Pretty good drinks, some are a bit on the darker or less-sweet side, and I like sweet, so it's just about trying different drinks with an open mind. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and the transaction is usually quick. The inside is such a wonderful, inspiring, adorable place. That's gotta be my favorite part, it's so inviting and calming. My wife and I had breakfast here last Sunday, and it was delightful. The food was excellent. My wife had the avocado toast and said it was the best she has ever had. I had the biscuits and gravy and loved every bite! The biscuits tasted home made and the gravy was delicious. Service was fast and friendly, even though they were very busy. We've now been to Sip a few times, and we've had a great experience each time! Over the summer, we stopped in for dinner. I had the flatbread, which was very good. If I had a chance to give this place 6/5 I would certainly do it! Atmosphere, design, service and of course the food and drinks. After visiting it only two times I'm convinced that it doesn't matter what you ordered there it would be heavenly good. I tried toast and hot chocolate in one day and potato pancakes with strawberry lemonade on another. And that was by far the best breakfast I ever had. Nothing too sweet or out of balance. We happened upon Sip in North Ephraim. Last time we were in Door County, that building was a retail business. I feel like the area really needed a space like Sip. We went for coffee and were pleased to find some bakery options. Other people were coming in for lunch. We sat at a tall table and played a game that was placed there for patrons. It was fun to just hang out there without an agenda. Sip also had unique retail items for sale - things we hadn't seen at other DC businesses. And the large floral art work hanging from the ceiling impressed everyone who walked in. I would recommend this cool place to anyone traveling around Door County, WI. read more

Did not have a good experience from the start to finish. Snooty waitstaff, limited indoor seating, no lids for cups (spillage when trying to find a seat). The lunch for my wife and I was very disappointing and inedible. The grilled cheese my wife ordered was just meh. I ordered a chicken sandwich and received a wrap, the first bite with the chicken was ok. The second bite with the pickled onion (which I didn't know it had) was absolutely disgusting. That was the last bite. Why would you put pickled onion on a sandwich. The worst thing about all of this is that it cost me $40 plus tip. I regret not asking for my money back. From here we went to the Coyote Roadhouse to get a quality meal. I would not recommend. Many other high quality restaurants that I would choose over this in Ephraim and Sister Bay. read more

In terms of the food, maybe our own fault, but with their mentions of fresh, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan in the description on their website, we expected healthier food offerings. When we got in and read the menu, it's really not very health oriented, though have to give credit for GF and vegetarian entrees. Both of us ordered the black bean burger and needed to scrape off what we could of the large amount of dijonnaise. Been there several times. I have a place in Ephraim and have been visiting for 42 years. I have never had a sandwich that good! The Bacon Benny Smash Burger swept me off my feet! AMAZING! What a treat Sip is! Loved the vibe and the food was delicious. So glad it was open and we tried it.

The coffee here is great but the service is not. They don't take customer's names and don't give receipts so people literally just come take coffees off the counter. They have forgotten my family's orders two days in a row now so we won't be returning. The barista is quite rude as well. Kind people and reliable service is what makes Door County so charming and this place just doesn't reflect that. I hope they can fix the bugs. read more
