The cut-out for the blower motor on the hood turned out so perfect that I honestly couldn't believe my eyes. This is the last honest custom performance/ hot rod shop in LA. The owner is so honest he usually ends up talking customers out of spending money instead of the other way around. Their work is of the highest quality and they stand behind everything they do. They always go above and beyond to take care of the customer and treat every car as if it where their own. The owner, Yannick, is a walking encyclopedia of performance information and really takes the time to educate his customers. If you're looking for anything to make your ride perform better I wouldn't go anywhere else and they work on everything from rusted out classics to brand new Bugattis to trophy trucks. They will also do custom fabrication work, Mig or Tig welding, and are dealers for vendors like Detroit Speed, ISKY racing cams, Vibrant, Ron Davis radiators. The smile on my face every time I hop in, fire up the BBC, and blast my new stereo. The looks I get from old heads like me reminiscing about a car they had, or their family had. Incredibly honest, super time efficient, and the highest integrity of work. I shipped out my '69 Camaro from the east coast after sitting idle for over five years. It took a lot of hunting to feel comfortable with a new shop in a new city but I hit the jackpot here! Yannick and his crew could not have been better through the process. After such a long time idle and some not so great work completed by previous shops his team spent days diagnosing everything and discussed multiple options that ultimately led to new wiring harness, a new set of brakes and booster, upgraded ignition and starter, and the expected tune up work. He called continuously with updates or photos and made sure to discuss even a $1s worth of costs from anything they found that needed work. I never had any concerns he wasn't doing what was best for me as a customer. While at the shop the car was kept under cover and well taken care of. They have some high dollar machines in there and really treat everyone with the same respect regardless. And now that the car is back with me I know he will stand by his work and has proactively reached out to check on everything - they really do care! Classics will always have projects and no doubt mine will only be at the hands of Yannick and team. read more

5 stars to Mr. Yannick Sire and the entire crew at Sire Custom Performance in Inglewood. I recently had my 1968 Ford Galaxie 500 overhauled at this shop and I could not be happier with the result. New 390 engine, rebuilt transmission, custom exhaust, wheels/tires, many new parts...the owner, Yannick did an absolutely amazing job transforming my car from a sluggish under-performer to an awesome and efficient hot rod. When I got the car back it was like night and day. I was blown away by the performance and handling, response and power. Under the hood, the new motor looked absolutely amazing. From day one, Yannick walked me through the whole process and plan. Everything was clearly and thoroughly explained. I actually learned quite a lot along the way. Nick, the shop manager took care of every concern and detail keeping me informed every step of the way with numerous progress texts including many photos of everything that was being done to my car. Nick and Yannick provided different options to fit my personal preferences as well as my budget and explained the pros and cons of each option. Kudos to Nick who did an amazing job of finding the correct and often difficult to find parts for a car this old. All the work was extremely top notch and done in a timely manner. The shop itself is an amazing and fun place to be, filled always with the most incredible looking classic cars and classic car enthusiasts. I truly felt like much more than just a customer there but more like part of the family. I can't say enough about this shop and its owner Yannick. I have an Audi A7 and a few weeks ago I went over a brick in the road. The plastic floorpan was ripped but only the plastic piece and the car drove fine. There was no leaking but I took it to Audi the next day "just to be sure I didn't do any real damage". Well they called me a few days later and told me to get my insurance company involved as there was a lot of damage underneath. Cables needed replacing, etc. My insurance "Progressive" went to see the car and called me telling me that it was a complete total. Needless to say I was completely shocked as I said I ran over a small brick going maybe 10 MPH. They claim that the floorpan needed to be replaced and that involved literally disassembling my car and removing the engine. CRAZY! I asked if I could get a 2nd opinion and they said yes so I called Yannick to just take a look and let me know if it was indeed a total or if it could be fixed. After putting my car up and looking at the damage, he couldn't believe that they wanted to total my car. He was certain that he could get it fixed for a reasonable amount of money. He was honest, explained it all to me in a language I could understand and walked me through exactly what would happen. My car got fixed, looks amazing and he took care of everything for me. I did NOT need all new cables, my floorpan did NOT need to be replaced and he was able to make everything perfect for me. I am so grateful. As a woman I don't want to feel taken advantage of and Yannick made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in great hands. I will never take my car anywhere else! Sire Custom Performance is by far the best auto place in LA. The owner is a guy name Yannick Sire and he helped rebuild my headers to weld on a new floor for my 1963 Ford Fairlane 500. I went to three different body shops in Culver City and they all refused my business because if they couldn't just order a part and bolt it on it was too much work for them...so weak. Yannick was the only old school mechanic that was willing to do it... He does frame work to re-wiring to rebuilds. My 1963 Ford Fairlane is firing like a beast now. If you have a classic car and want it done right go there..... again there is no better place to call then Yannick...Plus, the guy is like super honest and nice...When you talk to him, you will see what I mean. Yannick is an absolutely amazing welder and his years of experience, knowledge and precision show in his work. He welded in a custom seat bracket as well as mounting points for my carbon fiber hard top in my track Miata. Off of a friends recommendation, I called up Sire Performance to see if they could do an engine rebuild on my Subaru STI. I spoke with Yannick, the owner, and i was blown away with how knowledgeable he is about rebuilds and he offered great insight on exactly what I could expect regarding price and performance boost.
