Before I called Lazy Dog, I left a voicemail for an appointment at a competitor that has not been returned yet (it's been several hours) and walked into another location that didn't accept walk ins at all. I took my puppy Bennie here for his first ever spa day after reading lots of positive reviews. He's a 6 month old golden retriever so I was really nervous and didn't really know what to expect but I am really happy! I had called to see if they had time to groom my chow Ozzie and were able to take him the same day. Elaine answered the phone and had no concerns about chows as other places did. Other places even refused to see him! As soon as I came in, the male groomer (I believe Alex was his name) greeted my pup and took a good look at him.
