Whenever the cameras were online, the quality was horrible and the image was almost always frozen. Every time I was able to check the cameras, I noticed that my dog was locked in the crate. To the point where it seemed like he was locked in the crate for the majority of his stay. When I texted the business to see why , I did not receive a response. After picking up my dog, there were scratches on his body that I was not notified about by staff. An unfathomable level of discourtesy, unprofessionalism and negligence. They charge $90 per night for their base boarding service which is a medium-sized crate. Compare that to Camp Bow Wow whose base boarding service is $65 per night and provides a cubby and a cot for your dog to sleep on. I felt genuinely bad for leaving my dog in these people's care. I would cancel a vacation or trip before using them if they were my only option for boarding.

With multiple pets, I needed quick and consistent service. I sent an inquiry through Yelp projects and was contacted by the owner Afsheen. He so warm and personable. He listened, outlined my options, and explained the other services offered (landscaping, handyman, pet sitting). It just so happened I needed landscaping for a major yard clean up as well. Both were scheduled an executed expediently and at a very good price. Daniel did magic on the yard and managed to save our dying tree. We also set up weekly pet waste service. We always receive a text the day before and day of. Our technician, John, is always so quiet and does a through job. Afsheen has put together a wonderful professional team who takes pride in their jobs. Billing and payment is done online and is a breeze and so easy. Not only is Lisa extremely professional and easy to work with, she is a true Cat Whisperer in every sense of the word. She even got our shy cats to come out and play - and I'm talking about the kind of cats that never show their faces when anyone new walks in the door. She has a background as an animal behaviorist so she really understands all types ! And what's really telling is when we get back , our cats never seem anxious or clingy, they are all totally relaxed so I know how comfortable they feel with her :)Lisa also regularly updates us with pictures, text and video so we can always stay posted on how our babies are doing. She also leaves very detailed notes with pertinent information after the job is finished.
