I have been going to this hospital since about when they opened. At the beginning it was great but…read moreit's just been going downhill. I can deal with a rude staff, and I can deal with it being expensive as long as they care that my animal receives is excellent. But ever since Covid or maybe even slightly before they're starting to do nickel and diamond which again I don't care about if the care is excellent. The care is not excellent. First, I had a cat diagnosed with hypothyroidism, which has medication that I got, but the only way to get this medication is through their online pharmacy that is in New Jersey, so it had to be shipped across the country. There is a compound pharmacy right up the road in Las Vegas that can be used. Second, I didn't get enough dosage that that thought was OK but didn't do any research for to show that it only lasted a week. I paid more in shipping to get it for my cat than I did for the actual dosage. The second thing is I have another cat that is not eating due to teeth issues and when I made the appointment on their online portal at 1 AM to see a doctor at 9:30 the same day I got a call that the appointment was no longer available because there was an ultrasound before it so they were just gonna block it off. The cat I was bringing in is a highly aggressive anxiety written cat that I have to heavily dose with drugs to get her in. They didn't care. I am never going back.

They canceled my reservation for the luxury suite scheduled (6 nights) without letting us know. Mind you we made this reservation 5+ months ago. They refused to let her board with her sister even though they're from the SAME household. When we realized they had done this the livery suite was given to someone else .... and handled it with zero professionalism. Not sure if management changed, but it's definitely not the same place anymore. I check the cameras every day and never saw the luxury suite being used. We will never be returning to this location. HORRIBLE END to a great 4 year run....

The onboarding paperwork alone was surprisingly extensive. It honestly felt more like completing a college application than signing up for pet boarding -- long, detailed, and somewhat confusing. While I understand the need for policies and waivers, the process felt overly bureaucratic rather than focused on making pet owners feel comfortable and confident. Before boarding, we were told we'd be able to check in on our dogs via camera access, but no one clearly explained where to log in or which room they were staying in. At one point, we couldn't see our smaller dog at all. We called during desk hours to ask for clarification, but no one answered, and our call was never returned. When we picked up our dogs, they appeared shaken and not themselves. While they seemed to have been fed properly, their behavior afterward concerned us. One of our dogs -- normally very confident and social -- stayed unusually attached to me for about a week after pickup. When I later took him to his regular groomer, he had a panic reaction when I left, which is not typical behavior for him. I can't say exactly what happened while they were boarded, but their reaction afterward was noticeably different from past boarding experiences, where they usually come home relaxed and happy. Another frustration: their paperwork encourages customers to contact them directly before leaving reviews about concerns, which I tried to do. However, when I asked to speak with a manager at pickup regarding the missed calls and communication issues, my request wasn't acknowledged, and I never received a follow-up call. That lack of responsiveness was particularly disappointing. Because of these combined issues, I personally wouldn't choose this facility again and would encourage others to carefully consider their options when selecting a boarding provider.

Not only is Lisa extremely professional and easy to work with, she is a true Cat Whisperer in every sense of the word. She even got our shy cats to come out and play - and I'm talking about the kind of cats that never show their faces when anyone new walks in the door. She has a background as an animal behaviorist so she really understands all types ! And what's really telling is when we get back , our cats never seem anxious or clingy, they are all totally relaxed so I know how comfortable they feel with her :)Lisa also regularly updates us with pictures, text and video so we can always stay posted on how our babies are doing. She also leaves very detailed notes with pertinent information after the job is finished. Even with our *multiple* cats (ie quite a few, not going to say numbers LOL) Lisa manages to take great care of the house too.
