Lucky enjoyed playtime

Just look at that face. Lucky enjoyed playtime. He will be back many times. This place is so much fun for the lupus.

I moved to Henderson and wanted a new groomer near my house. So, I googled and got lucky!! The girls upfront were friendly and knowledgeable. The groomer did an amazing job on my miniature schnauzer! Reasonable prices and excellent treatment of my baby! Highly recommend!

WARNING *** DISTURBING IMAGES *** This is a warning to all dog owners. I took my dog in for boarding and opted for no yard play. My 8 year old Weimaraner enjoys relaxing and the standard option with three walks per day is plenty of activity for him. An hour after I dropped him off I received a call from the resort manager questioning if my dog had been around other dogs that day and if I knew why he was bleeding from his side. I explained to her that he is our only dog and doesn't interact with other animals unless he's with them. She went on to explain that he had a mysterious series of injuries allegedly discovered when they took him out of the play yard to put in his room. Since we were about to board a flight we asked that she take him to the vet for care immediately. The vet called and explained the injuries were consistent with a dog bite and that his flesh had been torn away from the muscle causing a pocket of blood and a pretty high risk for infection! He had to have surgery to clean the would and have a drain placed with sutures. He was in medication for 10 days and was in pain with increased under body bruising each day that passed. The bruising appeared to be from a human kicking his belly and the area was tender to the touch for days. The Resort Manager, Rebecca, failed to return my phone calls and never was able to explain what happened. The vet was able to speak with her 2 days after the injuries occurred and told me that despite having video cameras in the facility, there was supposedly no footage of any incident and no employees reported anything either! It should be noted that I did not consent for the group play, which is where the incident occurred, and that the center policy is to have a dog trainer in the yard at all times. My dog is very kind and yelps if you simply rub his ears the wrong way. No way he was silent while this attack occurred. Either the trainer was present, witnessed the attack and subsequently abused my dog or they broke company policy and had no attendee on duty at all. Either way they are negligent and their lack of compassion or follow up is concerning. It has been a month now and they I still have no explanation as to what happened as they have not returned my calls or texts. Nobody was held responsible for this tragedy and Doggie District's employees are able to continue to neglect your dogs too!! These are the photos taken by the vet when he arrived and after surgery. Sorry they are so graphic. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOUR BABY. FIND A NEW DOGGIE DAYCARE!

unhappy with last visit. Our two small dogs were separated from other dogs in a larger vip kennel with TV. They were supposedly going to be washed prior to pick up however that did not happen. Our dogs were extremely filthy with urine and feces all over their coats underneath like they were sleeping in their own feces. Our dogs are potty trained and will always pee outside however if left in lockdown that won't happen so they were not let out enough. The dogs were under their care for 7 days and we are very upset at the way our dogs were treated. We will never ever approach this company or use their facilities again. I highly recommend you avoid this business because everything their policies disclose their team of employees does not follow I would give them zero Stars if possible.

No words absolute ZERO STARS can describe how devastated that we trusted this place with our baby out literal child he was only 2 years old....we made sure to check this place out multiple times before we decided to let them take care of our boy...they made it seem like they understood everything as to how to take care of him he's was an American bully...meaning leaving him out in the heat would KILL HIM and give him HEAT STROKE we told them this MULTIPLE times and still neglected and killed our dog within an hour of dropping him off....now me and his dad have to mourn a baby that shouldn't have been mourned so young and for the absolute neglect of this company...our boy was gone In less than an hour from drop off now when we get back from what was supposed to be an enjoyable trip we have to pick up our two year old ashes.....this company deserves to burn to the ground. Their staff isn't CPR trained doesn't even have a protocol as to what to do when dogs suffer a heat stroke....HOW CAN YOU BE A DAY CARE and not know how to CARE for dogs??? I'm sorry but this wound in our hearts will never be healed. We never left him out of our sight and it takes A lot for us to trust ANYONE WITH Him..... my poor sweet boy. There will be a lawsuit coming so I suggest taking your dog somewhere where he will be cared for and actually taken care of!!!!!!!!!

My Peanut has been going to Pawsh Palace since he was just a tiny puppy, around three months old,…read moreand now he's seven years old and it is STILL one of his absolute favorite places! I did extensive research before choosing Pawsh Palace because I am extremely cautious about who I trust with my dogs, and all these years later, I have yet to take them anywhere else. Their comfort, care, and safety will always be my number one priority, and I genuinely feel like Pawsh is worth every penny. I now have a senior dog as well, and daycare has been wonderful for keeping her active, social, and young at heart. The staff is also incredibly good about following any notes I leave for her. Since she gets tired more easily, I'll ask that she play for a few hours and then spend some time relaxing in her room, and they've always been great about accommodating that. Whether my dogs are there for daycare or overnight boarding, they always come home happy and well cared for. I've even left them at Pawsh for an entire week, and they had an absolute blast. I LOVE the report cards and think they are such a sweet touch. Getting to see pictures of them having fun, both in their report cards and on Pawsh's social media, makes this protective dog mom very happy. Living in Vegas also makes having a place like Pawsh incredibly valuable. When it's 110 degrees outside, there are only so many walks and outdoor activities you can safely do with your dogs. Having a beautiful indoor place where they can socialize, burn off energy, stay active, have fun, and make puppy friends is such a lifesaver. I used to take my dogs to their location near the Strip, and I could not be happier that there is now a Pawsh Palace closer to my home. It's so convenient, just as beautiful, and filled with the same kind of caring staff members I've trusted for years. As a pet parent who is VERY particular about who takes care of her babies and wants nothing but the absolute best for them, I couldn't be happier with both Pawsh Palace locations. Seven years later, Peanut still gets excited to go, and I think that says just about everything. Pawsh Palace is truly a gem, and I highly recommend them!

I should have listened to my friend who brought her outgoing Golden Retriever here. She warned me…read morethat staff were on their phones and she saw them trying to force her dog into the water on the webcam. Because of the good online reviews and the fact that we just moved nearby, I decided to try it anyway. This is the first daycare out of about 5 or 6 we've used around Las Vegas that charges for an evaluation ($30 for 4 hours). Usually, evaluations work both ways and are free. When I walked in, there was no tour offered and no explanation of services. They just put him in a boarding kennel for the first two hours and then the play area for the next two. Midway through, they texted saying he passed but was keeping to himself. That is very unusual for him because he loves other dogs and immediately jumps in to play. When I picked him up at 2:00 PM, the lobby smelled heavily of wet dog and urine. The staff didn't talk to me about services or how he did. In the car, he was acting weird and unfocused. When we got home, he started whining constantly and wouldn't let me out of his sight, which he never does. I opened his emailed report card and it said he "took a quick dive in the pool." My dog's breed does not swim, he avoids water, and his leash was returned to me soaking wet. The photos showed him off in a corner, totally hunched over and uncomfortable. I texted them saying it's not okay to put a dog near water without asking, and that he wouldn't have gone in voluntarily. They sent a long text claiming they would never do that and that he didn't go in. I sent them a screenshot of their own report card saying he did. Either they are using fake AI-generated fluff for report cards and aren't paying attention, or they are lying to cover up what happened. If your report cards and your staff are not in agreement, that can lead to a massive liability. My dog came home stinking of waste and completely stressed out. We will not be coming back. There are better daycares out there - Houndstown, Dawg's House, or even Camp Bow Wow where the staff seem to be a little bit more conscientious of dog behavior as well as owner expectations. Be very cautious bringing your pet here.

They took us back super quick, went over diagnostic options and did some tests. Still waiting on blood work results which I agreed to be necessary and not unreasonable considering my dogs age and unusal symptoms. They gave us some meds and we were on our way. Gave dog meds when we got home (and after we stopped at Inn and out for a dog patty). Within 3 hours just like the vet said he got up and was looking around for food. I had tried giving him plain chicken, rice, 3 different types of wet food and meatballs all within the 4 days and he refused to eat. Well, happy to say the meds and the vet recommendations worked and my pup is eating again! He scarfed down the beef patty. I was literally jumping for joy. I was so worried I was going to go in and they were going to give me horrible news or tell me they needed me to put him down. He is a great dog and usually full of energy and love prior to this sickness. I had a good feeling about the facility and doctor and glad I made the choice to take my dog in to be seen by this facility. I truly think he is on his way to better health and a bit more life and love to give us. Thank you!!

Really sad to be writing this, as I tried several times to like this vet's office. I even spoke…read morewith the office manager separately about my experiences because I genuinely loved the two different doctors I worked with. Unfortunately, literally everything else outside of the exam room fell short. We initially brought our 2 year old pup in for a same-day appointment for blood in her urine. Paid over $1,000 in tests, and when a staff member we'd never seen before handed our dog back with a white bag, she tried to walk away without saying a word. No test results, no explanation of the meds, nothing. We had to stop her from walking away just to find out what was going on. A few weeks later, my dog chipped a tooth at the groomer. Since the groomer was covering it, I desperately needed documentation: an invoice, estimate, and medical notes. I asked the day of the appointment and I received nothing. Called the next morning and was promised by end of day, nothing. Left a frantic voicemail - received only the estimate (the one showing how much money they were getting). The moment I finally asked to speak to a manager, all the notes magically appeared in my inbox immediately. On the day of the dental procedure, the surgery tech had zero idea about the chipped tooth, had no record of the full blood panel she'd just had two weeks prior, and hadn't looked at the estimate I'd already signed. I asked for a call before she went under anesthesia to discuss EKG and X-ray findings. He agreed and noted it. Three and a half hours later with no call, I called them. I got bounced between four different people, having to re-explain myself every time, until a guy answered with the most horrendous phone etiquette I've ever experienced. He was rude and dismissive. I mentioned how I was nervous because my dog had been to the dentist a handful of times already and never went under anesthesia for it to which he responded, "well per Nevada law..." ok bud. Got it. When my boyfriend went to pick her up, they handed him a "new patient" form to fill out... the exact same paperwork with our sensitive info (including my Social Security number) that I had filled out on day one. While our dog was recovering from anesthesia, they wanted us re-doing paperwork because they apparently lost everything. He also asked for the receipt to be emailed so I could send it to the groomer; instead, she printed it out. He thanked her, reminded her to email it, and she promised she would. She never did, forcing me to call yet again the next day. When I asked why we had to fill out new forms and she let me know they lost and had no record of our info. I asked "you guys lost the forms that I wrote my SSN on?" Then I was told "we shred all our paperwork." Comforting. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I pride myself on being understanding and as far from a "difficult customer" as possible. But this staff made it genuinely hard not to lose my mind. Like I stated, the vets and the office manager are wonderful people. It's just deeply disappointing that we won't be returning, solely due to a systemic lack of basic competence and care from the front office and support staff.
