Great groomer. My husband brings our German Shepherd here every few months when her undercoat gets totally unmanageable. They always do an amazing job of removing all the shedding fur. And somehow they manage to get her nails trimmed. She wont let me anywhere near them but they get the job done. Turn around time is always reasonable too. Would highly recommend. Glad theyre so close by! read more

Everything is wrong with this place. They absolutely didn't listen or take any notes of what I wanted done. They couldn't even tell me who groomed her. I just wanted her bathed and her head blended. They shaved her entire body, ears, eyelashes etc. I asked them not to touch her ears and that I didn't want her shorter. Stated that I was trying to get her to the teddy bear look. Her cut is uneven all around and they charged me $70. Never again! read more

I love the special treatment that my dogs get at Love A Pup. I've been taking my dogs for years to Tiffanne. I just adopted a dog, Freddie, and he needs special treatment because he's been in and out of foster homes. She is able to accommodate my special needs and I am so happy with her services. Not to mention my dogs look cute afterwards. It was like a whole new dog! What a transformation. read more

Tiffany and her staff are amazing with my 3 dogs and all their quirks. My dogs aren't afraid like they are at other places.

They have been taking care of my dogs for years. They are great and they know how to groom Goldendoodles . My boys always look great

Today I took our 2 dogs to be groomed. My neighbor recently passed away and there was no one to take his dogs. My husband and I took them into our home and they are both so sweet. I was thrilled with the grooming they both received. They were absolutely filthy and you could not see their eyes at all. Both dogs look great and I know they feel better. I highly recommend this business. Kristine D. read more

We've been customers here for about 2 years. Started taking both dogs when they were puppies. We have golden doodles and they require grooming every 6-8 weeks. The owner is such a sweet lady and treats our dogs well. Despite our best efforts, sometimes their coats are matted. They give their honest opinion of what is needed while listening to what would like. The pups come home happy, looking beautiful, and smelling even better. read more

Tiffanee is the best! Amazing people and customer service. Best our mini golden doodle has ever looked! Would recommend to anyone and won't go anywhere else!! Our dog was heavily matted and looked homeless. Old place we went to used to shave him down to his bare skin and he looked like Mr. Bigglesworth from Austin Powers. Great job and great prices!!! read more

I used to take my two dogs to Bogarts across the street, but the preferred groomer left a while back. I took several months to locate a new groomer. I received some suggestions and decided on Love a Pup. I took my two small dogs in today. They were over grown because of the time that passed. I new that they would need a good short cut. They were accommodating when I scheduled my appointment. Very friendly staff. My dogs seemed to like it there. I will schedule follow ups for them. They seemed down to earth and easy to talk to. I would recommend giving them a try. read more

Can I just say..Charlie and I are completely so happy to of met Tiffany and have her give us a great experience, as you kno our fur babies mean so much to us and I believe she understands this as well,...thank you Tiffany for everything...Charlie looks amazing.. read more

We took our standard schnauzer and bernadoodle here today. We were met on time and with incredible friendliness. The staff made sure to ask exactly how we wanted both dogs groomed, and followed through perfectly. Our pups look (and smell!) fantastic and seem as happy as can be. Tiffany and her crew did a great job. We will definitely be repeat customers. read more

I was walking by this groomers and I overheard the front desk lady on a personal call on speakerphone screaming yelling the word retarded talking about like her personal plans and cussing. I don't think that's very professional at least shut the door if you're gonna scream talk on your speaker phone calls. It's pretty cringe to me. she seems like the lazy unattentive type. Just based on these vibes I'm ok on coming here. read more

I have an Aussie and she is a shed machine. Crew at luv a pup always do an awesome job of grooming her so that her shed is manageable. Thanks luv a pup! read more

They have lost their love, passion and care for the dogs! I was specific in what I wanted and the lady decided to do the opposite which resulted in a full price hair cut that I didn't ask for. My other pup was WET!! And she wanted to return him to me like that I had to TELL HER to please dry him off!Would you want you're dog returned to you WET?!? The working environment is depressing and dirty I can understand why some of the dogs were stressed out! read more

First of all they should rename this place hate a pup. Seriously. The staff does not have any compassion for the dogs except for the love of making money. Customer service is horrible, the groomers don't listen and mediocre at best. They should shut this place down and future customers go to another grooming place. Stay away they don't care or listen to what a customer needs. read more

Everyone who works here is super friendly and accommodating! They also do an amazing job cleaning and grooming my two rambunctious cockapoos. I know my one dog in particular is not easy to groom but they always do an amazing job! So glad I found this place!! read more

We went to this place with high expectations and even had our dogs excited about the journey. Upon completion, our dogs looked nothing we expected and requested for the groomer to accomplish. Obviously they don't listen to our needs. I think they need to go to customer service school and dog grooming school. read more

Great spot, super chill very nice groomers, my dog always looks great when I pick her up, great prices for being in summerlin.

My min pin and Aussie love this place! The owner, Tiffany, is compassionate and loving with my pups. We are always so pleased with their service and amazing trims! (My Aussie moves a lot and has really long hair, it's not easy making him beautiful). Love a Pup is the best! read more

I've been taking my pup here to get her hair did for years! I'm always happy with the results, and if I'm not, they will fix it up right away. They do her nails, glands, wash, and cut for $42. I think it is a little pricier than others but I trust them with my sweet girl. Sometimes, she gets a cute bandana or hairbows. I wish she got it every time; it's the icing on the cake! I'm not switching anytime soon. I'll continue to let them love my pup! read more

Do NOT bring your dog to Love A Pup! The woman that groomed my dog was very unprofessional and very rough and even hurtful toward our beloved dog. The groomer was unaware I arrived early to pick up our dog and I was utterly shocked by the force she was handling our dog. She was pulling our dog by the ear and the hair on his face!!! Instead of using the harness that most groomers use, that are on the tables to keep the dog still!!! When she realized I was there she looked surprised, but unapologetic. It's unfortunate that groomers that claim to love animals are only concerned about getting a pay check. I know my dog and he was upset and very scared. I would never ever refer anyone to this place called love a pup because they clearly do not. I asked the woman to stop and I immediately took my dog, paid for the service (without a tip), and informed them I will never return! read more

They've always been accommodating when I call, I really appreciate that. They do a good job. And my dog seems happy when he comes home. It's a convenient location and their pricing is fair. I've never had any issues with their grooming, although I have short hair chihuahua, so all he needs is a bath, nails clipped and anal glands cleaned, no haircut is needed. I'll keep sending them referrals. And my husband is happy with their service, which is very important to him. read more

Very arrogant and rude customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone if they love and care for their pets. No thanks!!

I have taken my dogs in here twice. Two Maltese mixes and one schnauzer. I specifically asked the first time how I wanted my Schnauzer to be cut. But when I got her back she wasn't cut anything like I wanted her to. I wanted to clean face with just a little eyebrow and a little mustache but I got a complete Schnauzer face haircut which has hair on the face. I didn't say anything and I took them home. The next time I took her in I talked to Tiffany and I specifically told her I wanted to clean face with little mustache and little eyebrow. And once again I got a Schnauzer face haircut. Tiffany wasn't there when I picked up my dogs and I asked the groomer to please clean up my dog's face and do the little mustache and eyebrow. She did it and it was a nice job I had also asked Tiffany to dremel my dog's nails. That wasn't done either and I checked when I picked them up and the groomer that was there ended up dremeling the nails like I had asked the first time. When I had gone in the second time I must have told Tiffany three four five times exactly how I wanted my Schnauzer cut. The groomer that gave them back to me that evening told me that Tiffany had told her just give her a Schnauzer haircut the other two which are Maltese mixes were okay although I thought the cut was a little sloppy but I didn't say anything. I asked the second time that my Chihuahua mix just have anal glands and nail trim but they gave him a bath as well which he didn't need and charged me 35 for it. I won't be going back to this place there's a lot of other grooming places that can do as a good job if Tiffany isn't listening to what I want then I'm tired of telling her. read more

I can't say enough good things about the great service and caring groomers at Lovapup. I know when I take my two dogs to Lovapup, they will be well cared for and that they'll be happy and handsome when I pick them up. And just last week Lovapup wowed us again when our dogs' groomer Tiffany, also the owner, cheerfully went the extra mile by keeping the shop open late when our son's swim meet ran long and we couldn't get back before closing. We're big fans! A+++ read more

My dog does not like to be placed in a cage, so the folks at Love a Pup are always very accommodating about giving me a first available appointment so that I can sit and wait for her to be groomed. There have been a couple times that I've been disappointed with the cut, but the ladies always try to satisfy. They are cheerful and gentle in their handling, so I appreciate their efforts. read more
