    "The Dictator" sandwich

Amazing little place, hidden in behind some buildings. Sandwiches loaded with meat and the smoothies were amazing! They also have shaved ice and coffee and looked like ice cream too but didn't try that this time, but will be back!!

Perfect little place to grab a latte, cappuccino, smoothie or bite to eat. We ordered the smoothies, they were fresh, delicious, and made right in front of us. There's a wonderful little Lounge area to wait in, to read a book, or relax and have a nice chat with friends. The location is located behind the shell station next to the floral shop.

You all have to try this place. The coffee was crazy good and they have an incredible lunch menu. I went with one of the signature panini's. My friends, it was awesome. I will definitely will be back often and a lot.

Yelp led us to Sips since it's a little bit off the beaten path. They make a mean/tasty frozen/blended thingy...she gave me one thumb up...the other thumb was busy keeping her drink out of my hot little hands. I thoroughly enjoyed a vanilla cappuccino of the large variety and while I waited for it to be made...I made a piece of baked goodness reverently named coffee cake...vanish into a reasonable facsimile of not-so-thin air......my belly! If you need a coffee drink or tea and a snack between Round Rock and Cedar Park....give this place a try, you'll thank me later. The guy that made our drinks was very friendly and seems to enjoy what he does.

    All the amazing teas!!

BEST ICED MOCHA!! First time here for a quick afternoon pick me up and they have the best mocha I've had in a very long time. This is a gem hidden in a residential area with coffee, tons of loose leaf tea and Hawaiian Ice as well as tasty sandwiches. Worth checking out! 5 stars!

Great locally owned coffee shop, the owner is really nice, my coffee was great (didn't last long), and it is only five minutes from our house :-) Support local business! !!

A hidden gem, tucked away behind a few businesses and next door to a florist and gas station.

I discovered Sips on Yelp and decided to stop by. Though I initially almost missed it as it is tucked away behind businesses and a gas station, I am so glad I found it. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly friendly and cozy. There is a large range of seating possibilities making this the perfect place to come and study or the perfect place to meet up with friends. They also have a great variety on the menu (coffee, tea, smoothies, milkshakes, snow cones, pastries, crepes, etc.). They are even open for extended hours! By far, this is a "must-experience" place. This is my new hidden gem. You have to check it out!

Fantastic coffee drinks and atmosphere. As we were enjoying an ice coffee, the owner brought us out a free sample of horchata to try, yum

They have a number system to call out orders which helps make sure you get the correct drinks and food. They have a great variety in drinks with traditional signature drinks to trending speciality flavors. Several pastries, cakes, and meat puffs. I had the sand dune late which wasn't overly sweet which I was nervous about. They have a variety of milks so I was able to get a nondairy milk. I tried the ginger lime refresher. It was light refreshing and pretty finger forward which tone down the tartness of lime. I also got the chicken pastry puff which was filled with a seasoned chicken. They warmed it up and the crust was flakey and great.

This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. With how hot these drinks are someone will burn themselves and need medical attention. This is the only location the lids are an issue. Not sure if they ordered wrong ones. But I'd be very careful selling this. We burned ourselves too many times and ended up just throwing the drinks away. It was too messy and dangerous.

They do an impressive assortment of drinks from Turkish, Saudi with Coffee, saffron, cardamom, Lattes, Pour Overs, French Press, Cold brew iced coffee and many other drinks! And did I mention their handmade desserts? Lots of choices. I decided on a Pistachio Latte and a slice of Pistachio cheesecake to compliment it. It was stupendous. The latte was perfectly delicious- creamy nutty not too sweet and just the perfect temperature. The cheese cake was decadent, sweet, creamy and just a perfect blend. So good! The Baristas were fun to watch create drinks, very precise, professional and caring about doing their best job. Open later than most coffee shops, especially in this deserted part of town. Varied drink menu, both caffeinated and not caffeinated, including refreshers. Nice creative variety of desserts (including a Biscoff cake!) and a kolaches case. At one point the brought some hot baked dessert (looked like a whole coffee cake) out the oven and it smelled like heaven. The bad: Nothing vegan or healthy, not even pre-made cold sandwiches or packaged salads. If you are a little peckish for a healthy snack, this is not the place. The coffees: They have all the regular espresso drinks, and also Turkish coffee and of course Yemeni, their specialty. I had heard great things about Yemeni coffee and was exciting to try it. My first drink, a traditional coffee drink called Jubani ($6) contained coffee but was watery like a tea. It had also ginger and cinnamon. I was not expecting it to be like a tea. I immediately told the cashier I didn't like the drink and would like just an Americano, double shot espresso. I was charged $9 for a 12 oz cup. No cream or sugar, no added flavorings. If I were in charge I wouldn't have charged for this second drink, since it comes at almost zero cost to them and would show good faith and ensure repeat business. Disappointingly, the Americano was also watery and sort of "lemony", but I still drank half while sitting with my friend. I'll say that my friend had some sort of an iced latte that she enjoyed. I might try a second visit and order a Turkish coffee, but I will make sure to have had a full meal before.
