The ambiance is social and might feel more college-like, understandably but don't let that stop you from ordering anything. My green tea matcha latte was actually really good. I didn't have any issues with service or ordering even though I kept my order simple since I'm not familiar with their menu (yet). From my limited experience here, it was good.
