It's not easy to find a cat sitter who you can feel comfortable and totally at ease with. Lisa is that phenomenal sitter that we all dream of- it's clear she deeply cares for kitties, and she is trustworthy, dependable and resourceful. Not only is Lisa extremely professional and easy to work with, she is a true Cat Whisperer in every sense of the word. She even got our shy cats to come out and play - and I'm talking about the kind of cats that never show their faces when anyone new walks in the door. She has a background as an animal behaviorist so she really understands all types ! And what's really telling is when we get back , our cats never seem anxious or clingy, they are all totally relaxed so I know how comfortable they feel with her :)Lisa also regularly updates us with pictures, text and video so we can always stay posted on how our babies are doing. She also leaves very detailed notes with pertinent information after the job is finished. Even with our *multiple* cats (ie quite a few, not going to say numbers LOL) Lisa manages to take great care of the house too. Bonus: Lisa also takes some amazing pictures of our crew and catches them in such cute funny moments! She's just a gem and I don't know what we would do without her. read more

Lisa was absolutely amazing! She was so good with my cats, especially the shy one that doesn't usually come out for anyone. She was patient and used toys to earn his trust. They both absolutely loved her visits. Dad will definitely use Lisa in the future. She provided complete peace of mind while I was traveling. read more

We met with Lisa, very nice lady. She walked us through what her services were, and we were very pleased with her. She took care of our cat and made our cat comfortable. She kept the area clean. She even turned the TV on so our cat would not be lonely. She sent us pictures and videos, so we knew everything was okay. Very happy with her services will use her again. read more

We love Lisa! She does such a fantastic job! We've even had an accident where we left our master bedroom door closed and she came in and helped us make sure the kitty was all right when she got there! She even sends up videos of when she's playing with our kitty :))) makes time away from him a little less of a bummer. read more

We love Lisa! She has been sitting for us 9 years now. One of our cats was absolutely smitten with her. He'd prance around, showing off and playing with her with such energy! Lisa is everything you can ask for: kind, reliable, responsible, organized, knowledgeable, honest, responsive. Her online booking system is pretty easy to use as well. We trust her wholeheartedly with our babies and our home. read more

Lisa the Human took care of Lisa the Cat (a mischievous calico) and my sweet tabby. She sent me videos, played with my kittens and gave them love while I was away. Plus, an unfortunate tumble on my trip (which has left me mostly immobile and grumpy), delayed my return home and Lisa kindly did an emergency check on my beloved kittens. I returned home in a giant boot to find happy, content kittens. And the calico Lisa the Cat hadn't destroyed my home (or maybe Lisa the Human fixed everything). read more

My cat Seamus has had the same sitter in NYC tor 14 years prior to our move to Summerlin, NV. We interviewed Lisa and knew right away she would be a fantastic cat sitter. We went on vacation this past week and left Lisa to care for our fur baby. She is meticulous with daily videos of her visits. And she's an excellent communicator. I felt so secure with knowing how well my cat was being taken care of. I look forward to Lisa caring for my Seamus again in June. read more

My partner and I went out of town for another weekend trip and once again Lisa provided exceptional care to our two kitty babies, Hunter & Snow. The picture and video text updates I receive when she visits reassures me that they are in great care. I just wanted to give Lisa another shoutout because she is the best and I am so grateful to have her help when we need it. She's very kind hearted and genuine and we can tell that she loves our kitties just as much as we do. read more

I've been using Lisa's services for my cats for a couple of years now and she is the best pet sitter I have had. She even was able to charm one of my cats into actually coming out and getting pet while she was there. She's always responsive to emails and questions and sends me at least one update a day when she is taking care of them. Highly recommend her and her company! read more

Adding to my original review as Lisa again took phenomenal care of my girl! I was gone for several weeks and my kitty could not have gotten better care. Lisa sent many pictures and videos. I could see just how happy my cat was. I could see her grooming herself and running around. I could hear her purring and meowing. Lisa has the right balance of love and play that my cat needs. She even thought to put out a few of my worn clothes to comfort my cat while I was gone. She hid treats for her all over to keep her busy looking for them. I asked Lisa for behavior training advice and she came over for a visit before I left, and her suggestions have made a huge difference. My cat has no more issues. At that visit she gifted my cat the best toy ever (da-bird), feathers on a long thin string wand. It is her favorite new toy. Lisa advised to put it away and bring it out for playtime and my cat cries for it when it's time. I have never seen her so focused on catching a prey as with this toy. It's the best. I can go on any trip anywhere for any length of time and I know I have Lisa to love my sweet girl as much as I do. I miss my cat when I'm away but it gives me peace of mind to know she is in great hands. To say thank you is hardly enough. read more

There is no comparison to All About Purrs. Lisa provides the utmost attention to detail, written summary of every visit, tons of pictures and videos during her visit and superior skills with the 4-leggeds. She has true passion and love for what she does and it shows. We have used her for over 4 years now and couldn't be happier. She even shared her expertise to acclimate our 5 kitties to our new rescue pup and everyone is getting along great now. She always goes above and beyond, is dependable and very trustworthy. My only warning is...once you use Lisa, you will be spoiled and no one else will do so be prepared! read more

Lisa developed a wonderful rapport with my cat and I returned to find a happier animal than when I had left her for vacation. She has a real knack to creating a relationship with animals. The details of the service were made very clear during negotiations. Lisa seems experienced and thorough. There is a questionnaire to complete about the pet(s) being cared for to ensure that each pet's needs are handled, and in case of emergency, options are available. Everything was carried out according to plan. I enjoyed the communication I received while I was away. I would be delighted to have Lisa care for my cat again. read more

I am hesitant to write this review, because I don't want everyone knowing how amazing Lisa is out of fear that she will be way too busy for my little guys! But I have to be honest and say that Lisa is truly amazing! We went out of town last weekend and were nervous to leave our puppy Jack for the first time. We felt that having someone stay overnight would be the best situation for our little one. I called Lisa and she was just as polite as could be. She suggested a free consultation to make sure it was a good fit which I really appreciated. Lisa was as sweet as could be and wanted to know all the details about Jack to ensure that he was as comfortable as possible when we left on our trip. It really impressed me how thorough she was. She also was flexible with the type of plan that she offers to ensure the best possible fit for the owner and pet. I must mention that Jack is a 4 month old goldendoodle who is a big boy and quite the handful! We came home to a happy boy and it looked as if the house was left completely undisturbed! Amazing! Lisa had left us a sweet card and log notes for every visit that she had with Jack. It made me feel like I did not miss out on as much and put me at ease that he was in good hands. I also received daily texts and pics from Lisa which I had asked for. I would recommend Lisa to anyone that truly loves their pets. Lisa does a fantastic job at making your pets comfortable and happy and at the same time putting their owners at ease. If you want quiet time away from home without worrying about your pet, Lisa can do that. If you want constant updates after every visit with your pet, Lisa can do that. She administers medicines to your pet, walks your dog, gives them daily TLC and treats. She will even pick up poop! But most importantly, she loves your pet as if it were your own. Jack had a great time and I did not worry about him while we were away. Her prices are more than fair for the services she renders. Lisa is awesome! read more

I can't even begin to tell you how impressed I was with what Lisa did while I was on vacation pet sitting my cats. Absolutely incredible! She sent me pictures and video everyday and a nice little text message to go with it :) And when I get home there was a daily report card which was very extensive. She is a client for life! read more

Lisa is amazing. We got stuck out of town for 45 days during this whole Pandemic craziness. She added us to her schedule each week as we had to stay away longer and longer. She took great care of our FurBaby the entire time. Signing up was easy, personal visit followed up by a website where you can give her all the details on your pets so she knows their quirks and likes and dislikes. Billing is also done online so no hassles of worrying about sending checks, etc. Lisa is thoughtful, professional and very easy to work with. She even sent us pictures and video each visit so we could see how our kid was doing. We will continue to use her as our FurBaby Sitter for as long as she'll have us. read more

Best pet sitter in the city! There is no doubt she cares about your cats just as much as you do. She will make sure your cats are loved and taken care of while you're away. We have cats with difficult eating habits and this is no issue at all for her to handle. Online scheduling is very easy and she has availability almost every day if the year. read more

Lisa has been taking care of our kitty Dory for over 4 Years now and I cannot express enough how she treats him as one of her own! She is very caring and always open to sharing her suggestions whenever I have concerns. Dory is now considered an elderly kitty (14 years) and has challenges that Lisa has diligently worked through with me. I thank God for delivering this wonderful lady to us! I also enjoy the videos and updates that she send daily when she is taking care of him. read more

Had to go out of town again in July (this review is a little late) for about 2.5 weeks. Lisa is still amazing! The kids were well taken care of when we were gone. She even left a toy for them when we got back! She updated us with emails and pictures every day to give us peace of mind. The house was exactly how we left it and mail was picked up. We no longer have to worry about the kids when on vacation as we know they (and the house) will be well taken care of. Def give her a call on your next trip out of town. You can pm me with any other questions. read more

I tend to only do a review if I was wowed (or the extreme opposite). And I was wowwed. I HIGHLY recommend Lisa's Pet Care Services (which I do even less than I leave reviews). Lisa is AWESOME!!!!!! Her prices seem more than fair. I would have happily paid more if she asked. She is very accommodating, trust worthy and thorough. Extremely thorough and she documents everything (written, texts & pictures). I can't exactly ask my dog what she thought but if she could, her review would be A+++++++ all the away around. Thank you so much Lisa. read more

i have only had one call with Lisa and already feel SO grateful to her for helping me with my newly adopted kitten. she already made so many helpful suggestions/recommendations to me that have made a positive impact on my cat. it was a relief to have someone finally take me seriously and even encourage me for seeking help with my cat despite the issues being "small." i am still figuring things out with my kitten but if you're wondering whether to ask for Lisa's help, i highly recommend. fill out her thorough questionnaire and get ur cat the love and wellness they deserve!! thank u lisa! read more

Lisa took care of Charlie(my cat) this past weekend. All I can say is WOW! This was my first time using All About Love Pet Care. Lisa texted me and sent a video each day, she changed the litter box, and even left a detailed progress report when I arrived home. Charlie is a special needs cat and is usually stressed out when his family returns from a trip. Not this time- he was very calm and relaxed. Thank you, Lisa for making Charlie feel so safe and loved! read more

I have a little 3 year old shih-tzu named Sushi that Lisa took amaaaaazing care of. If my dog could speak I know she would say how much she loves Lisa. The only reason I can't use Lisa is because I moved. Lisa would come over to visit Sushi in the middle of the day while I was at work - she would text me pictures of Sushi and let me know how she was, and what they were up to. It was the best to be in the middle of a work day and get texts about them being at the park or going for a walk. Lisa also leaves a daily report card about how they acted, what they ate, if they went for a walk, etc. - it was so nice to read that when I came home at night. Lisa came over to do a meet and greet with Sushi before we signed up with her, it was like watching a dog whisperer... Sushi was putty in her hands, it was so cute. She told me all about herself and how she's an animal lover and how her business works. Everything was so clear. She's the best and your pets will be in such good hands with her!!! read more

There is no way to properly thank someone for the ability to have peace of mind! Knowing my two cats are being loved and cared for is top priority when I'm away and Lisa does that and more. She loves them as her own and knows their routines and personalities. I would be lost without her business and would refer her to anyone who asked. She is a blessing! read more

I had a senior cat with lymphoma and felt so stressed to leave her while I had a work conference. I looked through yelp and saw so many positive reviews for Lisa, and I was lucky enough to book her. Wow! It felt like my cat's fairy godmother was visiting for the week. Lisa has a gentle and knowledgeable approach and made us feel at ease right away. Daily texts and photos, along with cute videos were so fun and made me feel good about my choice. And Lulu just loved her visits. The daily log/report card was super awesome too. Thank you Lisa! read more

Lisa has been amazing! I have a four month old puppy who I needed someone to check on and play with when I have longer days at work. I found Lisa via Yelp. I met with her and automatically knew she would be the perfect, most trustworthy, dog-loving person to help out w my pup. She sends photos, videos, texts, and does a detailed report at the end of her visit. She is constantly updating me. Cooper has the best time with her. He loves her sooo much! It is fantastic to know, that when I am away, she is able to take such good care of him. Very reliable as well! Thank you, Lisa! read more

This woman is nothing short of a saint. I went across the world for 10 days and she took such incredible care of my 2 kitties! She made me feel like she loved them just as much as I do!! Lisa does an amazing job and was very caring towards the well being of our cat. Despite a cat that wasn't exactly too cooperative and territorial, she fed the cat on a daily basis, gave me phone updates, text messages and even video updates. I can't recommend Lisa strong enough. My regular dog walker, Mary from Mary's Crate Escape, was on vacation and Lisa was filling in for just 4 days. Day 2 at 5pm I called her and said I was going to the Emergency Room and expected to be admitted to the Hospital. She was willing to due whatever I wanted. I asked her if she could walk my 2 dogs 3 times daily instead of once, No problem she said. She also offered to help me take them to a dog boarder she knows. I decided they would do better at home and I just didn't have time to fool around with someone I had never. By 10pm she was at my place for their bedtime walk. Lisa was only filling in for four days so all I was expecting was my house to be standing and my dogs to be alive. 3 days later when I got home my dogs were happy and tired, my house was clean. Mary is great and you should read my review for Mary's Crate Escape. read more

Coco and Gigi absolutely loooove Lisa! They are so picky and only close to a few people so it is really hard to find some one to take care of them when I take a trip. Our dogs, which are chihuahuas and pretty much hate everyone else by nature, treated Lisa the same as everyone else. Lisa was very patient and took the time to allow the doggies to calm down and approach her on their own. Within half an hour they were eating out of her hand, tails wagging their entire little bodies! While we are away Lisa sends us text and picture updates of our doggies eating, sleeping or playing, making us feel very comfortable. Lisa was very sweet and professional and gives that vibe that lets you know you've made the right decision. We know our dogs love her! read more

Lisa is AMAZING! I went out of the Country for 3 weeks and she took such great care of my baby Andy! She communicated with me on a daily basis. Andy is an older dog and he started limping on his front paw, she called my friend to discuss options and followed up took photos sent videos. I could not have chosen a better care giver for Andy. She made me feel so comfortable just as if she was a family member watching him. I have never written a review before for anyone. I would highly recommend her to take care of your pets. She is the best person I have ever found. I feel blessed and extremely lucky and you will feel the same. read more

Lisa is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is so wonderful with my cats. Her genuine love for animals is hard to find. She is a thorough professional. Recently, I found a stray cat and contacted Lisa for help. She went above and beyond in helping me find a home for the cat. She even helped me with medicines and treats, vet recommendations, and was actively spreading the word for adoption in her rescue/foster network. I am always traveling stress free knowing that my cats are in great hands with Lisa. She is always sending photos and videos of my cats, which I really appreciate. I want to thank her with all my heart for the outstanding care she provides for my cats. read more

Asked the travel agent if she knew a pet sitter as I was not happy with a previous sitter I had used-and she gave me the information for Lisa's service. Her professional website and prompt return of my initial call, reasonable rates and obvious enjoyment of animals convinced me to use her service while away on a 16 day international trip for sitting my cat in our home. Her service far exceeded my expectations and daily messages with cute photos and updates were so fun to receive! I was very impressed with her attention to detail and communication regarding any questions or concerns-and my cat was in better condition than before leaving! (maybe Lisa is a cat whisperer with the hairbrush as my cat usually has low tolerance :) Thank you for an exceptional experience! read more

We found Lisa on Yelp and didn't have any previous experience to leave our cat at home when we are traveling . So we had a lot of questions and concerns but after the meeting with Lisa and Lizz , they are all gone . Very nice and friendly people , they really love pets . We were almost two weeks out of country and every day we got messages and pictures of our cat , very easy to communicate even we were in a very remote area , fast and prompt respond . We definitely recommend Lisa to pet owners who loves their animals . Very good job , thank you read more

Don't know why it's taken so long to write this review for All About Love Pet Care and it's owner Lisa - pure selfishness I guess! My Plumhead parrot Rafael and I don't want to share her!! We have worked with Lisa for the entire 3 yrs we've been in the Summerlin area. I travel often for business and she has been my bird's true second mom for all these 3 yrs. Lisa is professional, trustworthy and so honest. She'll text me to say she's running late due to having to spend extra time giving pet meds, or some equally caring reason, and how would I ever know-I'm in LA!! Lol. I get a daily report card, a couple txts and a picture or video each evening helping to ease my guilt of leaving my little green buddy alone. My Rafael loves his Miss Lisa, being a shy breed, he is totally comfortable flying to her shoulder and hanging out while she prepares his snacks and freshens his water dish. I sometimes think he might enjoy her company more than mine-haha! If something is not right at the house-she's on top of it in letting me know. I've had 4 or 5 petsitters in Boston, Phoenix since becoming a road warrior and have been fortunate to have had some good, trustworthy ones, but Lisa by far exceeds all -she truly loves animals, has a real rapport with them, is involved in many rescue efforts and a true all around friend to animals. Just check out her IG page! We are lucky and blessed to have found her as a trusted family friend and caregiver for my parrot and soon to be new rescue kitten. (thanks to Lisa's rescue efforts). read more
