disappointing Experience - Paid for Premium Amenities but Didn't Receive Them…read more I am very disappointed with our recent 5-day stay here, especially considering we paid about $100 a day for a premium kennel that was supposed to include working cameras and a TV. Unfortunately, the cameras were offline and not working properly every single day our dog was there. Furthermore, we were told that the TVs play movies with sound piped throughout the facility, but the TV was only actually playing a movie on Wednesday. We paid a premium rate specifically for these features so we could check in on our dog, and they failed to deliver. To make matters worse, when I brought these consistent issues up to the assistant manager, her response was completely nonchalant and dismissive. For ~$100 a day, I expect both the amenities to work and the management to care when they don't. I understand the camera service is through a third party but if someone brings up an ongoing issue, they should definitely care enough to look into it. I was really hoping to like this place because they are open 24hrs a day & they have cameras. I might take my dog there for daycare but I'm not sure about boarding. The other good thing about having issues with the cameras was the instant message feature in the app.

The appointment was very quick and efficient, but unfortunately I can't give 5 stars because of the Doctor that his appointment was under. (I believe the Doctors name was 'Nider'??) The girl who was with the Doctor was amazing though, and she communicated every step with me to a T. But, when the Doctor came back to talk with me, she was extremely patronizing and condescending towards the girl. The funny thing is.. is that she already told me just about everything the Doctor told me before she came in to which she only discussed her physical exam with me-- which everything was normal. If the Doctor has the nerve to treat her Assistants or Techs like that in front of clients, I can't even imagine how she treats them outside of the room. She really tried to make it seem like she didn't know what she was talking about, and I felt frustrated for her. We were greeted by a very nice lady who lead us to the "luxury suite"; we were surprised by the warm facility which smelled of urine. The cat suite was spacious for a cat and enclosed with a full glass door; the toys and flooring in the room were zip tied together and frayed, the bedding and towers were covered in fur and dried food. I expect some wear and tear, it's not realistic to provide new toys and bedding for every cat but I do expect basic maintenance and cleanliness! Our biggest disappointment was location of the cat room , advertised as a calm space was directly next to the dogs; everything could be heard in the cat room, no sound proofing at all! This advertising for the suite was misleading and I never would've booked if I read honest reviews. I also need to recognize some positives, the response for scheduling was quick. once I reached out requesting updates, photos were sent the same day or next day with a follow up text . Great location if you're heading to/from the airport or staying on the strip. Upon pick up my kitten smelled of urine; we bathed him twice and had to discard many of his toys. I was then told they would try giving them water from a bottle, which left me wondering why that wasn't addressed earlier, especially after nearly seven hours. I left work immediately and came in because I simply wanted to see my dogs and make sure they were okay. While I understand I was frustrated, I was disappointed that my concerns felt secondary to explaining the situation and collecting payment. I was looking for accountability and reassurance, not excuses. I truly feel my dogs had a very stressful experience, and unfortunately, I will not be returning. This isn't about the $73. I would gladly pay for quality care. It's about feeling like I paid $73 for my dogs to spend the day frightened, isolated, and without adequate attention to their basic needs. I picked them up and it turns out I only booked a bath. It was my mistake. But I emailed them explaining that I had made a mistake and thought I was booking a bath and a shave but when I picked them up they had only been bathed and nails trimmed. I asked if I could bring them back in for a shave and pay the difference of what it would've cost if I had booked the correct appointment first. They got me in the very next day to get the shaiving taken care of. Great great great customer service and beautiful work on my doggies. I'll make sure to book the correct ones next time.
