My poor little dog is a sweetie but he is naturally anxious and gets extremely anxious at vet's office or anytime I have attempted to have his nails clipped. Consequently, I have always delayed having them clipped and most times maybe only one nail got clipped before they threw in the towel. All that to say, Top Dog did an AMAZING job clipping his nails today. Best ever! I know it wasn't easy for them cuz I could hear him howling. This was my first visit and I think it was the owner who took him on. A huge thank you to the owner or whoever managed to hang in there with him and do such a beautiful job. One time I said we like the fluffy just tame it, he came back looking like he didn't get a hair cut! But that was my fault with the miscommunication. Horrible place!! We made an appointment for a full grooming.... About 20 minutes into it, they called me to pick him up now! They said he has fleas and we can't continue. My poor puppy had his nails trimmed and he was bleeding!! He doesn't have any fleas since we just came back from his vet with a clean check. They used that excuse since they damaged his nails. They shaved my Pomeranian The lady was lazy, he is BALD, didn't even bathe him, the fur that she did leave, looks like sh*t. If I would have known he'd walk out looking like this, I would have done it myself with my eyes closed and it would have looked better. I had to buy him jackets to regulate his body temperature AND most likely will get alopecia from this. AND I PAID OVER $100 for this Made me tip and pay before seeing him. We have been going to Top Dog Grooming for years. Pricilla is the epitome of kindness and patience. We have 2 dogs and they both get excited when they see her. Rosie, our 2 year old shih tzu, is a bundle of energy. Somehow Pricilla finds a way to calm her down and groom her perfectly, and she has done so since Rosie was a small puppy. It's no easy task because Rosie's hair is very fine so usually when it's time to get groomed again she is a complete mess. Both Lady and Rosie come out of grooming day looking like Hollywood celebrities on the red carpet. They are both smiling while showing off there perfectly groomed wash and cuts, and usually sporting a new fancy bow or bandana. The biggest thing I love about taking them to Top Dog is that I feel safe dropping them off. I know Pricilla cares so I have no doubts they are in safe hands. read more

Top Dog did a good job grooming my Keiki-boy, who I am "fostering" from my mother. Be aware that Top Dog has a small 72-hour window to notify them of any requested revisions to their work, and I was not aware of this. About 5 days later, I requested that Top Dog cut the hair on Keiki's ears a little shorter, but since I was out of the 72-hour window, I was advised that I would be charged a bath fee, which is about $60. No thanks. Other than that, Top Dog was great and I'll definitely be back. read more
