This was the first time boarding my cat so when I read such positive reviews on Yelp and google I…read morewas at ease when I booked! What we actually experienced was a disappointment . We were greeted by a very nice lady who lead us to the "luxury suite"; we were surprised by the warm facility which smelled of urine. The cat suite was spacious for a cat and enclosed with a full glass door; the toys and flooring in the room were zip tied together and frayed, the bedding and towers were covered in fur and dried food. I expect some wear and tear, it's not realistic to provide new toys and bedding for every cat but I do expect basic maintenance and cleanliness! Our biggest disappointment was location of the cat room , advertised as a calm space was directly next to the dogs; everything could be heard in the cat room, no sound proofing at all! This advertising for the suite was misleading and I never would've booked if I read honest reviews. I also need to recognize some positives, the response for scheduling was quick. once I reached out requesting updates, photos were sent the same day or next day with a follow up text . Great location if you're heading to/from the airport or staying on the strip. Upon pick up my kitten smelled of urine; we bathed him twice and had to discard many of his toys. Tip- schedule a tour of any facility, don't rely solely on reviews or conversations with the facility.

A one stop shop for all your pet and house service needs with outstanding customer service!…read more I was previously with another waste removal service that I loved but they had billing issues using QuickBooks. With multiple pets, I needed quick and consistent service. I sent an inquiry through Yelp projects and was contacted by the owner Afsheen. He so warm and personable. He listened, outlined my options, and explained the other services offered (landscaping, handyman, pet sitting). It just so happened I needed landscaping for a major yard clean up as well. Both were scheduled an executed expediently and at a very good price. Daniel did magic on the yard and managed to save our dying tree. We also set up weekly pet waste service. We always receive a text the day before and day of. Our technician, John, is always so quiet and does a through job. Afsheen has put together a wonderful professional team who takes pride in their jobs. Billing and payment is done online and is a breeze and so easy. Highly recommend this service and have already gladly passed their contact info to others. They are competent and timely. Thank you Rebel DK!

Disappointing Experience - Paid for Premium Amenities but Didn't Receive Them…read more I am very disappointed with our recent 5-day stay here, especially considering we paid about $100 a day for a premium kennel that was supposed to include working cameras and a TV. Unfortunately, the cameras were offline and not working properly every single day our dog was there. Furthermore, we were told that the TVs play movies with sound piped throughout the facility, but the TV was only actually playing a movie on Wednesday. We paid a premium rate specifically for these features so we could check in on our dog, and they failed to deliver. To make matters worse, when I brought these consistent issues up to the assistant manager, her response was completely nonchalant and dismissive. For ~$100 a day, I expect both the amenities to work and the management to care when they don't. I understand the camera service is through a third party but if someone brings up an ongoing issue, they should definitely care enough to look into it. I was really hoping to like this place because they are open 24hrs a day & they have cameras. I might take my dog there for daycare but I'm not sure about boarding. The other good thing about having issues with the cameras was the instant message feature in the app.
